For the sake of clarity and so there are no misunderstandings, we say to you at this time that although there will be a few temporary relocations from areas that have shown themselves prone to flooding in your past, these events will not be of a nature that will necessitate any need to relocate all of you and will not result in the destruction of your cities and your world. We see these events as more of an inconvenience due to the fact that some of you will, as a precaution, be temporarily relocated. These events do not have to be any more than this, and we say to you at this time that there is no need to go into panic mode or to fear at all your days ahead.

We are quite capable to assist you in the relocations of those who live in the areas that may be affected, and we have the means and plenty of time to relocate each and every one of these residents to areas that we consider absolutely safe throughout this short period of seismic activity. Now that you understand this a little clearer, we ask you, what is there to be frightened of. We ask you, have you not seen others relocated temporarily from areas in the path of a hurricane or typhoon. There is nothing to be concerned about in regards to your future whatsoever, and we ask you to please try to remain calm and balanced as there are no obstacles before you that we cannot easily remove working together as a team. We ask you for your continued cooperation to remain centered and to help your brothers and your sisters also remain in a calm and balanced state of emotion. There is, and will not be anything to be frightened of, and we say to you that your future is as bright as you have envisioned while reading many of our messages we have shared with you.

There are many beings throughout the cosmos that do speak through channels to share their thoughts, their feelings, their teachings, their guidance and their love, but Ashtar does not communicate with any of you at this time in this way.

Hello dear ones, we would like to take this opportunity to speak with you today in a little more detail about the days ahead for you. We see that our message to you a few days ago concerning the temporary relocations of those living in areas that we believe are susceptible to flooding has caused quite a stir, and many are experiencing fear upon learning of this information. We wish to make ourselves as clear as we can and tell you that there is absolutely no reason to feel fear on any level or to be concerned at all for the safety of yourselves, your families, your friends and your neighbors.

We would like to share with you some further details of what you can expect in the days ahead, and we feel that this should give you solace and peace of mind knowing that there is nothing at all to be worried about. Towards the last quarter of your year of 2012, towards the months of October, November and December, we foresee some Earth tremors which will cause some water damage to homes and businesses located within areas that are prone to flooding. These areas that we see as being prone to this kind of water damage include the state of Florida within the United States, the Southern California region of the United States, lowland areas of Northern Europe, and the area of South Asia.

We need to find out how many of your people that live within areas prone to flooding will wish to relocate to the safe zones in the days ahead. We wish for as many as possible to leave with us and relocate temporarily. We will offer safety and security, and we will have safe harbors constructed in certain areas throughout your world. This is what we will do, and we will assist you to make the necessary changes that will lessen the strength of the tremors that will cause your sea levels to rise. After this, we will step back and allow Mother Nature to travel her own necessary course.

There will be much confusion about this process, and we would like to dispel as many unfounded rumors as we can at this time. What will not happen is a complete destruction of your world. One of the reasons we are here is to make sure of this. We have many years of experience in these related fields and we have many technologies that will help ease the shifting of tectonic plates and lessen their movements, allowing your people to proceed as smoothly as possible into your future.

We have methods that will allow many of your people to relocate very easily, and there will be plenty of time to complete this task and relocate those who currently live within areas prone to flooding. There will present no scenario where you will have any reason to panic or be frightened in any way. You are not alone in this process, and you have many friends here at this time to assist you make this transition as smooth as possible. You have our word we will do all we can to help you in every way that we can. This you can count on.

Time is drawing near. The Dark Cabal are on their final roundup, and the path is being laid clear for your final stages of ascension.

Those who are still unsure of their purpose will now be shown what it is that is required of you at this time. Many of you have already received communication from us and are aware of your mission here, it is now time for the remaining Lightworkers to be provided with their missions so that they can begin their tasks in earnest.

Many of you will have noticed increased activity in your night and day skies. This will continue and become increasingly abundant, as we wish to convey our presence to every inhabitant of planet Earth. We have decided that gradually increasing our sightings is the least fear-induced way for us to reveal ourselves, as soon our sightings will become commonplace, and everyone will know that we are here and are real.

This is when the true face to face contact will begin in earnest.

Many of you have already experienced initial contact with us, through the spoken word, through dreams, and for a few of you - physical contact. The physical contact will increase, as we feel that this is a more believable way to dispel the doubts many of you still have - dreams and voices can be explained away as imagination. Physical contact cannot.

So, we ask each and every one of you to please remain open to receiving contact from us, as this is an integral part of the ascension process. Yes, many of you feel that you were sent here to do it on your own, and that we are 'interfering' with your mission if we step in to assist but this is purely  your 3D egos speaking.

Hello my friends, in the days ahead there will be challenges that you will be required to rise up and face as courageously as you can, as there will be those of you who are asked to become leaders of your fellow man and lead them through the face of adversity. This is the reason some of you are here, and this is your purpose at this time. If you feel you are being called to the forefront of your people, then we say to you this is your call and you are hearing it loud and clear. We say to you, follow this beacon that will lead you to a destination that will see you taking charge of situations and assisting your brothers and sisters to make it through these days ahead with grace and confidence that they will make it through these events safely, seeing no harm come to them or their families who have trusted your leadership and have been inspired by your wisdom, your courage and your understanding of these events.

What you are being asked to do is to relive the events that have transpired here in the distant past, but this time you will gather all your resources, including each other, to assist you better handle these challenges and rise to the occasion, defeating any obstacle that presents itself in your path. You are being asked to face these challenges with courage and determination and a will to survive. What you are not being asked to do is to panic, to fear, to turn on each other, to quit, to feel sorry for yourselves and to allow these challenging events to overpower you and defeat you.

We are master craftsman and we have designed and built many worlds throughout this universe, and we are here now to assist you convert your world from a 3rd dimensional home to a 5th dimensional home. This rebuilding project will last for days, weeks, and maybe even months as we prepare your world for your arrival from the safe zones that will shelter you through this reconstruction project. You will be protected while you remain in these safe zones, and immediately upon the culmination of this great dimensional shift you will be entirely free to leave these areas and behold your new 5th dimensional kingdom.

It will be beautiful, it will be plentiful and it will be yours to cherish forever, to protect, to nurture and to enjoy as you will have earned your right to its keys and all the treasures stored within. Help us build you a better world by continuing the work you are doing today spreading our messages far and wide and helping to calm the fears of your brothers and sisters. In time, there will be other avenues of information available to all throughout your world, but today you are our voice and we ask you to use it and inform those who wish to hear of the changes that are and will continue to take place all around them.

We would like to revise history here, and that is the purpose of our mission. There were events in your past that saw the destruction of an entire continent and millions of lives lost in this catastrophe. It is our intention to replay this event, but this time we wish to achieve a different outcome. This is the basis for our presence here in you world, and as we move forward more of what we intend to do will be revealed to you. As more information is shared with you, you will understand better your reasons for being here as well.

Many lives were lost when your planet experienced great seismic activity and your oceans became mountains of water rushing over continents. What we intend to do is prepare your planet and your people for these events this time, and spare as many lives as possible from these consequences. We have a plan, and we have greatly advanced technologies than what you possess today here in your world and we will share these technologies with you to better prepare you at this time for this seismic activity which again will result in rising sea levels. There is no reason to panic or be fearful. Instead, this is a time to remain balanced, calm and courageous, as together we will work to prepare your world for these eventualities. In time, we will disclose our plans for your people and give everyone an opportunity to prepare themselves for these seismic events. Everyone, with no exceptions, will be given the opportunity to relocate to what we refer to as safe zones.

We would like to say we are humbled by the efforts of our Lightworkers in the field who are working very diligently towards our shared goals. We would like to thank each and every one of you for your efforts in support of our cause. Your work is clearing many paths, and we see the light at the end of the tunnel approaching. Please continue the great work you are doing, and together we will complete our assignments and move on to better days having achieved what we all desire. Continue into each new day knowing we are that much closer to the completion of our mission and that nothing can stop us from reaching our goal. Try to look at these last days of your current reality as a time to sharpen all the new skills and techniques you have been learning. Practice makes perfect as you know, and we would like to see you practicing your new skills as they will take you far and be very useful to you in your future endeavors.

Think of the people of your planet as midwives, coming together to assist with the birth of your new world. Many of you have come from distant star systems and even galaxies, and you are here now at this time to do whatever it is you do to assist in this birthing. You are asked to do certain tasks to assist in this process, and nothing you are asked to do is detrimental in any way to your society. Everything you are asked to do is in the name of the light, and nothing you are asked to do supports in any way the darkness and their agenda. This you can be confident in knowing as you go forth on your missions to restore love and light to this world. This is the basis for your mission here, and although we have many shared goals and tasks we must accomplish, at the root of our purpose here together is to bring this world back to the path of light where she rightfully belongs.

Along this path, there will be detractors of all kinds who wish to impede our progress, and it is your job to recognize these obstacles and find ways to clear them from your path without allowing them to deter you from your mission or to steer you wide from your course. There are, and will always be others with different opinions and viewpoints as to which direction it is better to proceed. Allow them the opportunity to choose their own course and they will learn from the choices they make as they move ahead on their journey. It is not necessary to try to save anyone, as this is not our reason for being here. Our reason for being here is to allow others if they so choose to see another way for them to live their lives, but again, this is a choice that is entirely theirs and it is their right to choose any path they wish to travel.

Each of you will be able to experience what it is that you desire. The limitations of your experience here will be greatly lifted, and you will find untold freedoms to do whatever is you wish as long as you do not violate the rights of another. As long as you abide by this rule, each of you will be free to experience the life that you have always wanted. All of you have dreams and visions for the life you would like to live, and this will all be possible for you if each of you follows this one simple rule; to allow those around you to experience their life the way they would like. If you are able to do this, so much will become possible for you and everyone around you.

Today in your world so many wish to dictate the lives of another. So many wish to impose rules, laws and regulations to effectively govern someone else's life. This will not be permitted in your new world, and anyone who feels compelled to control another's life in this way does not belong in your world and will either have to change their ways or find another place that is suitable for them. This can and will be arranged, as there are many places in this universe for souls to experience the life that more accurately matches their vibrational level. Here your new world will be a place of untold freedoms, as this is your new higher dimensional roadmap. Each of you will be free to follow your own path, uninhibited by any others who wish to direct you to take the turns they want you to.

The governments of your world are playing a game of quid pro and quid pro quo. (What for. What for what). We have given them every opportunity to step down peaceably and offer their assistance in the implementation of your new system. They have refused time and again to cooperate and now it is time for them to be removed in any way possible to clear the path for your further development and your new governmental and financial systems. Please allow us the opportunity to assist you to remove these stubborn individuals and institute worldwide governmental regime change that will once and for all end this dark period in your planet's history.

So much waits on the removal of those sworn to the old system of corruption and chaos, and we need to get underway with the vast sweeping changes of your world as time is running very short and there is so much work yet to be done to secure your paths to ascension. What we propose is a sweep of governmental offices from top to bottom, from bottom to top, and remove each and every individual from their position, either elected or appointed, who are aligned with the forces of darkness otherwise known as the Cabal.

We see this as a means to an end, and this must be accomplished and must be accomplished within a suitable timeframe so we can begin to implement the many other changes that are necessary as you move forward into your year of 2012. Many changes to your civilization are just up ahead, and many of you have no idea the impact these changes will have on your society and your planet. We are here in your skies and have traveled here from great distances to assist you in what will be your time of need. There is no reason to be frightened. Together we can suitably handle these changes and allow you to safely move forward into your futures.

Sorry we have left the lights out. Tomorrow we will turn the outboard lights of our ships on so many of you can see us for yourselves and take as much photographic and video evidence as you wish. We of the Ashtar Command are joining with our brothers and sisters of the Galactic Federation of Light in allowing more sightings of our ships as well as much clearer sightings to act as icebreakers to our presence in your world. Our command is also here in great numbers, and we have ships stationed above many different parts of your planet.

We would like you to also understand that although our ships may differ in appearance from some of those of the Galactic Federation of Light, when you see our ships you will not be seeing ships of the forces controlled by your dark Cabal. Our ships can be rather large in size, and our ships differ in their appearance somewhat from Galactic Federation of Light ships as our ships utilize light technologies as a source for their propulsion and operation and may differ greatly due to this these properties. When you see our ships you will be seeing light that differs in color to the background of the sky or space. You will still be able to photograph and videotape our ships, although what will appear on your 3rd dimensional film will not be clear outlines and depictions of how our ships truly appear and look like to us from our perspective. Nonetheless, we feel it is important that we begin to make our ships known to the people of your world as we are here and you will be seeing our ships in your daytime as well as nighttime skies.
