Are you feeling it-those wild waves of energy that are crashing into and pulling back from the planet like mini tsunamis? This movement has been continuous lately, as we’re currently in the throws of some tremendously powerful upgrades. These can look and feel like paradise one day, and then shock us to our very core the next. All of this up and down and back and forth can really wreak havoc on our sensitive physical and etheric bodies, and also can take a quite a toll on our state of mind. As I’ve been dealing with this myself, I have found that by far the most effective and spiritually enriching way of surviving the shift is to focus on, and remain in a state of gratitude. Gratitude is highly infectious, and the act of giving thanks has a pure and honest, pay-it-forward kind of effect. The energy of gratitude flows quite naturally and it easily expands, affecting everyone and everything we come into contact with. I wanted to share with you a simple set of 7 steps, which I devised and use as a meditation tool.
~ One of the easiest and most gratifying ways of increasing your abundance is by helping others increase theirs. Sharing and giving of yourself instantly raises your vibration. Your heart chakra opens wide, allowing love to both flow outward into the world, and also allowing love to enter in. Haven’t you ever noticed that warm, exciting rush of joy that you get whenever you engage in an unselfish act of kindness?
I want to share a really sweet and pretty image I was given during the Savasana portion of my yoga class, yesterday. Actually,more than an image, it was a journey of sorts. I can’t be sure what it means exactly. My personal impression is that I was being shown that the Divine Mother’s soft and therapeutic energy is blanketing the planet right now, and is bringing peace and harmony into our currently rather volatile society. I truly hope that what I saw was a brief vision of the future, as it felt so friendly and happy, and was heartbreakingly lovely. This post is all fluffy sunshine and bubblegum, to be sure. But given what’s transpiring out there in the world today, couldn’t we all use a little bit of that to boost our morale?
Hello Friends! This week I’m off on a fun-filled family road-trip. After spending the summer in Boston, we’re all packed up and heading out to to drop my son off at school in New York, and then it’s home to Florida. Dogs, kid, Grandma, too much luggage…(kind of the stuff Reality Shows are made of.) In my world, there’s never a dull moment!
For me, the end of summer-break also signals a brand new beginning. I have lots of new projects that I plan to tackle this fall! Therefore, I feel this is the perfect time to post one of my original messages from Archangel Haniel. While it is from last October, the advice she shares is applicable at any time. She talks about how we can literally reinvent ourselves each day, if we want to. She reminds us that we are constantly transforming, and that this is truly a cause for celebration. I hope you enjoy her loving words.
Today’s message is a very simple and straightforward one. It’s purpose is to offer us a sense of peace and serenity, and to provide a feeling of safety and comfort during these fast-moving and often confusing times. Our friends and family of the Higher Realms wish to reassure us that the Earth’s children are unconditionally loved and Divinely protected, always. No matter where they go or what activities they are engaged in, they never, ever walk alone.
I was reading through some of my old messages this morning, and I came upon this really sweet one from the Water Deva. I normally will receive messages like this one when I’m by a lake or at the beach. I’m definitely looking forward to returning home to Florida next month, where I’m sure I’ll be in the right place to get more. This is one of my very favorites, and it addresses our need to view the world through the eyes of our inner child, and to live our adult lives with much of the lighthearted attitude of our children. ♡ Waves of love are rushing in. Coursing over this beloved planet, a storm of love washes over everyone and everything, leaving nary a blade of grass untouched by it’s transfiguring effect. Waves of love, topped off by dainty whitecaps, constructed not of foam but of brilliant crystalline white Christ Light. This energy is ever so pure and it is profoundly healing by nature. Oh, how very dearly is our Earth in need of healing! Our Earth-indeed, as this was not written in error. For Earth is every bit as much our planet as it is yours. Not only because, as well you know, we are all created as One. But because we have been intimately and creatively tied in with the original conception, seeding and eventual progression of the Human Race. So yes, your destiny is our destiny, and thus we soldier on as one diverse, and yet highly functional family; one team, one Sacred Heart, interlaced.
“Each and every Being who resides within the Human vessel is in possession of the strength to be whoever and whatever he or she wishes to be. This strength is gifted to you from the very highest level of our Being, from Source Creator, from the Archangels, Masters and in synchronicity with the alignment of the Stars. Sit upright in the meditative state and summon to your person the power and vitality of a thousand Warriors. For it is your right to do so. Sense that like a Lotus flower, so the Crown opens and receives an abundance of this golden light. Finer still, sit in stillness beneath the noonday sun and open to receive her power. Feel it moving down from the heavens, in you and through you, and as it comes to stillness to reside in your Solar Plexus – which is your power center. I speak to you on this day of power; an essential commodity of which you so mistakenly assume your precious selves to be lacking.
