Dear Ones, just as growing pains can cause some discomfort, they are a sign that you are expanding into a bigger version of yourself. The same it is with your ascension symptoms. They are temporarily uncomfortable but are a sure sign of growth and expansion.

If your body is asking for a certain food, give yourself permission to have it. If your body needs rest, rest. If your mind needs soothing, meditate or engage in activities that are gentle and enjoyable to you. Time in nature or immersing yourself in salt water can help immensely. More than anything, remember you are the expert on you.

You have chosen to be part of the ground crew on an ascending planet. You are well prepared and well supported for all of this. If you can remember that your soul considers all of this a great honour, and that these times are exactly what you’ve been waiting for, you will embrace the process and move with it with the greatest ease possible.

We invite you to examine your life and look at any areas that aren’t going quite as well as you might like. How much resistance do you have around that topic? Stop and ask yourself what belief systems you have that are keeping you stuck or engaging with what is unwanted. Is your focus empowering or disempowering?

If you have an issue that seems like it just won’t budge no matter what you try, you have likely exhausted all the options you can think of. That is a sure sign it is time to hand it off to your guides and helpers. You do that through a heartfelt request for help and surrendering into that assistance. If you don’t know who to ask for help, you can simply ask for whatever higher being would be the perfect match to help you evolve beyond it once and for all. Then simply allow yourself to be led, follow the path of least resistance, and watch for the signs and synchronicities that point the way.

Dear Ones, if you are experiencing discomfort in your life, these are the possible causes and remedies.

If you are in deep pain, the likely cause is resistance. Your soul is always seeking to grow and evolve. Resistance to that growth will only create discomfort. The purpose of the discomfort is to make it impossible to stay in the resistant place. The remedy for this is to surrender.

If you are having a feeling of anxiety and fear from being in an accelerated flow, the cause of that is not having trust that it will all turn out alright and that you are safe. Faith is the belief in a higher being. Trust is the unshakeable belief that that higher being has a plan and will keep you safe. The remedy for this is to connect with your higher being and feel their constant love and support. Trust is what keeps you in the flow long enough for the magic to happen. Faith and trust work together to create acceptance. Acceptance brings peace, which is the opposite of anxiety and fear.

If you are frustrated that you cannot create what it is you would like, the cause is often a lack of gratitude. Gratitude, simply put, is positive focus. It is through your positive focus that you can navigate beyond the perpetuation of what is unwanted. Negative focus is active resistance. Gratitude creates willing forward movement towards more of what is desired. It is your feedback to the universe and your steering wheel of the flow. It also allows you to become comfortably present with your Now moment.

The beautiful thing about surrender is that it always leads you to your next highest experience, which allows you to release the fear of making a mistake. It is not ever about not caring. It is about caring enough to get out of your own way and to give your highest self, with your guides and helpers, permission to lead the way. It is trust and faith in motion, and creating an opening for new potentials and solutions to be revealed. It is passing the baton to your unseen team, who from their vantage point can see all of the possibilities that exist and how to proceed for the highest good of all. There are distinct challenges that come from shifting into your authentic power. The first stage is shifting out of victim consciousness. As you start to assume the role of loving friend, guardian, parent, and guide for yourself, you start to experience the idea that you are completely able to navigate your life from a place of complete competency and innate and divine strength. As you leave behind the illusion that you have no power, you start to experiment with what power is.

This usually manifests in different ways depending on your predominant energy. If you are predominantly masculine, the challenge is moving out of the old 3D model of power – that which overpowers, controls, intimidates – into authentically being able to anchor in your truth and innate power and create from there. The challenge is being able to leave the ego dominated ways behind and find balance and fairness while embodying a new, much more loving and unified version of masculine strength.

For those of predominantly feminine energy, the challenge is to not mimic the old masculine based 3D models of power, or to use your emotions or old illusions of weakness as a means of control, but rather harness your innate and divine strength and create from there. Many women think they need to be tough and strong-willed to be taken seriously or weak and helpless to get assistance. The task they are facing is the creation of the new template for the empowered feminine energy, which is fair, loving, empathic, yet strong, capable, balanced, and firm when required.
