In these fast, forward moving energies, as the planet and her inhabitants continue to evolve, anything that involves giving your power away is no longer supported. The energy has been withdrawn from supporting victim consciousness of any sort.

This means relationships that don’t honour you, ways that you don’t honour yourself, addictions, old belief systems – anything that keeps you stuck – will be spotlighted for you to heal, release, or transform once and for all. This is a good thing! This means that keeping yourself small and denying your own authentic power is no longer an option.

The universe, along with the assistance of your guides, helpers, and your own deepest desires, is lovingly pushing you forward to see the truth of your own glorious capability to heal, create, and reach your greatest potentials. From a soul perspective this is a wondrous time, where the illusions of weakness are finally dropping away, and being replaced with your truth and authenticity. If you have a relationship in your life that is fraught with difficulty, stop and take a moment and examine your focus with that relationship. Are you focused on what doesn’t work? Are you critical? Does past negativity taint the present moment?

You can diffuse the challenging energy in any situation by choosing a different vibrational level. That means showing up in your truth and alignment. That means consciously bringing an energy you prefer to the situation. That means actively choosing love, choosing appreciation, choosing encouragement, choosing positive focus. You have the power to change the old dance, to anchor a different vibration, to try something different.

Much like adding ingredients to a soup, the energy between you and another is its own unique meld, and changing what you consciously infuse it with has the ability to change the flavour of the whole. When you truly understand that the universe is always, always conspiring to help you because the universe runs on love, you can let go of the idea that things are ever wrong or that you have to be on high alert for what is unwanted. If you start to put your time and focus on what is energetically supported at any given time, you will find yourselves far more comfortable and efficient. That is what inspiration is – the nudge that the energetic flow is fully supporting something.

When you force yourself to do something because you think you should, the greater the amount of effort it takes you to do it, is the level of how energetically unsupported that activity is. This does not mean that it won’t get done, it simply means that choosing to do it right now is choosing to do it without the optimal support of the universe. It is choosing a path that is far more difficult rather than having the patience to wait for the energy that will support it.

Think of surfers. They sit out in the water patiently waiting for the perfect wave to ride. They are poised to move when the optimal opportunity presents itself. They can choose whichever wave they want, but with experience and wisdom they can recognize which wave can give them the whole experience they desire with the greatest amount of joy and support. They also accept if the water is too still or too stormy that it’s not a great day for surfing at all, and shift into a different activity. They willingly move with what is supported.

Dear Ones, the universe is assisting you in letting go of everything that does not serve you. The planets are assisting, your beloved earth is assisting, your highest self is assisting, the angels and ascended masters are assisting. You are assisting yourselves as you move through letting go of the old and receiving the new. There is a wonderful system of evolution that is in place and available to each and every one of you. The only thing at this point that is in your way is any old limiting beliefs, fears or behaviours that you perpetuate by habit. We urge you to take a look at any ways you may still be holding yourselves back or believe you are blocked and ask, “Is this really true?” At this point the only limits you have to your creation and expansion are self imposed, so let go of any lingering illusions once and for all, and allow yourself to expand and shine in the truth and glory that is you. ~Archangel Gabriel
