How to Stop Struggling and Step Into The Flow

HJ: Pushing harder only makes things harder.  Struggle engenders more struggle, as per the law of attraction.  I wan’t to let you in on a big secret: life can be as easy as you want it to be.  We have been taught that struggle is not just necessary, but a fact of life.  We believe this collectively and so it begins to form our reality.  Beliefs held by large groups of people create very strong realities which can be difficult to disconnect from, especially if we do not yet have a firm spiritual understanding and grounding.  It doesn’t have to be this way.  You can choose (whenever you are ready) to disconnect permanently from struggle and step into ease — also known as the flow.

The flow is what it feels like to live in harmony with your life purpose and the natural rhythms of the universe.  Everything you need comes to you at the perfect moment and you always find yourself exactly where you need to be, when you need to be there.  It takes great trust, but thats about it.  You don’t have to do anything, which is exactly what this article is about — relaxing into the flow… because it really is that easy…

We communicate to you today through the group consciousness of the Sisterhood of Light. We wish to welcome you to us as we have been welcomed to your earthly plane again. Our presence has grown stronger amongst you since the planetary alignments that culminated in winter solstice 2012. The home of our presence is situated in the Andes and we hold a remit to return the spiritual light of our beloved Mother God amongst you all. For she has missed you and yearns to return to your awareness and to enfold you in her beautiful heart and to share her wisdom with you again. Intense Waves of Energy Anyone Else?

This Monday evening, especially from about 11:00 PM through about ten after midnight there were very intense waves of energy being felt simultaneously by Nancy and myself as we were just sitting in our living room as I was reading my email and the GFP updates. These bursts of cosmic energy came in waves which lasted in their effects about 2 to 3 minutes and roughly 10 minutes apart and were experienced as a flame like energy through my upper core along with electric tingling throughout my entire body. Along with this was a intense feeling of being uplifted which was almost too much for comfort to Nancy as she was experiencing motion sickness for the first 2 or so waves. I remarked to the effect that it felt like a powerful cleansing had taken place...

Feeling energies.

Namaste my friends, what I often notice is that a lot if people, especially people that are new in spiritual work, start practicing but get really demotivated or even stop practicing spiritual work, because they seem not to be making progress. Me for myself had the same situation in the beginning. I just got into spiritual work and wanted to learn channeling and astral projection before I even knew the basics.

The basics you should learn before you start doing anything else are:

« A PRAYER FOR THE WORLD

My re-entry since returning from Peru has been slow. Slow on technology. Rusty with writing. So I will start with a prayer. A prayer shared by Apu Huascaran for the world.

One of the many privileges of the women’s journey to Peru over the past four years is the dialogue with the Apus. With the altomesayoks (Andean shamans who summon the Spirits of the Mountains) we step through the veils of this world. In a darkened room, void of all light, we pray. The strong flapping sound of wings announces the arrival of the Apus. The thuds beneath our feet are the entrance of the Santa Tierras, the ancient feminine land Spirits.

The spirits of the mountains and Earth in voice. They speak to us only in the dark. Arriving from dimensions unable to sustain physical form in the density of our planet’s light.

We were given a prayer to share with the world by Apu Huascaran in one of our last Apu sessions in Peru this May.

PREPARE FOR THE PRAYER BY THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS…
