We have been reunited in love, and truth, and we are much closer to you now than ever before. This is so because many of you, and as a collective we say this, are accepting the truth of our existence, and a great many of you no longer find the ”necessity” to hide your thoughts, and feelings regarding the truth of our existence from others. Your authenticity is expanding, just as your heart consciousness is expanding, and the real you is finally coming to light.

Dear friends, dear family! Yes, we would like to extend our warmest welcome home to you all, for you have truly passed the border and returned back to your former glory in so many ways. We know that for some of you, this will leave many a question mark within your mind, for you fail to see anything different in your life, or even in your physical body, and so you will think ”what on earth are they talking about?” So let us explain a little bit about what has happened in these last few days.
For as you consciously opened that last door into the very core of your heart, whether that was before, during or even after the Gathering many of you took part in, you also removed the last obstacle standing in your way. For know that this is how this has always been decided, the choice must be yours, and yours only. No one or no thing can force you to surrender to yourself, that is only your decision, and yours alone. But when you do make that decision, no one and no thing can stand in your way either. So as you say YES to yourself, All of creation will listen, and the doors will all open as if by magic. For then, and only then, can you step into your true self.

A new study published in the journal Arthritis compared ginger extract to the common drugs betamethasone (cortisone) and ibuprofen for the treatment of osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis.
While ibuprofen is a popular pain remedy (such as Advil or Motrin), in this study it showed no effect on cytokine production. Cytokines are immune-regulating substances that can have inflammatory effects on the body, and are therefore linked to pain. In this study, both betamethasone and ginger extract reduced cytokines in comparable amounts. The authors of the study indicate that,n “ginger extract was as effective an anti-inflammatory agent as betamethasone in this in vitro model.”

Many of you may be in chaos at the moment as the life that you have always thought that you lived begins to dissolve and the life that you wish to create and live begins to anchor. The space between the two is often where most people fall into anxiety for the timing of one ending and one beginning is not always immediate.
Many people have “expected” the new earth to unfold immediately ignoring the need to balance the inner in order to balance the outer, for the outer waking human life experience is always a reflection of you in truth.
What you believe, what you anchor then appears in your outer waking human life experience for you create each moment of each moment. The unwaivering trust and faith in self may be challenging to anchor when the chaos takes hold and all that you recognise as life on planet earth begins to dissolve around you and through you.
