In this time of heightened awareness, we’re encouraged to use discernment with everything we learn. We’re being inundated with information from the higher dimensions about spirit, our evolution, and the fall of the planetary elite, and it goes without saying that there are forces out there who are bent on using disinformation to cause confusion.

The planetary elite attempt to misinform the awakening humanity in myriad ways, and this is why we’re encouraged to be discerning. Only we can truly determine what helps us along our journey, and if something resonates in our heart of hearts, we can discern it as genuinely helpful.

What works for one might not work for another, and ultimately, we’re the only ones who can decide what resonates with us and what doesn’t. As long as we make it a point not to accept anything we’re given at face value, we’ll benefit from the genuine spiritual information that’s intended to help us learn and grow.

The mind and ego desire things they do not need, outside of love, food, clothing and a job to earn wages to function in the world.
 
Their desire is insatiable and it's never satisfied. They want the best and will go to any extreme to get it. They lust to satisfy the desires of the body as well as the emotions. The desires are never filled.

Their choices are superficial and candy coated with lies. They can never satisfy the soul, because the soul already has all it needs within. They mock our nobleness and make us fools by choosing the worthless things over the priceless ones.

The Whole Truth - Knowing Whispers

Guessing is not knowing.
 
Knowing is the revelation to our consciousness of the truth within us and also within existence. It is a personal and individual journey through awareness within our consciousness and not our mind.
 
The mind and ego love imagination, because with it they can create imagery to be believed in and worshiped as the truth. Followers can be gathered to join a movement in which imagination is substituted for truth and the mind and ego do not have to surrender to existence.
 
It is necessary to explore the whole self within us and not just the imagination if we are to be certain of our truth. Truth is a journey beyond the mind and imagination. Without the inner knower we are left to the broad kingdom of imagination and mental deception.

We know when we know and not until we know! That is the mantra of the truth within us.

A woman with whom I once worked seemed to talk non-stop and loudly, interrupt incessantly, gossip about whomever wasn’t in the room, constantly complain, and live quite happily in martyrdom.

It seemed nothing and no one escaped her negative spin. She was good at it. She could twist the happiest moment of someone’s life into a horrendous mistake. She seemed to enjoy it too.

At first, my judgmental mind thought her behavior to be quite inappropriate. I simply didn’t approve of it. But after weeks of working with her, the thought of spending even one more moment in her presence sent me into, well, her world.

Making a difference in our lives might have nothing to do with education, wealth or power, but everything to do with love, kindness and serving others.

If you want better results to happen in your life. You can't keep repeating past pattern habits and expect different and better results. You need to be able to focus and be committed to step out of your comfort zone and do what it takes to create the success you always dreamed of and be committed to follow through to the end of any tasks until you see the results you've been looking for.

God determines who walks into your life....it's up to you to decide who you let walk away, who you let stay, and who you refuse to let go.

The Problem with Needing to Be "Heard" - Aligned Holistics

As many of you know, I have a past of complicated, codependent, and crazy relationships. I’ve blamed the men, I’ve blamed myself, and for a brief period of time, I thought I found the answer in couples therapy.

And never before have I been more wrong.

Harville Hendrix, the Founder of Imago Therapy, claims that we can change the world by changing our relationships. That sounds nice, until I truly listened.

He believes that we strive to connect to others in order to experience a taste of the joy & love we once received from our primary caregivers. In a recent lecture, he stated that this connection is our deepest desire and losing it is our greatest fear.

If that is true, then does it make any sense to look to another relationship to fix one from the past?

The belief that we would find joy in a lover’s arms because it will temporarily quell a deeper abandonment issue is the exact reason most of us are codependent. We’re constantly searching for a band aid to cover a hemorrhage.

Rebooting - Aisha North

Dear brothers and sisters of the light!

I am finally online again after a prolonged silenced caused by what turned out to be an unusual malfunction in my old modem, but now I have been set up with a model that is so new, it was the first one of its kind the technician who delivered it had installed. I cannot help but think that it is not a coincidence, for the similarities between this and what has happened to me while I was offline are striking.

For yesterday, while I was doing yoga, I went through something that I can only describe as a switch from the old and outworn to the “brand new model”, and it felt like my whole “operating system” was rebooted. I was on my back doing a deep, slow stretch when it happened, and it felt like not only my heart, but everything inside of my chest flipped over completely, first once, and after a few seconds, once more. At the same time, I saw something that looked like a data cable being pulled out from a plug and a brand new one inserted instead. It was very powerful, but not frightening in any way. My sister was right beside me, and when it was over I just said wow, something incredible just happened, and she told me that when I said those words, what she heard in her head was “I just died”. I have been through many intense physical reactions triggered by these energies before, but this was really something else, and I spent most of the day trying to digest it all.
