“Most People” Treated With Psychedelic Mushrooms Report Crucial Life Changing Experience

Source: www.thefreethoughtproject.com | Original Post Date: January 31, 2016 –

The bulk of William Richards life’s work was spent dosing people with a variety of psychedelics to research the therapeutic benefits for treating a number of conditions — or even to enrich the lives of perfectly healthy people.

Richards helped to co-found a Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine program 15 years ago, through which hundreds of people have had life-changing experiences. He credits the “sacred molecules” in such chemicals for causing the beneficial effects. While many psychedelics are employed, psilocybin — found in ‘magic’ mushrooms — is most often used by the researchers for its reliable and promising indication in the treatment of anxiety and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), among other conditions.

A disastrous spate of oil spills in the Peruvian Amazon have gone from bad to worse in recent days, leaving Indigenous tribes frantically trying to clean up the mess left by the nation’s state-owned oil company.

The catastrophic ruptures in Petroperu’s Northern Peruvian Pipeline occurred on January 25th and February 3rd and have threatened the water supply of nearly 10,000 indigenous people, says Amazon Watch.

On Monday, Petroperu officials confirmed to Reuters that the oil has poured into two critical Amazon River tributaries that eight Achuar tribes depend on for water.

Survivor Of US Drone Attack: Obama Belongs On List Of World’s Tyrants

Source: www.commondreams.org | Original Post Date: January 23, 2016 –

‘I am the living example of what drones are,’ says Pakistani who was just a boy when U.S. missile struck his family’s home.

“It’s not about me. It’s about every civilian who has been killed in Waziristan.”

Those are the words of Faheem Qureshi who was just a young boy in 2009 when a U.S. drone, on the orders of a newly-elected President Barack Obama, fired a missile that slammed into his uncle’s home in the Waziristan region of Pakistan where family and friends were gathered. Though others in the house were not, Qureshi was lucky to survive.

“What we know of the US is this is what they do to people like me. They uproot us, they kill us, they target us, without any reason. They turn our lives upside down. Of course the US is hated in that part of the world, and it’s hated more because of what they’ve done to people like me.” ~ Faheem Qureshi

Sanders berated Clinton for saying that she appreciated the foreign policy mentoring she got from Henry Kissinger. “I happen to believe,” said Sanders, “that Henry Kissinger was one of the most destructive secretaries of state in the modern history of this country.”

Education Plus Compassion - How To Change The World

Source: www.collectivelyconscious.net | Original Post Date: February 13, 2016 –

In 2014 we learned from the Living Planet Report (1) published by the Worldwide Fund For Nature that over a period of 40 years from 1970 to 2010 the populations of mammals, birds, reptiles and fish have declined by 52% due to human environmental impact. Well done, human race! Great job!

“If the bee disappears from the surface of the earth, man would have no more than four years to live” ~ Albert Einstein

We also know that one insect that we are so dependent on, the bee, has been disappearing in recent decades with an especially huge decline in recent years. In the last 5 years the bee population in the US alone has declined by 30% and particularly in Spain by around 80% (2)!

China Harvesting Organs From Thousands Of Political Prisoners While They Are Alive

Source: www.theantimedia.org | Original Post Date: February 6, 2016 –

The Chinese government is facing public outcry amid fresh allegations that authorities have routinely had the organs of political prisoners illegally, forcibly removed.

According to Newsweek, well-respected investigators from all over the world agree that thousands of people have had their organs forcefully extracted, without anesthetic, while held in Chinese prisons. Many of the victims belong to a banned religious group called Falun Gong, a forbidden, though peaceful Chinese religion created in 1992. Members continue to face constant discrimination in the country.

Religious persecution is a serious threat for many people in China — in spite of the fact that the Communist government does not espouse an official state religion.

Depopulation Through Stealth Sterilization

In the 1990’s the UN’s World Health Organization (WHO) launched a campaign to vaccinate millions of women in Nicaragua, Mexico and the Philippines between the ages of 15 and 45. The stated purpose was to protect against Tetanus or Lockjaw, a painful sometimes lethal infectious reaction to external wounds or cuts.

However, the vaccine was not given to men or boys, who are more prone to wounds from cuts and rusty nails than the ladies. Noticing this anomaly, Comite Pro Vida de Mexico, a Roman Catholic lay organization, became suspicious and had the vaccine samples tested.

The tests revealed that the WHO Tetanus vaccine used to inoculate women of child bearing age contained human Chorionic Gonadotrophin or hCG, a natural hormone that is secreted in the initial stages of pregnancy, but when combined with a tetanus toxoid stimulated antibodies rendering a woman incapable of maintaining a pregnancy. None of the women vaccinated were told.

New Social Network Project Aims To Make Facebook Obsolete

As questions continue to surface about Facebook’s alleged role in aiding illegal government surveillance programs that track and monitor citizens, people are growing restless for a viable social media alternative that respects both personal privacy and the rule of law. And we just might get that from “Miramir,” the “Social Network for Change” project testing the waters through a new Kickstarter campaign.

Max Sidorov, the mind behind the project, wants to develop a social networking experience that allows users to interact, create, develop and share information without the threat of privacy invasion and government intrusion. The Miramir project aims to integrate the current leading social media platforms into a unified, secure and completely private system that is sure to become an authoritarian government’s worst nightmare.
