BREATHE IN AND BREATHE OUT PEACE

In every feeling, thought, word and action, 
Prioritize inner-peace.

Be willing to bring peace to any situation 
Yet not willing to compromise inner-peace
Inner-peace must be non-negotiable.

When life brings challenges to you 
Pause
Close your eyes
And breathe deeply.

And then

Breathe deeply again.

When you feel yourself to be centered in inner-peace
Then, and only then
Open your eyes

Fully present to All That Is 

With a peaceful heart.

Breathe in...
