Feel how the love envelops you, flows over you. Let that feeling flow, and sit in that energy for awhile. Perhaps try this exercise in a garden, in the forest, by the ocean, or overlooking a view that you absolutely love. And, from this moment you can begin to create anything you desire.
Use this memory to fuel your passions. Use it to visualize your desires. Use it to spread love to others, especially those in need and including yourself. Send that love in your Smile, in your eyes and from your heart as you greet another today, and know we walk beside you, supporting you, and loving you always.
