The Growing Indications of Real Change

I feel the need to comment on a certain theme I’m seeing emerge today (June 10) that just can’t go un-addressed.

It’s a theme that, if I let them, the channeled sources speaking through me would perhaps address.

Indeed, the Company of Heaven has discussed this theme exponentially today, and it’s for that reason I feel the need to set-aside the myriad other tasks I’d set out for myself today (working on the Newsletter, working on the next message to have published, etc.) to offer my perspective.

Throughout the various channeled messages and terrestrial exposures we’re seeing today, the theme’s emerging that the widespread changes we’ve looked forward to for so long are just about to begin. We’re being inundated with material suggesting that the first signs of exposure of the dark’s activities, as well as the signs of true and real change beginning to be enacted, are here for us to see, right now.

Just look at a few of the news stories and messages that have emerged of late:

The continuing exposure of the NSA’s spying on, well, just about everyone. (1)

The emergence of the brave whistleblower who exposed the NSA’s activities and the petition already being started to grant him amnesty from any potential prosecution. (2)

The continuing messages from a plethora of channeled sources (Michael & Gabriel via Ron Head and Master Hilarion to name a couple) who are telling us today that some kind of tipping-point has been reached and that true, positive change is just on the horizon. (3)

I could go on with examples, but all one needs to do is scan almost any given mainstream news outlet to see that some kind of dam has broken. Truth is spilling into every corner of our collective perception, and it seems that exposure of the dark’s activities is the theme of the day. Because of this and because of the rising energy levels (which I’ve certainly felt), it seems that we’re actually on the precipice of real and true change and exposure being brought about.

Everything we’ve worked toward is bearing fruit. The actions of so many of us in spreading the Light and exposing corruption in any ways we can are indeed leading us toward a future of accountability and a collective, harmonious running of this world.

Of course, we’ve stood on the precipice of change as an awakening collective for quite a while, and in various different points in our recent history, we’ve geared-up for real change only to experience dashed expectations. Much of the time, we’ve been told from a source in the higher dimensions or from a terrestrial “insider” that something was planned to break in the physical paradigm and awaken humanity. When we’ve been told such things, modifications have had to be made to the overall plan, which pushed back much of what we expected to happen.

Now, the stage is set a bit differently.

We’re being told by some of our channeled sources that change is on the horizon, for real this time. People with connections to insiders, such as David Wilcock, are reporting that “the nightmare is almost over”. (4)

With all due respect, despite the extent to which this world has been controlled, my existence is not and never has been a “nightmare”.

Anyway – the difference between now and the past, when we were given such predictions from channeled sources or insiders, is that the exposures coming to the forefront of the collective consciousness are not only happening, but are actually a bit overwhelming. The exposures are now beginning to come at us full-force, and I’d advise expecting to meet some realizations about the cabals and what they’ve done that may make our hearts sink momentarily.

We’re about to learn the full scope of what they’ve been able to do, and the latest NSA exposures already speak to that. It’ll be important for us to remember that we are the Light, and that nothing we learn that’ll make our hearts sink or even infuriate us, actually has to. When we learn about such things (and we already are) it’ll be important for us to see that the extent of the dark’s activities does not have to bring us down or convince us that they were ”all-powerful” because they weren’t.

Returning to the idea that real, positive change is about to be enacted – again, we’ve heard these predictions many times over and usually, when “that time comes again” and it seems that real change might actually greet us, I tend not to report or give my perspective. I take a “wait and see” attitude before openly proclaiming myself that I believe such change to be on the horizon, but again this time is different.

Personally, I’ve been given indications that a very important spiritual and physical “shift point” has just been passed, and that we’re about to reap the positive rewards of such a shift. The biggest indication of this I’ve received is my depleted mood in this moment.

Every time we’re told of an important spiritual shift-point we’ve just passed, I tend to feel, well, awful, on the days we’re told. I tend to feel as if my physical and etheric body just experienced some type of power-washing, and the effect I’m left with is very calm, yet quite drained and depleted. I usually-always find myself meeting with the most exuberant of motivation to be a part of our New Earth very shortly after, and when every important shift-point comes around, I’ll soon after find myself inundated with spiritual energy and impetus.

Waking up this Monday morning, I felt that very depleted energy before jumping online and seeing the fresh, new exposures and messages that have been delivered to us. I could keep writing on this subject for an entire day but to keep this article short enough: the signs of real change being on the horizon are here, now more than ever.

I’d recommend paying close attention to the exposures coming about, especially related to the NSA, because they’re only the beginning.

Before waking up. feeling depleted and seeing the exposures, I had the most intricate, encrypted and clear of continual morning-dreams. Because of those dreams alone, I can feel that at the very least, the presence of heaven on this Earth is much stronger than it was even yesterday.

A wise elder once told me, "Grandson, the longest road you will ever have to walk is the sacred journey from your head to your heart." Another elder said, "We will never solve the many critical and life-threatening issues before us solely through the intellect; for every problem the intellect solves it creates ten more." Unto itself the intellect is a sacred gift of the Creator, but, equally, without an open, visionary, and creative heart, there is no wisdom. Both the mind and heart are sacred. Both are inseparably connected.

To help us develop the wisdom of the heart, the wisdom of peace, we must turn to Mother Earth. "You know Grandson, the Great Spirit, Wakan Tanka, has given all people wisdom," my grandfather told me. "To every living thing he has given something special. Some people receive their knowledge and understanding through books. In your life, Grandson, you too must read and study books, but remember to take with you on your journey only those things that bring more unity within yourself and others, that bring goodness and understanding and help us to serve one another in better ways."

"Wakan Tanka," he continued, "also gave our Native people, and all other people who live close to Mother Earth, wisdom and knowledge through dreams, visions, fasting, prayer, and the ability to see the lessons the Creator has put in every part of creation. Look at those trees standing over there; the alder does not tell the pine tree to move over; the pine does not tell the fir tree to move over; each tree stands in unity, their mouth pressed toward the same Mother Earth, refreshed by the same breeze, warmed by the same sun, with their arms raised in prayer and thanksgiving, protecting one another. If we are to have peace in the world, we too must learn to live like those trees."

"Look, Grandson," he said, "at the beautiful teachings the Creator has put in the little stream. Feel the water and see how gently and lovingly it touches your hands. It travels through deserts and mountains and many places, but it never turns its back on anyone or anything. Even though it gives life to all living things, it is very humble, for it always seeks the very lowest spot. But it has great faith, power, and patience, for even if a mountain stands in its path, it keeps moving and moving until finally that mountain is washed into the sea. These are the spiritual gifts the Creator has given each one of us. If we are to be happy within ourselves and with one another, we too must develop these sacred gifts."

In all of our actions, we must seek to be living examples of the changes we wish to see in the world. By walking the path, we make the path visible. We must find the courage and dedication to use the wisdom of our elders on the path of a peaceful and equitable future. Using that wisdom, we will find we have the power to carefully and lovingly remove the barriers limiting our development as human beings and communities. The greater the difficulty in our path, the greater the opportunity for our growth and ultimate victory; we can always become more than we have ever been.

We know from our ancient teachings that the sacred eagle of humanity has two perfectly balanced and harmonious wings -- one representing woman, and one representing man. In our relationships as women and men, brothers and sisters, mothers and fathers, we must join together to eliminate all forms of disrespect, mistreatment, or lack of sharing in the responsibility of raising the world's children.

It is my deepest prayer that with every new sunrise, we can recognize more and more that the most sacred and holy of all the wonderful gifts the Creator has given us is the birth of a child. Everything we can do to provide our children and communities the best possible future is a sacred gift and responsibility.

For is not the moment long, long overdue, my beloved relatives, through the unfailing power and love of our good creator, for us to free ourselves completely from the hurt of both the past and present, so we may truly soar like majestic eagles to the promised greatness of our sacred destiny and future?

THE DIVINE EYES OF TRUTH [26]

My re-entry since returning from Peru has been slow. Slow on technology. Rusty with writing. So I will start with a prayer. A prayer shared by Apu Huascaran for the world.

One of the many privileges of the women’s journey to Peru over the past four years is the dialogue with the Apus. With the altomesayoks (Andean shamans who summon the Spirits of the Mountains) we step through the veils of this world. In a darkened room, void of all light, we pray. The strong flapping sound of wings announces the arrival of the Apus. The thuds beneath our feet are the entrance of the Santa Tierras, the ancient feminine land Spirits.

The spirits of the mountains and Earth in voice. They speak to us only in the dark. Arriving from dimensions unable to sustain physical form in the density of our planet’s light.

We were given a prayer to share with the world by Apu Huascaran in one of our last Apu sessions in Peru this May.

PREPARE FOR THE PRAYER BY THE FOLLOWING ACTIONS…

Sitting in an upright posture, feet flat on the floor, hands on your thighs or at your sides.

Breathe in through your nose, and out through your mouth. In and out, slowly breathing in and out.

Feel your physical body relaxed.

Feel your energetic body calm, at ease, tranquil.

Feel your emotional body in a balanced state, centered, clear, and neutral.

Feel your mind at ease, there is nothing that you need or want in this moment.

Become aware of your pure mind, that which you feed with the work of prayer. The feeling of joy and happiness is present.

Your body that contains intuition is open.

Your body is one, and the golden light of will power flows over you and surrounds you.

You are united with your seven bodies.

Your body is in peace with the earth.

The fluids of your body flow with the water of the earth.

The fire of the earth is in your hearts.

The air of the universe flows in through your nose, and flows out of your body through your mouth.

I am how the Creator made me, and this is the moment to say…

Thank you Creator, thank you for my life.

Creator, thank you for my will.

Thank you for all of the organs in my body.

Thank you for the perfection of the footprints I leave
on my sacred path to help others find their way.

Thank you for my arms and my hands
made in your image enabling me to do your work Creator.

Thank you Mother Earth, my mother.

Thank you mother for giving me water so I do not die of thirst.

Thank you mother for giving me food so I do not die of hunger.

Thank you mother for the fire in my heart so I may love deeper.

Thank you mother for giving me your energy so I do not fall from tiredness.

Thank you for the air as cosmic food that gives me life.

Thank you mother for the heat of life that gives us light.

Help me Creator to understand your laws and to respect them.

Help me Creator to respect all these elements of life you have created;
the earth, the waters, the air, and the light,
and all things that live in the universe.

I pray for myself and everyone in the world.

Halle!!

Place your right hand on your heart.

Speaking of this time that is upon you, your great galactic cycle of time, this date approaching you, 2012 and into your 2013.

It is a joyous occasion, for all beings on the Earth are awakening to the true knowledge within them of what this time is all about.

As your culture is awakening, so too are each of you individually to the true breadth and scope of your heritage as human beings and what that means for your futures.

Here, you are on the horizon of change and this great change affects each of you at the greatest levels, because it is all within you.. This change is to the deepest levels of your cells, awakening consciousness. And each of you are intricately connected, a great tapestry of light and of life! Before you is the greatest changes of the ages, and yet it must start in your very body temple, it must start at the One for it is all returning to One as you say!

The One within you is the One out there.. Make peace with this occurrence of change! To make peace with it, we give you tools to do so..

Firstly, as a species, you are uniquely human, each human is unique and yet all of you are this human being.. To be human is “to err” you say.. Be at peace with your nature and with all the seeming errors you have made, come to terms with your beingness as a human and relax that one must be perfect! Come into acceptance of each other as you come into acceptance of the One within you!

Secondly, allow great change out there by allowing great change within! Be easy with yourself and that you are afraid of such change! Come to terms with what change is to you, and how you as an individual feel about change.. Can you make changes in your life? Start with yourself.. What would you like to open up too.. more happiness, abundance, love? Be open to changes in how you feel about those things.. Look at your judgments and be open to new experiences.. Open to the truth of your being that you have new knowledge to awaken to, new answers for your questions, but you must first be open to change and your relationship to it! This creates the global change you seek! Each of you is important and you will come to know how all parts must come together for cohesion! So allow the change within you now..

Thirdly, Be open to new growth with yourself; allow this new growth to take root! Many now on your planet are going to be awakening, to be looking to you and others who are creating new experiences, new growths and new ways to be in relationships, to each other, to the planet! They will need your help in coming together, in finding the answers. Great swift changes are coming and as they do it is in the perceptions that will be opening in your people. This growth is needed to explore newness and new worlds all around you! Help each other and allow this new growth to take root within you.. Sing your song, dance your dance and allow the rhythms of your hearts to guide you.. Be not afraid and take the risk that you feel. Allow the changes to take root, by allowing your own growth, and stepping into new ways of living your lives at the daily, here and now level!

Fourthly, speak your truth and come forth as the creators that each of you are! Each of you, reading these words, are Creator beings, here with purpose, here with the knowledge to overcome the challenges of this new time. Each of you are needed with your innate wisdoms and strengths that you brought from others times, places and star systems and beyond to be here to help implement the new earth and her new civilizations.. Be true to your nature and honor the gifts within you! Stand up and sing your song, take the time to be you now.. And watch the miracles unfold..

Fifthly, all the universe is here for support! Yes all your families of light and love are here to embrace you, to honor you and to watch you create your new ways of coming together as a species! Enjoy this time and create, come together and start to build your new relationships with harmony.. This process is occurring as we speak and will be rippling out in ever widening circles.. Start with you and allow the ever-moving tides to create greater waves of growth, upliftment and joy for everyone.. The tide is turning and all are needed to help ground this new way of being in harmony with all, with One..

Lastly, as the human species is coming together you are all coming together within yourselves to the ancient knowledge within you, to your encoded wisdom you have brought forth with you.. This knowledge is the building block of your new time.. Each of you is needed, each of you has the puzzle piece to create the changes, growth and stability for your society. Be the change you seek and no longer look out there to the burdens, but be the light and awaken your knowledge within.. Elizabeth Renter ~ Preventing Macular Degeneration, Vision Loss With Spinach

Approximately 1.75 million individuals in the United States suffer from macular degeneration—the leading cause of blindness in older adults. As the population ages, the prevalence of this disorder is going to grow and with that, treatment and prevention methods need to keep pace. In an effort to stay ahead of the curve, scientists are suggesting that including spinach in your diet could protect your eyes from the changes that cause macular degeneration.

The disorder is caused by a “progressive deterioration of a region that nourishes the retina, known as the retinal pigment epithelium (RPE).” This deterioration causes the retina itself to deteriorate and leads to difficulty focuses and, in the worst cases, blindness. Keeping the RPE healthy, therefore, can reduce the risk of macular degeneration. This is where spinach comes in.

Spinach contains lutein – a compound that combines with zeaxanthin within the body to create a  macular pigment—an oily, yellow substance that coats the retina. This pigment nourishes the retina and prevents deterioration common in macular degeneration.

Lutein also protects the eyes from free radical damage by helping filter out damaging blue light and ultraviolet light.

One study, a 10-year clinical trial from the National Eye Institute, found that antioxidants themselves could reduce the progression of macular degeneration by 28% over a five year period. Another found that just three servings of spinach per week could reduce the risk of macular degeneration by 43%.

Spinach contains plentiful antioxidants and the ingredients needed to create macular pigment. Research is underway to draw causation between foods rich in these pigments and reduced risk. While connections have been made, actual causation has yet to be verified.

In the meantime, however, the connections between foods like spinach and vision health are hard to ignore. And getting three servings of spinach each week is far from difficult.

If you eat three meals a day, that’s 21 lunches and 21 dinners each week. Certainly at least three of these could be a large salad with mixed greens including spinach and all sorts of other raw vegetables. Bell peppers, carrots, and sprouts can all be added to make your meal a healthful one.

Unmask your heart and be open as this allows you to empathize, be compassion and to love, truly, madly and deeply.  It shows you a path to a better way and it is a journey only for the brave. Dare to be vulnerable as it is indeed a sign of great strength and completeness.

Part of The Shift involves a change in our experience of the passage of time. People often comment on how time seems to be passing much faster today than it did just 10 or 20 years ago. It’s not because we’re getting older; it’s because our experience of time is changing.

This is occurring because the frequency of human consciousness is rising, so the experience of the passage of time has accelerated. The speed of the orbit of the planets is still the same, the speed of light is still the same, and everything in the outside world is still the same, but our experience has changed.

Experiential time is the experience of time, as in “time flies” or “time drags.” It is subjective, as opposed to the objective time of the outside world.

Our internal experience of the passage of time can vary considerably. When a person is not happy in their work, for example, the time clock on the wall seems to take forever to turn and the end of the working day seems to take an eternity to arrive. On the other hand, when a person is joyful and excited about what they are doing, their consciousness is vibrating at a higher frequency and, for them, the experience of time flies at a fast rate.

As they say, “Time flies when you’re having fun.”

Energetically, the difference is that joy is expressed through higher, heart-centered consciousness while boredom takes one deep into the lower frequency of the solar plexus center of consciousness.

When you are bored, your perception of time runs slowly because your consciousness vibrates at a slower frequency. When you are filled with joy and engaged in favorite activities with people you love, your consciousness vibrates at a higher frequency and your perception of time runs more quickly.

The principle at work here is that the perception of experiential time varies with frequency of consciousness. Experiential time runs faster at higher frequencies.

Why the Difference Matters

The shift from Old Reality consciousness to New Reality, heart-centered consciousness includes a shift in our perception of time. Heart-centered consciousness brings with it an increasing degree of freedom from objective time. It makes life’s experiences more important to your consciousness than the passage of time. Life becomes a chain of experiences which seem to expand and contract the time that they take to occur. The objective time continuum is the same, but the perception of the experience is different.

The key to understanding this is that, because life in the objective world is a projection of the greater reality that exists within you, then a shift to higher consciousness brings you closer to the reality within. At that point, objective time loses some of its importance and the inner experience of time takes on more importance.

How Timing Will Change in the Future

As people’s frequency of awareness rises up through fourth-density consciousness, they will become more attuned to the synchronicity that is offered by an experiential approach to time. The more people become mentally attuned to others, the more they manifest synchronicity in their lives.

Eventually, when experiential time is given more attention than objective time, people will arrange to meet each other, not by making appointments in their calendars, but by both knowing when the time is right for such a meeting.

At work, the attuned person will know from their soul-fed intuition which task is most important for them to address right at that moment and this will lead to even more synchronicity with the minds of other, intuitively-driven people.

The Reason Intuition Works

The intuitive mind senses the reality of all situations in ways that the objective mind of the physical senses cannot. When a situation develops into fruition, in which it can best be addressed for most effect, the intuitive mind has that perfect sense of timing and can help all those involved in handling the situation.

In fourth-density, heart-centered consciousness, because more attention is placed upon the inner reality than the outer world of clockwork motion, life becomes more fluid and less rigid, based upon an intuitive sense of what action is right at any moment in time. Timing becomes everything, but in a way that the objective, physical mind cannot possibly comprehend.

Intuition feeds synchronicity, so the experience of time, with its expansions and contractions, takes on more importance than the fixed pace of the outer world’s objective time.

Higher consciousness adds more abilities to the ones we have already developed. Intuitive perception leading to perfect synchronicity is a perfect example of the growth that awaits us as we step into the New Reality.

Dear ones, you have struggled and toiled for a very long time now, and for many of you, not only your patience but the very fabric of your being seems to be stretched to the very limit. You have surrendered yourself to this process wholeheartedly, and you have surrendered to the light, both on the inside and on the outside of yourself. Still, you seem to see darkness lurking in every corner as you gaze about you with a heavy heart and a fatigued body. Where is the light, you wonder, where is the bliss, the wonders, everything I have hoped for for such a long time now?

 

Well, it IS there, but your battle weary heart will have a hard time acknowledging it. For you are all bruised and sore from this long journey now, and the solace you so crave may seem indistinguishable from all of the background noises you still pick up. So again we say, connect to yourself, and see if you in a moment of stillness can hear that reassuring voice from within saying ”I am here, and I have been here for a very long time already. I am here, for I am YOU, the one you have been looking for, forever it seems”. This quiet little voice of reassurance, this gem of light that is already growing and pulsing within is not all fanfare and fireworks. It is more like a deep, flowing river, a river that is forever moving forwards, but it is also a river that does not announce itself in the same enthusiastic manner as so many other things in your life. You see, the inner core of you is so solid and affirming, it is not like those fleeting moments of ecstasy that you will also perceive at times. For even if what we are talking about is the very essence of joy, it is the kind of joy that just IS, not the one that likes to announce its presence by jumping up and down in glee. Of course, this kind of joy is also a part of the package of being human, but the inner joy is more like the very essence of it, a flavour, a sense of BEing that is like this subtle vibration that simply colours everything you do in a much richer hue than when you are without it.

 

For it is indeed there, within you all, but again, it is not always easy to decipher its message underneath all of the hurly-burly of signals being projected at you from all sides. So again we say, make sure to give yourself the opportunity to sit down and to cancel everything else that is fighting for your attention, and then, we venture to say that you will all feel how this deep, wide river of joy runs somewhere inside of you. This river is a source of sustenance that will never run dry, and if you fail to connect with it, it is not because it is not there. It is simply a case of finding the space where it runs.

 

For it can be well hidden, and the brush and thorns obscuring it from view may seem impenetrable to some of you, so the best way to find it, is as always to resist the urge to try to fight your way through the thorny bushes and push ahead in the quest for discovering it. That will only leave you feeling even more tattered and torn. No, the very best way to find it, is as always to lift youself upwards, and to connect with those higher aspects of your soul, the ones that have an unobstructed view of it all. And remember, now you have all been given the opportunity to ask for closer guidance from these, the free soaring parts of you that are unhampered by the human body and the human parts of you. So if you need assistance to locate this inner river of joy, you will always find it by once again asking for help – from yourself. And you will be met with joy, for you cannot ask for something that will be better received than the question ”please help me to find my joy. I know it must be there somewhere, but despite all of my hard work, it still seems to elude me.” For joy is what you all deserve, and the true answer to where it can be found, you can only find within.

HOW TO WEATHER THE TRANSITIONS!!
 
“Greetings Dear Ones,
 
We are the High Council of Orion.
 
Today our message is about not taking life too seriously at this moment in time, for there are many changes on your planet as you've heard about, and many are aware of at this time.
 
However what's hard to understand is what to do about it?
Many of you are feeling the effects of the influx of energies of change and transition that are coming from the sun.  Many are feeling affected by it without knowing that there are these energetic impulses that are coming from the sun, and whether you are aware of them not, the reality is that they are being pulsed towards your planet and they are part of the ascension process. The result of this can sometimes allow individuals to feel uncomfortable.
 
How does that discomfort show up?
·  Irritability
·  Difficulty sleeping
·  Grumpiness
·  Just a general sense of not feeling well
·  Feeling out of sorts
·  Feeling out of sync with the world and everything around you
·  It could feel that you perceive everyone around you doing the wrong thing, or feeling the wrong way, or saying the wrong thing.
·  It's just a general sense of life isn't flowing very well in one-way or another.
 
Now one could say if we are moving into this higher time, why wouldn't it only feel glorious to do that?  What we ask you to remember that, you are in this transition, and as you transition your physicality needs to be adjusted, and sometimes those adjustments aren't necessarily comfortable for the physical being, because the physical being has been on this planet a certain way, interacting with the environment as it was.  Your environment is now changing and your physicality is being asked to change along with it.  Now understand that this is happening in incremental ways that are being gently doled out, even if in the moment it doesn't feel that gentle.
 
How you weather the transitions for yourself?
First of all what we ask you to do, is to not take things overly seriously at this moment in time. And what we mean by that? If you are looking at any of the things around you such as your job and your relationships, you're housing situation, whatever it might be. If you're looking at those same things you've always looked at and suddenly they don't look and feel comfortable, and you think you need to make changes, what we ask you to do is just allow them to be where they are, without feeling the need for you to make a lot of changes right now.
 
Allow yourself to transition within these situations that might not feel so comfortable at the moment and time, it doesn't mean they need to be jettisoned out.  It just means that the ground that everything is standing on is moving, and when you're standing on shaky ground, if you will, it's not the time to make a lot changes.
 
It's not unlike being in the middle of an earthquake and your house is shaking and the ground is shaking, and you deciding at that moment you need to rearrange the furniture in your house. It sounds a little silly to say it that way, but that's the truth of it.  That you would never think in the middle of an earthquake that it’s a good time to redecorate and change things up, you would want to get through whatever that is in the moment, let things settle down, and then decide what to do when the ground is not moving.
 
It would be the same for now, what do you do to whether this?
Don't take it seriously, and in the middle of it turn your attention back to yourself, and just talk to yourself about how you are feeling uncomfortable, and seeing what you can do with yourself to allow yourself to feel more comfortable and less reactive.
·  Can you get some more exercise
·  Can you do something fun for yourself
·  Could you turn your attention to yourself to read the books you’ve been wanting to read
·  Start taking up a hobby that you wanted to do
 
To just allow yourself to pay less attention to what's going on out there as you ride these waves, and what it does is allow you to start looking at yourself in the places your reactive as well.  Because it’s a time to really dig in and see the areas that you're reacting to, and see the parts of you that perhaps need to be worked on. This is the time in your history where things are getting stirred up and kicked up also, not only as a part of the transition as a whole, but also your own internal transition.  So the things that you have not dealt with yet, or that are the unhealed parts, or those unexpressed parts, could very likely be coming to the surface to be looked at, re-evaluated, healed, released, understood, whatever it might be.
 
Instead of getting upset about these things and thinking the world is coming to an end, take that step back and ask yourself:
“What can I learn from this?”
“What am I reacting to?”
 
By looking at yourself as an outside observer instead of taking it all so personally. We said this many times before, but making sure that you're getting plenty of rest, plenty of liquids and good foods, and things that you know optimally support your body, so that your physicality is in the best place and shape possible to withstand, to move through these energetic changes.
 
What we would say in summary is, try not to take anything too seriously, and really think and rethink and rethink making any changes at this time.  Allow yourself to get through the changes, so that you again are not trying to redecorate in the middle of an earthquake.  Allow it to get moved through and as you are in that place of allowing, allow yourself to re-evaluate yourself, and look at the areas of your life that you might like to clean up, understand, release, forgive, and all those types of things.  It's a good time to do that housecleaning particularly on the things that are coming up right now.
 
It's a wonderful time to allow the energies to assist you in the release of old patterns and paradigms, whether they're known or unknown.  These energies have a tendency to bring out or uncover and unearth things that may have been hidden, may have been unknown to you.  Allow those to come through, again not feeling that the world is coming to an end or getting worse.  You could look at it as a blessing that it's coming out, and now you know what to heal and look at and release.
 
While it's not always easy, we ask you to look at these times of change as wonderful opportunities that are evidence of the changes afoot on the planet.  The change is afoot and many of you are feeling it, and while things are moving towards a brighter future, if you will, these times of transition can be a little uncomfortable as you're working your way through it.
 
Have faith, stand in your place of knowingness that you are in exactly the right place for your Soul has brought you here, in the here and now, all is well.

THIS WEEK provides us with a representative mix of both opportunity and challenging aspects. The most supportive energy comes in the form of a trine aspect between Neptune and Saturn.

On the surface, these two planets appear to be as different as oil and water. Neptune teaches transcendence, the ability to rise above the dramas of earthly life through spiritual or creative outlets. However, when these two planets work well together, as they are this week, we have the opportunity to blend practicality with idealism, and the possibility of bringing our dreams into form.

THIS TRINE is a longer-term influence, since both Neptune and Saturn move relatively slowly. The energies are in effect for at least a couple of weeks on either side of the exact date (Tuesday, June 11), but of course are strongest this week.

Knowing this influence is in effect gives us encouragement that even the most life-changing circumstances (which so many are experiencing now) are actually first steps to manifesting the greater vision we have for our lives. It is often true that we have to release our attachment to what IS if we are to open up to what CAN be.

THIS WEEK’S aspect is the second Saturn-Neptune trine — since both planets go retrograde (backward) once a year, they are meeting three times total. The first occurrence was October 10, 2012, and the final trine will be July 19.

With the last two trines being within weeks of each other — and especially since the trine in July will be part of the Grand Water Trine between Saturn, Neptune, and Jupiter — we can consider the energy of manifesting our dreams to be especially strong now and for the next several weeks.

THE CHALLENGES this week come once again from Pluto and Uranus, as these two changemakers interact with Venus on Tuesday and Wednesday.

Venus, as the goddess of love and comfort, represents our relationships, our values, and our material well-being. Pluto and Uranus are challenging us this week to go more deeply into what is true for us, and what we really want and need in these areas of our lives.

THE SYMPTOMS of these energies are likely to be increased restlessness, dissatisfaction, and a sense of urgency that we need to resolve something NOW. For those of you who have experienced PMS (either personally, as a woman, or observationally, as a man), the symptoms will feel familiar.

Pluto supplies that powerful need to push our agenda, and Uranus supplies the devil-may-care attitude that may not consider the consequences of our actions.

WITH VENUS now in sensitive Cancer, however, it will be very important to realize how emotionally vulnerable we currently are. This means we can benefit from staying open-hearted and aware of others’ feelings. It also means realizing that we are more likely than usual to take things personally.

Pluto intends to bring to the surface issues that have been brewing, while Uranus works to increase our awareness of our needs for freedom and authentic living. If these themes are important for you to address, it is likely to be part of your experience this week.

Thankfully, given that Chiron trines Venus on Friday and goes retrograde on Sunday, we’ll also have support in forgiving and healing any relationship issues that Pluto and Uranus have activated.

Feeling more moody than usual lately? Perhaps you’re wondering if it’s just the world getting crazier, or if your tolerance level for nonsense has been exceeded.

Even the most level-headed person could have had some topsy-turvy moments this past week. The news was full of reporting on mass shootings in typically tranquil places, unsettling economic trends, new citizen uprisings, business cover ups, and even governments spying on everyday citizens.

For many people, anxiety is heightened when digesting the constant parade of disturbing events. There’s nervousness in the air, even if you don’t feel the day’s news will impact you on a personal level. You could be feeling it even if you don’t watch the news!

After all, you are aware of the inseparable interconnection between all things. You know that you don’t live on an isolated island, untouched by crisis happening elsewhere. Above all, you want a peaceful and loving world, and disturbing happenstance reminds you that much needs to happen to shift the balance into light.

Yes, the world does need healing. The overhaul of society is taking place, but it’s messy and may seem slow from a linear perspective. In quantum terms though, the changes under way have built a momentum and progress that cannot be seen with typical human eyes. A lot is happening behind the scenes.

Much is occurring because of past efforts you and others have made to shift out of old-paradigm approaches. Current and ongoing unwavering efforts are required, too.

Tapestry of Mega Transformation

Many of the positive changes already orchestrated are creating a tapestry of mega transformation sure to unfold over time. If you are feeling impatient, then, remember that things often are not as they appear!

Don’t judge yourself for feeling impatient – you want to know how you are feeling on the deeper levels. Use your impatience constructively, though, allowing it to fuel your own inner changes and insights. When you connect with a cause you believe in – like protecting the dolphins or educating people on what’s in the food they eat – inquire within about how you can be a positive force in advancing these causes.

Your one voice does matter, even if you simply apply it to your own life.

Working with Mood Swings

As a divine changemaker, you’re already sensitive. You simply feel at a deeper level – and you connect with life more intensely – than people not on the path of conscious awakening. Don’t judge this as good or bad. The more aware you become, the more sensitive you will be.

Sensitive people have the ability to feel things more intensely. Joy can be very elevated, as can anger. It’s not just about emotions either. It’s being able to pick up on things in your environment – like sensing when you are driving to take a different street than usual. You don’t do this out of fear. You change your route because you paid attention to an intuitive nudge inside, guiding you to drive another way. That one decision could save you lots of time and anguish if you avoid a traffic jam or accident.

The current planetary cycles are stimulating emotions of all sorts. Things you don’t normally think about can surface like a broken record, catalyzing deep feelings about people, projects, and how you spend your time.

You may get depressed just contemplating spending the afternoon with someone – baffled about why you feel like you do. The next day, you may daydream about making some plans to see that same person – your blue mood gone.

Mastery of emotional states is not easy, to be sure. However, your empowerment depends on this mastery. Finding balance is essential if you want to be a potent healing force in the world. That, of course, is a big part of your path.

7 Tips to Stay Balanced

First, take the middle road with media input. To be empowered, you must know about injustices and trends in society. It’s helpful to know enough of the day’s news so you understand what fears are being triggered in the mass consciousness (it’s in you too). You can be more compassionate with others if you know why they are upset. Avoid tuning in to multiple news reports that simply rehash the same old story with a different spin. Balance is the key.

Second, seek to know truth. You cannot be empowered if you avoid seeing the unpleasant sides of life – your own or society’s. Change and personal spiritual growth happen only when people will look honestly at themselves and the world. Be real. The genuine person is not afraid to see what is in front of him or her. Only knowing the truth can you transform and become free.

Third, shift the balance from complaining to gratitude. You can accomplish much more with a few simple moments of gratitude than you can with a day-long session of complaining. Each time you find fault – feeling a victim and giving that victimhood voice – you lower your energetic frequency. This lower frequency then goes into your next interactions, making you less happy and less successful.

Fourth, when things get crazy, take a time out and breathe. Invite your higher wisdom to show you the bigger picture and what’s really important. Let go of the rest. If you have a tendency to overthink situations, become mindful of when you are over analyzing. Talk a walk, meditate, or simply shift your focus to something productive.

Fifth, remember that personal transformation is a process over time. Dysfunctional patterns held in the DNA will surface in layers. You can successfully clear an entire piece of something that’s been plaguing you for decades. That part really is over and you can celebrate! However, there can be more pieces that aren’t accessible right away. You are eternal, after all, and you have a lineage. This means the issue you addressed may have related elements stemming from past lives and the DNA of your ancestors. How you will know is when something surfaces, giving you the additional piece to work on. It does no good to force or demand that the pattern be gone by a certain date. That’s a linear view. Trust that your most problematic issues would not even be arising for clearing this life if you could not successfully transform them. Welcome the gift of having the opportunity for quantum healing that can get to the core of your pain.

Sixth, know that you are alive for your own spiritual awakening but also to help with humanity’s ascension. These two goals cannot be separated, for you are one with all. Each time you do inner work and other personal healing, you raise your vibration and contribute to the awakening of humanity. Each time you heal a pattern you inherited from your family, your ancestors and descendants can benefit. Each time you turn your focus to something that helps your community or the larger world, you help humanity – and your heart can open a little more than before. As your heart opens and heals, you contribute to the planet’s ascension.

Seventh, listen more. Only by active listening can you hear deeply enough into yourself, others, and life itself. Think of yourself as a 24/7 broadcast station, receiving input from spirit, your body, your loved ones, and the larger world. When you become still long enough to hear the transmissions, your journey becomes lighter and you discover how to avoid some of the rocks in the road. You will still encounter some rocks, of course, but you will be more resourced to deal with them.

My beloved humans on earth. Once again I was asked from this channel to deliver a message to humanity that has is origin in a personal message to his spiritual partner and him. As usual I will follow his wish with great pleasure and I will give you a summary of the message I gave to them on Friday last week. In the personal message to this channel, I informed them about the incoming energies. The incoming energies will increase in a massive way until we reach the upcoming solstice (spring to summer). When I say massive I would like to stress the word massive. The incoming energies will put everything what you have experienced in the background. These energies are not to be compared with the ones in the past and will have a great effect on Gaia and the humanity, this I can assure you.

There will be humans that will face great difficulties because they are mourning about the old energies. They can’t understand that they are not here or available anymore. The old energies or from the past and this is something they have to accept.

I would like to hand over a simple recipe and this is something “old fashion” for the ones that are familiar with this tool. But for the newcomers it will hold some important information and they will be very happy about it. Remember to ground yourself on a regular base. Not only once but a view times through your day. This is the only way I can guarantee that you will face less problems in comparison when you don’t ground yourself regularly. Like always I let it up to you to decide, because I have to and I will accept your decision. But understand that this is close to my heart that I don’t want to see you suffer, because this is not necessary and not wanted from my side. ~ All this week I’ve been strongly drawn to the Mermaids.  I believe in the existence of the Mermaids wholeheartedly, and when I sense them calling, I definitely listen!  So naturally, today, I chose to draw a card from the Magical Mermaids & Dolphins deck.  The card I pulled is entitled “Pay Attention”, and it’s accompanying message couldn’t be more appropriate.

~ Our message of the day is short and simple.  Pay attention to the signs that the Universe is tossing your way.  They are everyplace, and if they should repeat themselves more than 3 or 4 times, then it’s super important to really stand up and take notice.  Have you ever done some channel-surfing while you drive, and the same song pops up on 4 of the 6 preset stations?  Most likely you have, and this is a sign that the lyrics of the song have something particular to say to you.  This is divine guidance, and an easy way for your Team to speak to you.  We all know about the number sequences-111, 222, 333, 444, and so on…  These tend to repeat themselves to us, and they can be spotted on clocks, license plates, signs, phone numbers…and the list goes on.  A great tool for interpreting these number sequences is Doreen Virtue’s Angel Numbers 101.  It comes in book form and as an app for your Iphone or Ipad.  These are just two of the many types of signs you’re likely to encounter in the coming days.

Also important to take note of is when the Universe is throwing obstacles in your path, especially when you believe you want something, but your guides know that you are somewhat off track.  We’re being guided at this time to be positioned into situations which are aligned with our true life purpose.  It’s time to start taking steps to learn more about, and to begin working at our contracted missions.  Trust me when I say this; if obstacle after obstacle comes up, please take it as a sign that it’s clearly time to reevaluate your plans.  The Universe will substitute it with something far, far more  pleasing and synchronistic, I promise you!

Keep in mind that we are all at different levels of spiritual development, and our DNA is expanding in each of us at a very unique and personal pace.  Our Teams will use any appropriate means available to get through to us. If the signs feel too vague, tell them this.  Ask them to make things more literal and clear.  Divine communication goes both ways.  And most of all, enjoy the journey and view each new experience as a valuable lesson along the road to enlightenment.

When you embody peace you are allowing the current of the Creator to flow eternally through your being, heart and soul. Peace carries the vibration of truth, clarity and unity for all to experience. Peace isn’t merely silence or stillness but is a powerful quality of the Creator which develops your inner balance, harmony and strength. Peace is contentment with and as the Creator, it is to have no need to seek wisdom or desires because one recognises that they are complete and carry all that is the Creator within their beings. Peace emerges with a deeper and enhanced trust in the Creator, the support and all that the Creator provides. Peace develops with the presence of love pulsating throughout your entire being, emerging from every cell of your body. Peace is not only an experience but an existence emerging from the origins of your being, therefore becoming a powerful representation of your truth. When you carry peace with you wherever you are, whatever you are doing you no longer need to hold on to the aspects of the personality, of judgement, fear or doubt but create a space predominantly within you that allows for true happiness and bliss to infuse and radiate. With the presence of a true and deep peace emerging from within your being, from your soul, you are aware that you are attuning yourself to the vibration of the Creator linking in with your entire being to all that is the Creator. The vibration of your body, energetic bodies and reality become peaceful, existing in harmony and true bliss with the Creator, you will allow yourself to experience everything with ease and to encounter the perfection of the Creator.

It is peace that I wish to promote not as an outward energy or experience but as an inward reality in order to bring harmony to the Earth and the situation that humanity have created through neglect of their divine self and manifestation. Peace allows you to acknowledge the divine essence within your being, within each and every person upon the Earth and with all living matter or souls. This acknowledgement if accepted by a vast majority can instantly detangle all situations of pain, chaos, imbalance and harm that humanity have and are causing to each other and the Earth. Due to your physical realities being so solid and real to you it would seem that to heal yourself, to heal your actions and the actions of humanity as a general body that you would have to solve problems in the outer physical reality. This of course can bring a greater appearance of peace and harmony being restored in any situation but often those involved are still not content or fulfilled, often believing or demanding that they deserve more, maybe as compensation or to heal their inward pain.

It is often that actions in your physical reality do not always create the fulfilment and contentment that is needed. When an action of any kind is instigated from deep within your being, your soul and truth then it is carried forward to the situation or those involved almost as if it is filled with so much nurturance and truth that it instantly fulfils each and every person and soul involved. Each person recognises the truth of the Creator in the energy, due to the truth of the Creator being presented the situation becomes harmonised by the vibration of the Creator, brought into perfect balance and perfection.  When the vibration of the Creator is presented everything becomes attuned appropriately even when fear is involved. If each person allowed themselves to access the peace that is the Creator within their being, permitting peace to emerge within every action that they take and every thought made, then peace would instantly manifest all over the world even in situations that seem so entangled with fear and pain. Peace would manifest outwardly in the physical reality of the Earth because it would trigger a deep remembrance and resonance of and with the Creator. All that is being held onto and no longer needed would insistently fall away, leaving only that which is true, blissful, love and the Creator.

Peace is often associated with the mind, as you are asked and encouraged to create a peaceful mind free from unproductive or fearful thoughts but peace can and does develop on a deeper level within your entire being. Peace as I have stated ignites and flows from the soul and truth within you, it is valued as a power, a source of protection while also allowing a deeper unity with the Creator. Peace and all its beautiful qualities can be an emotional state which remains as an expression of your being throughout any situation, meaning that your emotions are balanced rather than soaring from one extreme to another. One can still experience sadness or happiness emotionally but with the presence of peace there is no attachment or holding onto the emotion, it is experienced almost at its smallest volume, once recognised it glides away. Even when an emotion is experienced peace is always present as a support, power and strength.

Peace can also be present within the physical body creating perfect health and vitality. If you can imagine peace existing within every cell of your being all irritations on an energetic level that anchor and manifest into the perfection of the body to cause imperfections would vanish. The body would be content, experiencing the wealth and abundance of the Creator, completely and absolutely in harmony and wellness. Often complaints of the physical body are like discontentment sometimes sourced from the energetic bodies or the mind, when peace is present bringing forth the vibration of truth then everything is attuned to the Creator becoming content, healed and the perfection of the Creator.

Peace can be present with your conscious awareness within the spiritual body and being acting as a foundation to encourage of inspiration, truth, wisdom and realisations to arise. When you allow the vibration of peace from your soul to exist within your spiritual being and body you are able to experience a deep contentment with your spiritual journey on the Earth. Even if you do not understand your spiritual path nor are able to comprehend the next step to aid your enlightenment, if peace is present you are able to be content in your experiences and the present moment, content with all that you have discovered and at peace with the idea that everything will flow from you with divine timing. Contentment and peace with your spiritual journey is a powerful tool to wield as it allows you to look within rather than seeking with urgency outside of yourself. With peace in your spiritual being you have the ability to relax deeper into your truth and inner guidance. Peace encourages you to realise that in truth there is nothing to seek, all is already present, which can bring a deep healing to your entire being. The hunger, urgency, yearning for ascension may also subside allowing you to experience the joys of ascension with ease and perfection in divine timing. It is sometimes that the hunger for ascension can create a block or can limit your ascension as you try to force and push yourself to experience that which will be experienced with divine timing.

The vibration of peace is immensely important within all aspects of your being especially when it flows from the soul; it has a powerful ability of bringing everything into balance and harmony. I wish to share an invocation with you to assist your experience of the peace of your soul.

‘Lady Quan Yin, I call you forward to support, enlighten and nurture my entire being and existence as a light source in this physical body upon the Earth. I ask that you become one with my heart and soul so that we may share in the love and truth that is the Creator.

Please assist me in activating the vibration and essence of peace from within my soul, I now allow my soul light to emanate a pure vibrational light of peace into every aspect of my being. Dear ones, you have struggled and toiled for a very long time now, and for many of you, not only your patience but the very fabric of your being seems to be stretched to the very limit. You have surrendered yourself to this process wholeheartedly, and you have surrendered to the light, both on the inside and on the outside of yourself. Still, you seem to see darkness lurking in every corner as you gaze about you with a heavy heart and a fatigued body. Where is the light, you wonder, where is the bliss, the wonders, everything I have hoped for for such a long time now?

Well, it IS there, but your battle weary heart will have a hard time acknowledging it. For you are all bruised and sore from this long journey now, and the solace you so crave may seem indistinguishable from all of the background noises you still pick up. So again we say, connect to yourself, and see if you in a moment of stillness can hear that reassuring voice from within saying ”I am here, and I have been here for a very long time already. I am here, for I am YOU, the one you have been looking for, forever it seems”. This quiet little voice of reassurance, this gem of light that is already growing and pulsing within is not all fanfare and fireworks. It is more like a deep, flowing river, a river that is forever moving forwards, but it is also a river that does not announce itself in the same enthusiastic manner as so many other things in your life. You see, the inner core of you is so solid and affirming, it is not like those fleeting moments of ecstasy that you will also perceive at times. For even if what we are talking about is the very essence of joy, it is the kind of joy that just IS, not the one that likes to announce its presence by jumping up and down in glee. Of course, this kind of joy is also a part of the package of being human, but the inner joy is more like the very essence of it, a flavour, a sense of BEing that is like this subtle vibration that simply colours everything you do in a much richer hue than when you are without it.

For it is indeed there, within you all, but again, it is not always easy to decipher its message underneath all of the hurly-burly of signals being projected at you from all sides. So again we say, make sure to give yourself the opportunity to sit down and to cancel everything else that is fighting for your attention, and then, we venture to say that you will all feel how this deep, wide river of joy runs somewhere inside of you. This river is a source of sustenance that will never run dry, and if you fail to connect with it, it is not because it is not there. It is simply a case of finding the space where it runs.

For it can be well hidden, and the brush and thorns obscuring it from view may seem impenetrable to some of you, so the best way to find it, is as always to resist the urge to try to fight your way through the thorny bushes and push ahead in the quest for discovering it. That will only leave you feeling even more tattered and torn. No, the very best way to find it, is as always to lift youself upwards, and to connect with those higher aspects of your soul, the ones that have an unobstructed view of it all. And remember, now you have all been given the opportunity to ask for closer guidance from these, the free soaring parts of you that are unhampered by the human body and the human parts of you. So if you need assistance to locate this inner river of joy, you will always find it by once again asking for help – from yourself. And you will be met with joy, for you cannot ask for something that will be better received than the question ”please help me to find my joy. I know it must be there somewhere, but despite all of my hard work, it still seems to elude me.” For joy is what you all deserve, and the true answer to where it can be found, you can only find within.

Jennifer Hoffman -Finding the Light May be Faster and Easier Than You Think

The light bulb in my dryer burned out months ago. Since I have never seen where the light bulb is located and never had to change the light bulb in a dryer before, I expected that changing it would be difficult and complicated. So I put the task of changing the dryer light bulb on my list of “difficult things to do that will take a lot of time that I will take care of when I have time to do them.” Every time I opened the dryer and thought about changing the light bulb my heart would sink. I had visions of having to remove the drum, and perhaps even taking the dryer apart to get this done.

Then, last week, after finishing the laundry, I had a feeling that changing the light bulb just couldn’t be that complicated. So I got a flashlight and stuck my head in the dryer to look around. It didn’t make sense that something that would have to be changed somewhat regularly would be so hard to access. I ran my hand around the inside of the dryer drum by the door and there, at the top, was the light bulb. A few quick turns and the burned out light bulb was in my hand. I went to the hardware store, showed a clerk what I needed and for $3.00 I got two replacement bulbs. Installing the new light bulb took less than a minute and now the light in the dryer works.

I was so convinced that this was going to be hard that I didn’t even think about looking for an easy solution earlier. Then the situation shifted from being a minor inconvenience (I really didn’t need to see into the dryer anyway) into something that was beginning to cause me acute distress every time I thought about it. Removing the old bulb and installing the new one, minus the time spent driving to the hardware store, took less than two minutes. Why did I make it so hard and cause myself so much distress over it? We do this when we allow our assumptions about how complicated  things will be to override the possibility that they can be easy.

We’re living in such important times now and we have a great deal of responsibility to hold energy for the changes that are happening on the Earth. So much so that we can tend to over-think, over-dramatize and over complicate the process. What if, instead, we just assume that it will be easy? For example, how many times today did you think about the earth spinning on its axis? How many times did you think about the gravitational pull of the moon on the earth, the sea and on your body? Did you ever even think that the sun may not rise tomorrow? All of these are highly complex and yet very simple processes that occur every day. They’re important to us, without them we would all cease to exist. But they are part of the flow of life, a process that we are also part of. And when we over-think, over-dramatize and over-complicate things, we step out of this flow and make the process so much harder than it really is.

We don’t need to look for the light, it is always there. We just have to know that it is there and put ourselves in its path when we assume that everything will be easy, effortless and simple. What is the easiest, simplest and most obvious place to find the light, peace, truth and joy we want (by most obvious I mean the one we don’t over-think)? Here is what I learned from my clothes dryer’s light bulb:

1. If the process should be simple, it probably is.

2. The light is probably in the most obvious place, but the most obvious place is not where you might look first.

3. Even the most complex process is comprised of simple, smaller steps.

4. If we are afraid that something will be too hard, take too much time or too much effort, then we’re over-thinking the process.

5. Once we see how simple something is and can do it once, we will never forget how to do it and can apply that learning to everything else.

6. If you look for the light, you will find it. If you look for the problem, you will find that first.

I hope you can use these steps to simplify something in your life that you think is really hard, complicated and time consuming. Assume that finding the light, whatever that means to you, is going to be easy and effortless and it will be.

Today, the energy centers around two main themes: satisfaction and overcoming.

We have a strong astrological aspect in play today: Venus makes the one-day-per-year opposition to Pluto.  This brings lots of things into the forefront, especially relationship issues (and obsessions).  This involves the "satisfaction/dissatisfaction" theme.  The positive end of the apsect is the potential for relationships to become deeper and stronger.  The negative end of the aspect brings jealousy, blame, and dissatisfaction.  This doesn't only affect romantic relationships; it effects all types of relationships (even relationships with co-workers).  People can act really ugly under Venus-Pluto energy or they can reach lofty heights of expression.  We can work the high end or the low end.  So if you find yourself in a situation where someone is not satisfied with you or if there is a situation that you are not satisfied with, understand that we are hyper-sensitive to this issue today.

Méline Lafont ~ Review of the month of May: My personal share and experiences

One thing is for sure and that is that I AM happy that this month of May has ended! It has been the wildest ride ever for me and I am sure I am not the only one who feels that way.  The Month of May has been an intense clearing, as well as an activation where the Christed Self is being given the opportunity to descend into our being and our heart, a process that is now still taking place as we speak.  This was all thanks to the portals and eclipses that have taken place in this 1 month of our linear time.

 

As hard as it was for me personally, I am very thankful for it, for it has given me a huge push to continue with my path that my heart has chosen to follow.  I have made decisions and choices that might have affected some in my entourage and this has triggered a lot, not only in my life but in theirs as well.  And this is exactly what the hard part was for me, because being sensitive to what other people think of me, I have been tested, triggered and turned upside down in my thoughts and life with exactly those kinds of mirrors.  Isn't this process, this teaching wonderful?! At first it was very hard for me, I must admit.. but now it is so obvious as to how it was mirrored to me and why.

 

I have decided to end my relationship, which was a wonderful one on the vibration of 3D, but since I am transcending this and growing more into Self on a higher level, the relationship simply does not work and does not resonate anymore.  As hard as it still is, my heart feeling was very clear about this and I do not have regrets for ending it.  The only thing that made it hard is the fact that I have 3 small children and that everything is being thrown at me; I am accused of being a bad person and a horrible mother by making this decision.

 

The hurt and the feeling of desperation that is felt by my ex partner is formed into a kind of negativity that is constantly being send to me, that was a hard lesson for me to learn to stay in balance no matter what would happen.  Well, this was hard indeed and it still is!  Every single day I have to work and ground myself to not engage into the fights and anger of my ex.  Even though this works most of the times, I am being tested constantly as long as my feelings of guilt are present, because this is what it was all about: me feeling guilty of ending this and seeing hurt around me.

 

I realized that I am not responsible for another one’s opinion or manner of coping with things, so this helped me to move on and just worked my ass through this.  On a daily basis I am still being reminded and mirrored by people who are not awaken, that I do not need to worry about what others may think of me and judge me, because for as long as I will do this: I will get this.   The last days of May have triggered a lot due to the last eclipse and flyby of the huge Asteroid and those were the hardest days to say the least!

 

My ego suddenly made great attempts to influence me and just made me doubt about my chosen path and my decisions, trying to persuade me that I needed to stay in this relationship because my kids and I have all we need here to live comfortably.  Meaning; all that is material and of a 3D vibration is the easiest to stay with and opt for, because it is something I have been holding onto for a very long time.  The ego was attempting to show me it would be far easier to just continue with my old way of living because then I would not be confronted with judgement and anger, hurt and disappointment.. If I would not be so grounded as I am now, I would definitely be seduced by this way of thinking and I would have taken this for real.  You see how easy it is to be misguided by the ego and take this for real???

 

My reason for sharing this rather personal incident in my life  is to hopefully reach other dear hearts having the same issues and comforting them by letting them know that they are absolutely not alone in this. As a matter of fact, a lot of you are going through this right now and it is called the reformation of your self, the integration of Self and the rebirth into Self.  From now on we only attract those dear hearts in our lives that are of the same resonance as we are, so we can form groups and get in touch with our real soul family.  We are now all establishing the foundation of our realities and whoever fits in this will be part of this and the ones who aren’t fitting in this anymore, will make place for others and establish their own foundation with others in order to be able and experience their own created reality with hearts of the same resonance.  This is why this is all happening and it is not a separation but rather a reformation, where soul families come together again, just as it was supposed to happen by choice, establishing their own foundation and reality.

 

Well, as we all are now going through this process it can be a really hard one at times, so it is important to remind yourself what your heart desire is and not what pertains to the mind and the ego thoughts.  The heart is the new leading center of Self and this is what is bringing you into your new reality which is the 5^th Dimension. This is the new way of living and it is all forming the new you and the new world.  The heart leading our lives and , is the 5^th dimensional way of living and this is new to us, even though we come from that dimension or even higher ones for some.  So yes, at times this will be challenging as we are leaving this duality and this way of living behind us, and are starting to live a whole other way of being.

 

We are learning from this and doing this all, right now!  The energies are making us do that because we have opted for this, we are here for this and if we want to grow along with beloved Gaia it is about going with Her or not, for we are all connected to Her in essence.  So if you have chosen to grow along with Her and make this new empire of Light a fact, than the toughest energies and challenges can be thrown at you at times,  and we need to see this as a blessing, for it helps us to understand more and grow into an even higher Light being.  Once these challenges are overcome and understood, all will become so much easier down your path, as all becomes more bliss and Love.  First we need to understand the concepts of a 3D world and see through this in order to understand what awaits us in the “future”, to then ultimately throw all of this stuff away and release it.

 

The ego minded hearts will have even more challenges to deal with, because they cannot cope with it anymore, due to Mother Earth evolving into this pure Lightbeing that She is.  So their challenges will be over the top for them, forcing them into this new state of awareness that can help them awaken.  Whatever the outcome will be, it is everyone’s own choice and personal experience but it is very important to choose now as Earth is accelerating very fast at Lightspeed as it were.

 

The last couple of days in June, I have been told so much good news about a shift that has taken place 2 days ago(saturday), reaching critical mass of Love and for Earth that has shifted through an important portal on an etheric level already.  This is so wonderful and I absolutely felt it and so did a lot of others at present.  It is so tangible at this time, and I feel myself engulfed in so much Love these past few days, while other non awakened friends in my life have so many hard issues at this time and are lingering in a constant state of anger and frustration.

 

I feel even more connected to Earth and all that is part of Her beautiful kingdom and Her nature.  I even start to see my own aura as this beautiful violet blue color; which is my essence being as a Lady Master of the violet Ray.  I was looking at my hands and arms, while holding them in the air and I saw this violet blue energy ( a few inches) around my arm and around every single finger ,and as I was moving my hand this still was tangible and visible as I was moving along.. this was so clear to me that it was my aura.  My team always told me it was violet blue, being Lady Portia, but to see it with my own eyes was just fantastic!!  At the same time I saw a lot of energies being attracted to my hand and my body as if I was swallowing them so to speak, but at the same time also releasing a lot of energy.

 

Inner flashes of Light have been a part of my nights as well; time travels and dreams are very often the case lately, but also the remembering that there was something important going on in the dreamstate and remembering the feelings around it but not remembering what it was exactly ...  I often sleep very deep lately and I only remember me taking off, and then this huge black hole comes in, leaving me with no remembrance at all, only the feeling about it and the knowing something big happened.  On those times I can only rely on what my team is telling me the day after and on the heart feeling I have.

 

Well, a lot is happening right now for sure and even though we might not always “see” it, it is felt within and this is how you know!  I am surely looking forward to our next creations this month and the month of July because I get the feeling (and am told as well) that a lot is coming forth right now, if we are willing to cope with it and if we do this ourselves. We are certainly in the right time frame and the appropriate speed of energy for this, so we might as well make the best of it, now! Please do!  I wish you all a most wonderful time and give my most loving blessings to each and everyone of you!

The love We speak of here is not accolades of love to or from you. It is the love from your heart that We speak of. We are speaking of the heart of you. The heart of something means the meaning of something. That you are alive means you have been chosen to give love. I chose you. Of all the possibilities, I chose you and you and you. The point is that you are you. Regardless of whatever else may lurk in your heart, your heart is meant for love and love alone. The meaning of you is love.

You may ask: “What am I alive for on Earth?”

My answer is: “You are alive here on Earth to express love for everyone and everything.” You need not look for a more esoteric meaning, a meaning that may seem loftier to you, that you were chosen to do great things, that you, of all the people in the world were chosen to do a great deed on Earth, to play an earthshaking role etc. etc.

The point is that you were each chosen for Greatness on Earth, and your Greatness is love. How your love expresses is individual, and yet you are here on Earth in the human form you are encased in to express love. That’s it. That may not seem fancy enough for your tastes, and, yet, that is it.

How do you personally express love? Express love as love. Even a thank you expresses love. A smile expresses love. And it may well be that the greatest love you can express is acceptance of everyone and everything, acceptance of the world and everyone in it. To express love and companionship for the next person you see is expressing the Greatness of Love.

Be like Me, will you? Despite the surface differences you may latch onto, I express love and acceptance, and that’s what I do. That is My purpose. Does My purpose need to be loftier than that? A map has been drawn, and it's a Map of Love. It showers from Heaven upon everyone and everything, even in the arena you call past, present, and future.

Align with love, My beloveds. Align with Me. Be done with anything that is less than love. What do you need anything less than love for? For misery? For your misery and/or another’s? What do you want pain for, for you or anyone? What is the gain of that? Perhaps a senseless sense of power. True power is love. Bitterness is not power. Vanquishing another is not power. If you want to be in control in a big way, let go of everything but love in your heart, love from your heart, love to an fro, loving embracing all hearts on Earth.

Can you not love Me? And I do exist within everyone. I exist within everyone you meet. What you may see as the lowliest of the low is also My love. He may not know that. But now you know that.

If you want to be important, be a Way-Shower of Love. And, if importance matters not to you, also be a Way-Shower of Love. Beloveds, love is the only game in town.

This is your fate, beloveds. Your fate is to love. There is nothing more than love. Everything else is less. What do you have when you have a million dollars and you keep it to yourself? What do you have when you have a million-dollar heart and keep it all to yourself? What do you have when you have nothing and are without love? You are the same love as I, and now be it.

Change Your Perception, Change the Reality

P'taah: You deserve it all and whatever you create is wonderful. Your reality depends entirely on how you perceive it to be. Change your perception, you change the reality. Too simple? Change the perception--change the reality.

For as long as you perceive lack--whether it is lack of love, lack of money, lack of a good job, lack of a new car, a better house--for as long as you perceive lack, you will simply bring forth to you more lack. For as long as you perceive your life in segments--this is my spiritual life, this is my real life...

(Laughter)

Yes, I know all of these spiritual truths, but I lack money, I lack an exciting mate, lack, lack lack. And the lack is all based on fear of not being enough. And for as long as there is the fear of not being enough, you will bring forth that which are more and more situations to show you that you are not enough, hmm? Does this makes sense?

When you change the perception, you change the reality. The fear of not being enough, the fear of lack, has a vibrational frequency that draws to it more of the same.

When you can see yourself in the abundance of all wondrousness, when you feel the joy, the tranquillity, the excitement, when you are in the place of laughter and play, the energy, the emotional energy of joy, of laughter, brings forth more of the same.

The next time you find yourself in a perceived lack, stop and ask yourself what really are you lacking and what does it FEEL like? It is your emotions attached to the idea that create the reality. Make sense? All right.

Q: I just wanted to ask about changing the perception. It sounds easy in theory but hasn't been easy for me to do.

P'taah: All right, the question was, how do you change the perception? It is easy in theory but not quite so simple in the practice. All right. We say to you as you go about your day-to-days, when you find yourself in a repetitive pattern, when you find yourself in negative judgement about somebody or something out there, ask yourself, "What do I believe about this situation?"

Much of the time you hold old beliefs that really do no longer serve you but because you are not in the habitude of questioning those beliefs about reality, about society, about who you are, about simply what you do by rote day to day. Because you have always done it thusly and family have always done it thusly, you think that that is the way it is.

And very often it is not the way it is. It is only the way you believe it is. The more you question what you do and why, the more that you come to know that which are the limitations of these old beliefs. Does this make sense?

Your beliefs about who you are and about reality really are the base of your perceived world. We say to you that everything is a perception. You see? Everything is a perception about reality.

Each of you, if you like, is the central sun of your own Universe. That is, your beliefs and thoughts and loves and desires and fears actually form what you perceive to be your world, your universe. But each of you perceive it in a different fashion. Of course you hold common beliefs--that is the beliefs that are part of the collective consciousness of your peoples, of your culture. But families also have collective beliefs.

In other words, you form by your beliefs, by your patternings if you like, your own mythology. Until you can see how you believe stuff that creates your reality, it is difficult to change the perception. So we say that the first step is to look at what you believe.

And then it is to look at the feelings attached to those beliefs. Where the feelings are that of love, of joy, where the feelings are playful--sometimes of course it is completely neutral. In other words a lot of those ideas and beliefs in truth do not hold any upsurge of emotion--love or fear. It simply is as you would say. As you go about your day -to-days in the old routine, much of it does not carry with it the significance of emotion as such.

So we say the more that you become aware of the emotions attached to your ideas and beliefs, then you can see what is fear-based. What are the fears underlying certain beliefs? And how those fears impel you into a pattern of behavior.

When you are in the emotion of the fear, that is your power place of transformation. and we have given forth to you the Four Keys of Transformation. The first thing is that with fear--and we remind you that everything which is not love is fear. You have different names. You segment fear. You call it anger, jealousy, possessiveness, lusting after power, control, manipulation all of those things really are simply based on fear. Violent behavior, wishing ill of others, envy--all of this stuff, all of it is fear based, and all of it can be transformed.

The news reports Obama is pressing Xi on the Cyber Attacks issue and both men are getting to know one another which was mostly fluff for the public’s consumption. The first 15 minutes of their meeting was really the historic part of the visit with agreements and document signings pertaining to our programs and the RV which put the payout phase into OVERDRIVE! Now you know why this meeting wasn’t a formal head of state meeting at the White House, important world changing events needed to be done, no time for all the fancy stuff.

THE BILDERBERGERS ASSEMBLED AN EMERGENCY MEETING. THEY DISCUSSED THIS. THEY YELLED. THEY CRIED. THEY DRANK FINE WINE. BUT WAGING A WAR WITH THE UNIVERSE AND ALL OF GOD’S WORKS IS KINDA USELESS TO BEGIN WITH, BUT THINKING THAT ANY WRONGDOING CAN BE FIXED WITH A TRILLION OR TEN JUST DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE. IN THE MEANTIME, HUMANITY MOVED FORWARD. THE LAST DETAIL OF THAT SEQUENCE WAS THE TAX RAMIFICATIONS, AND THE SATISFACTION OF THE OUTSTRETCHED PALMS OF THE VARIOUS GOVERNMENTS INVOLVED. NOW WITH THE AGREEMENTS IN PLACE, INCLUSIVE OF THE DINAR/DONG REVALUATION, ALL CAN MOVE FORWARD TO THE NEXT STAGE OF THE RELEASES.

A message in automatic writting

 

I don't usually channel, my concept where I'm in a state writing down, the expansion in itself of what is received comes from/as if we are one with the knowing, I don't know if that made any sense... would be as "source=the all in creation" and when I shift to source... well its self explanatory. But I randomly decided to channel, by automatic writing and its scattered...  The info received within is from concepts send out,  these concepts can be from me to get an answer, or in general up to universal and receive in "packets" if you will, and these can hold out information in grand amounts or small amounts... you can measure it out in how we right it down, seeing it constantly shifts within and what gets transferred within the concepts have different levels in itself consciously speaking to us, so what I was writing is part written and the rest goes so fast within, it doesn't get written and shows up as partial and seen as scattered... but some might get hints of useful information in it as I did get quite a lot but cant explain it as clear as within the moment.

I have a feeling in its self that we are heading towards intrinsic events in worlds higher within, what we know as illusion or normal, and what is beyond or sent in different categories of self comprehensions in one such ways, brings knowledge of whom is awake and fully on ground in potential reality's holding in their fields of light, limitless in possibility's to what creates the knowledge coming in... What creates the knowledge coming in, is the beliefs carried on by others explanation, in other words, what is said to be is holding on a limited perception of what can truly be in comprehensions of matter's and such at the higher views... these do not see the changes in itself, but remembers the pathways that have been took to enable life on the earth. What becomes far from the known reality we live in, is the reality we are coming back to, in state of realizations between individual lives, the perceptions bring forth blocks of knowledge roaming in itself never expanding to what can become more to our own understandings... (plz do continue) it is said beyond the void as a place to find our true reality, fears roam in that witch is known from here, to cleanse is as easy as being free of all known perceptions, what you find in itself (in mentions of higher states or realms) is what you have called love. The higher states in witch you are known to exist in from the lower realms are indeed "top end" in forms of galactic functions, the universal laws, brings forth understandings less in its self from your functions on earth yet needs more advancements, things that are to good to be true or beyond senses of reality and halt in its path/movement from your doing, brings down realizations of slower concepts within time of the event. (I asked from where is it coming) This is from galactic center, universe... what is the extent of our pineals or third eyes point of view, is far from unlocking within some individuals, the bang in concept will shift the universe to higher realms and in itself augmenting earths reality to the core concept of its unlimited potential. Snowden has been working at the National Security Agency for the last four years as an employee of various outside contractors, including Booz Allen and Dell.

The Guardian, after several days of interviews, is revealing his identity at his request. From the moment he decided to disclose numerous top-secret documents to the public, he was determined not to opt for the protection of anonymity. “I have no intention of hiding who I am because I know I have done nothing wrong,” he said.

Snowden will go down in history as one of America’s most consequential whistleblowers, alongside Daniel Ellsberg and Bradley Manning. He is responsible for handing over material from one of the world’s most secretive organisations – the NSA.

In a note accompanying the first set of documents he provided, he wrote: “I understand that I will be made to suffer for my actions,” but “I will be satisfied if the federation of secret law, unequal pardon and irresistible executive powers that rule the world that I love are revealed even for an instant.”

Despite his determination to be publicly unveiled, he repeatedly insisted that he wants to avoid the media spotlight. “I don’t want public attention because I don’t want the story to be about me. I want it to be about what the US government is doing.”

He does not fear the consequences of going public, he said, only that doing so will distract attention from the issues raised by his disclosures. “I know the media likes to personalise political debates, and I know the government will demonise me.”

Despite these fears, he remained hopeful his outing will not divert attention from the substance of his disclosures. “I really want the focus to be on these documents and the debate which I hope this will trigger among citizens around the globe about what kind of world we want to live in.” He added: “My sole motive is to inform the public as to that which is done in their name and that which is done against them.”

He has had “a very comfortable life” that included a salary of roughly $200,000, a girlfriend with whom he shared a home in Hawaii, a stable career, and a family he loves. “I’m willing to sacrifice all of that because I can’t in good conscience allow the US government to destroy privacy, internet freedom and basic liberties for people around the world with this massive surveillance machine they’re secretly building.”

Visualize now this beautiful diamond, white and golden Light, expanding from your heart now, moving into each one of the chakras ~ engulfing you in the magnificence of your own Light through the center of Divine Love, the Cosmic Heart of All Creation. Let us start, sweet ones, by having a look at any issue of blame or shame you may hold ~ for in order to move forward along these pathways of Divine Love, to find freedom in this Golden Age of Light, requires a deep level of humility and commitment.

For the karmic timelines merge too in these Christed timelines, attracting to you what you need for your soul’s growth, so you may step through this Initiation of Light into a deeper level of your Beingness, your magnificence and your preciousness. And in this journey in particular as you come within your heart, you look at what you may be blaming on others, who you may still be blaming in this Now. To experience a deeper level of Divine Love, you need to release this blame, sweet ones, for this is then that you step into forgiveness and Love, into compassion, and peace, and insightfulness, while being detached and experiencing a full range of emotions. Feel into your pain body, sweet ones, into the physical body that feels this level of stress, of physical dis-ease, or dis-comfort. The Pleiadian Emissaries of the Light come forward now to place you in a Healing Chamber of Light, so you may feel this Flame of Divine Love, so you can trust and surrender to this process, shifting into this consciousness of Light through aligning your will to the Divine Will of Mother/Father God and knowing, metaphorically speaking, that you it may be time for you to jump off the cliff, that you will be caught in the Wings of Love. The old comfort zones are no longer comfortable sweet ones, and this is the time in this Now to truly trust and surrender.

 

And as this multi-dimensional multi-coloured laser grid of Light comes in within and around you, have a sense of going within to your deepest wounds. Take yourself into these feelings, sweet ones. It is important to embrace these feelings, to step out of denial that ‘everything is alright’, and you connect now at the soul-consciousness level with each one of those souls that you perceive have acted as a catalyst for you and caused you harm, intentionally or unintentionally. You want to let these souls know how much they have hurt you, so you can release this pain, this blame, or this shame. Just take a few minutes now, sweet ones, it is okay to experience these feelings, for you are, and always have been, Divine Love, and it is in the experience of embracing your full range of emotions, holding to this that you release these emotions, and this first step is letting go of blame. This takes you into forgiveness and compassion, and you let each one of these souls know too “I forgive you and I love you, as I forgive and love myself. I forgive you and I love you, as I forgive and love myself.”

 

Have a look at the range of emotions that might still be coming up for you to still integrate, sweet ones ~ anger, and betrayal, lack of trust, of separation and abandonment. Many of you have also experienced this sense of alienation, of feeling different ~ and many of these emotions are not centred and experienced through Divine Love and Unity Consciousness ~ you continue to play out and perpetuate the victim-and persecutor-consciousness role and your ability to manifest becomes limited in experiencing your Heart’s Dreaming. For your Heart’s Dreaming is only one of Love, of co-creating Heaven on Earth, and you give yourself this gift, sweet ones, by taking time to go within, by feeling these emotions that need to be embraced within One Unity Consciousness; for you are never alone, you are part of this collective Consciousness of Light. Time and space does not exist, sweet ones, within One Unity Consciousness. The Infinite Now creates a path of Wisdom, a path of Divine Love, and fulfilment, and you are walking this path, sweet ones, and sharing your Light, allowing it to radiate and expand now in this beautiful diamond, golden, and white sphere of Divine Love, this Flame of Divine Love that extends around you, ever expanding and ever increasing in Light.

 

Each one of the souls that come up, that you have experienced these karmic contracts with, these pre-birth agreements, are Master teachers, sweet ones. And you take responsibility now for your thoughts, your feelings, and your emotions, and you choose not to blame any individual regardless of the circumstances, regardless of the times of not feeling that you had a choice, regardless of the circumstances of any level of perceived abuse or powerlessness. You take back your power in the Knowing that you are a Master Co-Creator to the Company of Heaven, and that you are manifesting your Heart’s Dreaming.

You embrace your anger, you embrace your fear, you embrace your sense of feeling separated, or isolated, you embrace your betrayal, and you sit with these feelings sweet ones. And you  have a look too at the sub-personality aspects of yourselves, that have played out this role, and you embrace being these aspects of yourself within your heart, loving yourself, nurturing, and appreciating yourself and all your gifts in this Now, and above all, sweet ones,  forgiving yourselves.

 

As you experience the Solstice on June 25th, you come into a greater understanding and knowing that this is a time of new beginnings. In this sacred space now you connect into the Inner Earth Sun, to the Sun within your heart, to the Sun, the Central Sun and the Great Central Sun. This alignment of Light is experienced through this Pillar of Light that comes in now within and around your body, and an antakarana, a fluorescent tube of Light, which activates more deeply through the crown chakra, down the spine and out the perineum centre, into the earth chakra center. As you now align your will to the Divine Will of Mother/Father God, you focus on the original Divine eight-cell blueprint, clearing the freewill patterns and karmic contracts within your original Divine eight cells, so you may experience the soul contracts that state you choose to learn your lessons in Love and forgiveness and Unity Consciousness, compassion and peace, manifesting your Heart’s Dreaming as Co-Creators to the Company of Heaven.

You clear these old cellular memories, genetically inherited and experienced in this lifetime, the imprinting of pre-birth agreements, of emotional, energetic and frozen thought-forms. And as these old frozen false beliefs and judgements dissipate, being experienced and understood, they are transmuted into the Cosmic Heart of All Creation in this Healing Chamber of Light. This is all part of your release.  You cannot take these things and feelings with you into the higher dimensions and consciousness levels.  So how do you deal with all of these things?  How do you manage and move forward.  The key is forgiveness.  You must forgive at these times.

This is the key to your ascension, if you will.  So how do you forgive someone who has hurt you or your loved ones so deeply?  How do you forgive someone that has cheated on you?  How do you forgive someone that has said such hurtful words to you that cut you open so deeply?  How do you forgive someone that does not understand and feels that they are right and blames and judges and criticizes you for their pain?

How do you forgive someone who has no understanding of what they are doing or saying or how much they are hurting you?  It is easy to say to forgive someone than to actually forgive them.  So here is what you can do to help you forgive and release the hurtful and painful situation; you can do this with all situations in your life where you need to forgive.

Find a situation that you have been deeply hurt by something that someone has done to you or said to you.  This situation must be forgiven by you and this person must be forgiven by you.  It matters not what was done or said to you by that person and how deep the pain that was caused by that situation or person.  In your mind, bring back that person and that situation to the forefront.

Place them in front of you.  See them there in your mind’s eye.  Re live this hurtful situation.  But this time, just observe.  Observe the person being mean to you, saying mean things and hurting you.  You are just observing that person and you are observing yourself.  See yourself there as well listening to this.  Again, you are re living this situation.  Watch yourself and the pain that the words caused you to feel.  Watch your reaction to this pain.

Just observe this situation.  There are no emotions from your side as the observer.  You are just watching this.  When the situation has passed, and you are done observing all of this, write down all of your feelings about this.  All the pain, all the hurt, all the suffering that this caused you, just write all of this down.  Write down all of the feelings that you have, write everything down.  Let all of this out on paper.

Do not hold back.  Once you do this, bring the person or situation back in your mind’s eye.  See the person that caused you this pain in front of you.  See him or her in front of you.  Then tell them how you feel.  Let it all out.  If you need to yell, then yell.  Whatever you are feeling that you wrote down on that paper, tell this to the person.

Tell them how hurt you were.  Cry because of your pain that they caused you.  Let them see this in your mind’s eye.  Let all of this out of you.  Tell the person how you feel, how hurt you are based on what they have done or said.  Do not call them names or criticize them or judge them.  Just tell them how you are feeling based on what they have said or done to you.

But you are not done yet.  Let all of the emotions out and get all of this anger, frustration, or pain out.  Whatever you need to say to this person, say it.  Once you have stated your peace, take that piece of paper and go outside.  In a loud voice, ask Arch Angel Michael and Saint Germaine to be with you.

Say “Arch Angel Michel and Saint Germaine, please be with me now. Saint Germaine, please infuse the paper(s) and myself and all the people with this situation with your violet flame.  Please transmute and transform the paper and the words and intentions in that paper to the light.  Arch Angel Michael please cut all cords and attachments that I may have with that situation and person(s) that do not serve my highest and best good.”

Then take a lighter or match and with loving intention, burn the paper. Say the above words out loud.  Say them with conviction.   The fire will transmute all of the writings on the paper into the light.  Know in your heart that you have now forgiven the person that has hurt you.  You have released this from your Being.  It is no longer a hold on you.  It no longer controls you and it no longer lowers your vibration.

See how you feel.  You should feel lighter, brighter and free.  You should feel like a huge weight has been lifted from your shoulders.  Know in your heart that it has.  You have just become stronger.  Now do the same with another situation that is heavy in your life.  No longer is anyone going to control how you feel.  You and only you decide how you will feel.  It is so important now to forgive.  You must forgive anyone and everyone that has caused you pain.

Do not say you cannot forgive because they said or did this.  NO.  We are all one.  We are all here to learn and grow.  Thank the person for teaching you the life lessons.  Thank and honor the person for allowing you to become stronger as a God Spark that you are.  Consider them a study buddy that has helped you prepare for the final exam.

There is no hurt feelings and pain in the higher dimensions.  You cannot ascend if you have not forgiven everyone that has caused you pain.  Period!  Know this.  There is no blame, there is no judgment, and there is no criticism or bad decision.  Everything you do and everything someone does to you or says to you is done for your growth and learning experience.

You grow by forgiving them and by loving them as a being of God.  So burn that paper and let the past go.  The past is the past and you are heading into a glorious future.  Stay happy and stay in love!!  Love.

Michael and Gabriel, bringing you a message for which you have long awaited.

We wish you to know that that which you have worked for so long, and with such dedication, has now commenced.  You have been informed of this from other sources, as well, and we confirm for you that this information is correct.

You know that the messages you have followed, those which you have discerned to be most reliable and loving, have shown a tendency to converge in their content in recent months.  That, dear ones, dearest and most loyal hearts, is because the basic message is the same, as it always has been.  The message now is short and oh so sweet.  The freedom, abundance, prosperity, and total transformation of your world, which you have prayed for these last thousands of years, and which has been incomprehensibly denied you, is now to be yours.

There is now, due to your intent, perseverance, and growth to occur a season of change such as you have never dreamed of.  We do not promise it will be easy.  In fact, it promises to be quite unsettling for many.  However, for those ones, you will be the anchor and the calming influence you have the capability to be, and all will be well.

Turkey’s ‘Lady in Red’: People Power Will Change Everything

With her red cotton dress, white shoulder bag and flowing black hair, she has become the colour-coded emblem of Turkey’s new people-power movement.

 

Caught on camera as she was sprayed head to toe in tear gas, Ceyda Sungur’s treatment at the hands of Istanbul’s riot police seemed the epitome of using a “sledgehammer to crack a nut” and encapsulated the government’s heavy-handed response to a civilised protest.

 

Pictures of the “Lady in the Red Dress” quickly spread around the world via the internet. Those who shared the pictures online joined protesters in demanding to know why a woman who looked attired for a summer picnic had been treated like a masked, brick-throwing anarchist.

 

Last week, Ms Sungur said she was a reluctant heroine, describing herself as just part of a wider grass-roots movement, and pointing out in brief remarks to a Turkish newspaper that hundreds of others had been gassed in similar fashion.

Now, though, having declined requests for interviews from all over the world, Ms Sungur, an academic, has spoken briefly but vividly to The Sunday Telegraph about her involvement in what happened, and how she is now working in a makeshift clinic to help others hurt in demonstrations.

 

“For me this is about freedom of speech and the power of the people,” said Ms Sungur, who was left choking for breath after the gas attack.

 

“Now people have, for the first time, the self-confidence to reclaim their power. They have the self-confidence to change everything.”

 

The photos of Ms Sungur set off a major escalation of the protests, which have pitted Turkey’s secular middle class against what they see as an increasingly authoritarian Islamist government.

 

So far three people have been killed and nearly 1,000 admitted to hospital, as the demonstrations have spread across the country.

 

As well as being shared via Facebook, Twitter and other social media, Ms Sungur’s image has become a permanent part of the protest landscape, appearing as a cartoon on posters, stickers and banners.

Protesters in the city of Izmir have even turned the image into a fairground-style billboard, where demonstrators can poke their head through a hole where her face is and posing for pictures.

Keen to keep out of the limelight, Ms Sungur, meanwhile, is continuing to work behind the scenes, volunteering at an improvised field hospital in Taksim Square, the epicentre of the Istanbul protests.

 

“We have created field stations on Taksim Square where we look after people who have been injured,” she said, declining to specify further details for fear that the volunteer doctors might be arrested.

 

Ms Sungur works in the planning department of Istanbul’s Technical University, a faculty not normally seen as a hotbed of radical politics.

 

She had little inkling of the anti-government revolt she was about to unleash when she and a group of architect friends first joined a sit-in to stop bulldozers moving in on Gazi Park, a small patch of green in Taksim Square.

 

Those friends described to The Sunday Telegraph their shock at what happened next. “Ceyda texted me to get to the park,” said Meriç Demir, 28. “Ten to 15 minutes later when we arrived she was yelling from the effect of the tear gas.

 

On paper, the protest was little more than an impassioned planning dispute, with a group of environmentalists opposing a government-backed project for an ambitious redevelopment of the area.

 

Turkey’s prime minister, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, insisted the redevelopment would be a massive improvement, with a new shopping centre, a pedestrianised zone, an opera house, a cultural centre and a mosque.

 

But critics said that as well as involving the demolition of Gazi Park – one of the few green “lungs” in the area – it would amount to a creeping “Islamisation” of central Istanbul. In addition to the mosque, the plans included rebuilding an Ottoman-era military barracks that was the scene of a failed Islamist military uprising in 1909.

 

Protesters also claimed the decision to press ahead was made without proper public consultation, which they said epitomised Mr Erdogan’s high-handed, authoritarian style.

 

As such, when the police moved in to clear the protesters – and Ms Sungur’s ordeal was conveyed to the wider world – the protest mushroomed into a much wider expression of popular discontent.

 

In Taksim Square, which has since been occupied completely by demonstrators, a wide range of grievances can be heard.

 

Many complain about the government’s recent decision to ban alcohol sales between 10pm and 6am and from shops close to schools and mosques. Others are angry at recent attempts to ban kissing in the streets.

 

“You cannot touch everyone’s lives like this. Erdogan’s policies are too invasive,” said Ms Demir. “It’s not even about the alcohol. This is about respect.”

 

Taksim Square is also a traditional rallying point for secular Turks, whose spiritual leader, Mustafa Kemal Ataturk, made the country a civil state nearly a century ago, viewing Islamic rule as a brake on the country’s development.

 

“Taksim is a symbol of the Turkish Ataturk revolution,” said Prof Handan Turkoglu, 57, Ms Sungur’s department head, who has launched a petition protesting against Mr Erdogan’s plans and was herself tear-gassed with her students.

 

For its signatories, the battle against the development is now a metaphor for the fight over the state of the nation; a fight to stop Turkey’s secular democracy turning into a system where the lines between religion and state are blurred.

 

During more than a decade in power Mr Erdogan has determinedly dragged Turkey away from the aggressively secular, anti-religious dictatorship of Ataturk in the 1920s. So confident is he that he seemed at one point to be identifying himself with the Ottoman emperors, calling one of his newly built mosques Selatin, meaning a religious building constructed at the request of a sultan.

 

He has since gone further, announcing a new bridge over the Bosphorus to be called the Yavuz Sultan Selim. Sultan Selim the Grim is particularly reviled by a substantial Turkish minority, the Alevis, for his brutality towards them during a 16th-century war with the Persian empire.

 

Mr Erdogan’s political success has made him an ambiguous character for both Turkey’s traditional friends in the West and his own people. The West welcomes his liberal economic reforms – obedient to diktats from the International Monetary Fund – which have empowered businessmen and seen the economy triple in size.

 

But many of those businessmen are close to his ruling Justice and Development Party (AKP) and are socially conservative, backing his attempts to encourage religious norms such as the hijab, women’s headscarves, and restrictions on alcohol. They are also changing the face of many of Turkey’s cities with modern, some say garish, Gulf-style developments like that planned for Taksim.

 

The West has meanwhile supported Mr Erdogan’s close involvement in the Syrian rebel cause – dominated by Sunni Muslims, the majority creed in Turkey – but it has not been so popular at home, where it has been seen to drag the country into a war many feel is none of its business.

 

The main issue, though, has become Mr Erdogan’s personal style of leadership: confident to the point of cocky, and clear in his view that three landslide election victories, most recently in 2011, have given him a mandate to push through his vision.

 

It is the air of personal invincibility that wins him passionate support among his rural base but also stirs so much resentment among the secular, liberal demonstrators in Taksim Square.

 

They accuse him of running a tyranny of the majority, ignoring the 49 per cent who did not vote for him in the last election.

“Yes I know the prime minister is elected by half the country,” said Ms Demir. “But there is another half of the country who also want to be listened to as well.”

 

Ozgur Ogret, a freelance journalist and analyst, said Mr Erdogan’s policies were making those loyal to Turkey’s modern secular customs feel “what the Kurds have been facing for decades, and the kind of suppression that Muslims were subjected to [under Ataturk].”

 

Protesters in Taksim and in more than 67 cities across the country say Mr Erdogan has misunderstood what democracy means in the modern day, except for the crude fact of winning elections.

 

Most protesters are realistic enough to know that, despite the banners and graffiti calling for him to resign, this is unlikely to happen, and that he may still win the next election, but they are saying democracy must also take into account the attitudes of the minority.

 

They also object to creeping encroachment on press and other freedoms, which has also been criticised by international human rights groups.

 

“We have to be careful and watch our sentences,” said Eren Kürkcüoglu, 28, an academic in urban planning.

“But Erdogan too has to be careful in how he treats us.”

 

Back on Taksim Square yesterday, the protests continued. A decision to withdraw the police has given the square a feel of a summertime British music festival, with tents, food stalls and drummers.

 

Mr Erdogan, who has dismissed the demonstrators as “a few looters” backed by extremists, was also meeting his advisers to plan his next steps. He still insists he has the country on his side.

 

The Lady in Red will be observing closely and sternly.

 

“In Istanbul, I have watched people stop a Metro in its tracks when they need to get on it,” she said.

 

“That is like the power people feel now. They have the self-confidence to change everything.”

Amazon and Google chiefs join other corporate tax avoiders at annual Bilderberg confab

 

"Jeff Bezos, Amazon’s founder and chief executive, and Google’s executive chairman, Eric Schmidt, will rub shoulders with dozens of other figures from the global political and financial elite at the annual four-day meeting of the organisation, this year held near Watford. The group’s lack of transparency has long caused critics to characterise it as a secretive cabal.

A list of about 140 participants [242], made up almost overwhelmingly of white males but described as “a diverse group of political leaders and experts from industry”, was published on Monday by the organisation. It included only 14 women. The organisation said that those attending the summit at the Grove hotel would discuss topics including “jobs, entitlement and debt”, “how big data is changing almost everything” and “can the US and Europe grow faster and create jobs?”"

Do You "Get It" Yet???

 

( I tried to get this out yesterday, but was prevented.)

A few interesting questions for you:  Do you "get it" yet, or are you still running around in circles chasing your own tail, getting nowhere fast?  And, are those circles making you dizzy and tired yet?  Intrigued?  Please Read on.

                                                     ~~~~~~~~~~~~

 

     First, let me begin by saying, "I Love You".  It matters not who you are, what you've done or what you're still doing, what you look like, where you live or who you associate with or what your beliefs are...I Love You!  I Love You because you are a part of me and I am a part of you.  Yes, we may look different, speak differently, and have totally different points of view, but you see, that doesn't matter either!  We are connected.  We are connected by something unseen, like our DNA, and something seen, like our Humanity.  Think about this; "Underneath The Colors Of Our Skin, We're All The Same...Deep Within."  This is Truth.

     For you to "get it", what's it gonna take?  Some kind of earth-shaking, ground-breaking, jaw-dropping monumental event?  Or are you waiting for "someone" or "something" to magically appear out of nowhere to make you believe that all you've been told is real?  Or, are you to the point where all the predictions and hype has made you feel depressed, confused, disbelieving, disheartened or just plain fed up, that you just don't know who or what to believe in anymore?

     I understand!  I know you've heard it all before.  Right now, you might be saying to yourself, "blah, blah, blah.  Just another boring blog."  Yeah, you may be right, but then again, you may be wrong.  You won't know unless you keep reading, right?  So, what ya gonna do?

     I'm glad you decided to keep reading, because I desperately and sincerely want you to "get it".  I want you to say to yourself, "OMG!  I Get It!!!", because in doing so, it will bring us both so much happiness and joy, because I Love You.  After all, isn't that what we all strive for in our lives, happiness, joy and Oneness?  So, let's get to it, shall we?

     Okay.  Let me set the stage.  The spotlight is on you, and you don't know your lines.  All you can see is a bright light shining in your eyes, and you can't see a thing, not even the audience.  You can hear and feel the audience's anticipation, but you are frozen, scared, nervous, and almost to the point where you want to run off the stage, but your legs won't move.  What do you do?

     Right now you feel alone, because at this point, it seems there's no one around who will either tell you what to say or what to do, right?  Well, you are right in what you feel, but your assumptions (i.e.ego) is WRONG!  Your ego wants you to feel alone so that it can present to you "drama" , like the doubt of what to say and what to do.  "Get It" yet?  No?  Let's take it a step further before you run off the stage, pass out or throw up.

     Let's say that in all the chatter of the audience, you have decided to drown them out (out of fear), but miraculously hear a "voice" in your head that gives you the courage and strength to begin talking.  Suddenly, you automatically know what to say and what to do, because YOU are the star of the show, and everyone is hanging onto every word and every action you present to them.  Before long, the audience is cheering you on, clapping and giving you a standing ovation.  The fears and doubts you had are gone.  You are beaming from ear to ear while taking a bow, finally realizing that that "voice" you heard meant that you were never alone on that stage!  "Get It"?  Not yet?  Let's give it one more shot.

     My Dear, YOU are NEVER alone!  NEVER, EVER, alone.  Sometimes, you just have to drown out the chatter of the ego (who wants you to feel the fear, doubt, and drama) that's in your head to muster up the courage to go on.  To say what's on your mind, just as long as it's the Truth.  Why the Truth and not a lie?  Well, a lie will bring you drama (which is the ego making you chase your own tail), and the Truth will set you free to be...YOU!  Your authentic self.  The you who breaks free to become the star of any show on any stage, anywhere.  YOU can become anything you want, as long as you keep listening to that voice in your head that gives you the courage and strength to go on and not be afraid.  That's the difference between the ego and the voice of reason.  Now, what you call that voice is totally up to you.  Many say that that voice is the voice of God.  Some say it's their Higher Self, and others say it's their Spirit Guides or Angels.  All wonderful answers!  Whatever you call it, if it brings you a positive feeling or action...use it.  Use it to say whatever it is that's on your mind.  Use it to bring that strength and courage to carry on.  Use it to teach, to learn, to share your Light, and to be YOU!

     You, who are many fractions of me, are brilliant!  To be who you truly are takes courage to listen to that voice of reason, to not only stand in your Truth upon any stage anywhere, but to simply stand up and be counted for your brilliance.  Once you do that, not only will you be free to be who you are, but you'll finally find that happiness, joy, and Oneness that your ego has conveniently hidden from you all along.

     Now, here's the thing.  Many are having a real hard time listening to that voice of reason, because there are so many distractions.  The t.v., the radio, the computer, your job, other people, etc.  The list goes on and on.  What it comes down to is this:  Stop!  Be Still, and LISTEN!  Filter out the ego from the voice of reason.  If what you feel and get is negative, that's the ego talking.  If it's positive, and you feel good about the situation or yourself, then you've found your voice of reason.  Really, it's pretty simple once you get the hang of it.  Your voice of reason will guide your heart to do what's right for you, and you will never stray as long as you follow your heart and that voice of reason.  And, to top it all off, you will be happy and joyful.  And, when you're happy and joyful, you can shine your Light to those who haven't "gotten it" yet so that they too "get it"!

The Evidence of the Breath

At both Vipassana and Enlightenment Intensive workshops, I used to guide the work I did by the evidence of the breath.

Many vasanas show up as resistance to the breath. They do so because they result in muscular tension in the body. The holding that that represents impedes the breath. I would use a slow inbreath to inform me as to the nature of the resistance pattern I was in: Was it anger? Resentment? Self-righteousness?

So it’s no surprise to me to see myself consulting the breath to take the measure of the energetic changes we’re presently experiencing, as reflected in my physical frame.

And what I find is almost no significant impediment to an easy breath in and out.

That doesn’t mean I’ve sourced or completed all my vasanas. I know I haven’t. But it may mean that I’ve sourced the majority of the muscular left-overs of those vasanas, the majority of the bands of tension that we all usually carry around, that give us so many of our aches and pains.

My own observations support what Aisha North said yesterday that “so many old scars and bonds have been broken and removed.” She added:

“When the blockages are removed, you stand freer to start to really connect with your own energy, the whole of your being, that is contained not only within this physical body of flesh and blood on Planet Earth, but also all of those higher aspects of you whom you have been separated from for such a long time.”  (1)

For me there’s no more powerful evidence of our continuing movement out of the lower vibrations than how I feel. If incredible events are happening around me and I don’t feel any more exhilaration, aliveness or satisfaction with life than I did before, I have a hard time getting excited about the external changes.

But if I feel enhanced exhilaration, aliveness and satisfaction with life, I confess that I’m not as driven to seek external or tangible evidence for Ascension.  Without a perceptible change in me, things are not happening, as far as I’m concerned. And I see many perceptible changes in me.

The ability to breathe easily in and out without noticeable resistance is matched by a baseline sense of equanimity and a continual feeling of love that arises within me. I do feel liberated from something and I can only conceive of that being the detritus of my past.

I’m tempted to say that all the clearing work of the past three years is at last paying off. Certainly our sources suggest that it is.  Jesus through John Smallman, for instance, suggests that it’s becoming harder for us to feel bitter and rancorous.

“It is becoming ever harder for anyone to bear a grudge or a resentment. Whereas before, many on Earth enjoyed holding on to grudges with a sense of bitter satisfaction as they planned vengeance or restitution against the one who had hurt or offended them; now that sense of satisfaction is hollow or lacking, and they are puzzled.

“That is an early sign of awakening. If it happens to you, welcome it and rejoice. Your times for bitterness are at an end! Maybe you were even unaware of clinging to rancor or a need to punish, but now that the sense of closure it brought is fading, you are becoming aware of it.” (2)

All of what used to bother me seems to have dissipated, whether for this moment or forever I don’t know. But this ability to just be in the feelings of love and harmony is more compelling and irresistible than even feelings of hunger or thirst. My hunger and thirst have always been for this and now we’re reaping the benefits, it seems, of all the work we engaged in whose end never seemed to be in sight.

Things will get better than this but this is certainly a stage of events that satisfies me as much or more than any time I can remember in the past.

Worried About Our Food? You’re Not Alone. A Map of the Movement

They say a picture is worth a thousand words.  And the image below could not do a better job of showing our country’s food awakening when it comes to genetically engineered ingredients quietly being slipped into our food.

 

It shows the cities where people have come together to call attention to this change that was introduced into our food supply about 15 years ago: the genetic modification of a select number of food crops by a chemical company that enables these crops to be increasingly saturated with their chemicals. It’s an operating system, hardwire the seeds to withstand chemicals, and a brilliant business model for a chemical company.  The thing is: consumers aren’t so sure.  Around the world, 64 countries labeled these ingredients, and if the map below is any indicator, it appears that Americans around the country want the US to follow suit.

Are We in the “Wave of Love”?

Back in 2012, SaLuSa made an assertion which at the time sounded hard to believe. He said: “You will shortly notice a wave of love sweep the Earth, that will show that your civilization has taken a quantum leap forward.”  (1)

Many of our sources seem to be implying that that wave of love is hitting us now.  Sanat Kumara on An Hour with an Angel from late May 2013, said it would not be amiss to call this wave enlightening.

“As you have noted, … there have been significant energetic shifts upon your planet in the last couple of weeks. And even within the last few days.

“Now when we say ‘energetic shifts,” what do we mean? Because, as you know, part of this process — of shift, of awakening, of Ascension — has been the continuation and the penetration of your sacred beings, each and every one of you, directly from the heart of One, of Mother/Father/All Source, from we who serve you and who are in partnership with you.

“And that is particularly true as [Archangel] Gabriel and I penetrate each of you and the planet, sweet Gaia, with gold and pink light, and the energy of beauty, of peace, and what we would call enlightenment — and I do not use that phrase casually or lightly.”  (2)

Based on the experience I had two days ago (June 5, 2013), I can understand why he might praise these energies highly. The realization I had was quite expanding. (3)

He tells us that the flow of energy does not stop and start but has been constantly escalating, sometimes slowly, sometimes not.

“So each of these frequencies does not stop and start and stop and start. The way in which this transition, from my perspective as planetary logos, is being handled is there is an escalation. Now, this escalation in some situations has been gradual, over decades, as you know. And then there has been a turning-up of the gas jets in certain situations, which is exactly what has happened in the past couple of weeks and in the last two to three days.

“The energies and the frequencies are turned up, made stronger, more palatable quite literally, because you are able to handle more and more energy. And the purpose of this energy increase and frequency increase, vibrational increase — however you conceive of it — is not for you to be out of body, but to be able to manage, to hold and to integrate this into your body, so that your level of heart consciousness, of full awareness, is growing.” (4)

Melchizedek through Meline Lafont tells us that the changes we’re seeing now come from the energies of May.

“What we are able to see from our vantage point these days is a huge expansion of Love. … Hearts do feel more love than was the case just a little while ago and this is due to the enormous intense portals that opened up in the tumultuous month of May. Perhaps the month of May has been the most intense month ever, containing the hardest, toughest processes that you ever had to go through and many of you are grateful for having stood your ground despite the intensity.

“Mother Earth has gone through a huge shift and portal on the etheric level and that fact is now manifesting itself in your reality. Accept the changes and make good use of the magnificent energies available this month as they will provide you with so much potential in your world and your reality on condition that you open yourself up for it and go to work with it.” (5) 

Aisha North’s sources tell us that the stops have all come out now, making it difficult for us to stay in balance.

“All the stops have come out now, and the flux of energy swirling on the outside and indeed inside of you will make it rather difficult to stay in balance now. As we have discussed earlier, the necessity of removing any obstacles from your channel was a highly important one, as otherwise, your connection to the information and energy you are here to convey to others will be restricted.”   (6)

In the face of this cleansing, they advise us that we may find a significant flow of information arising from outside and inside ourselves.

“So now, as so many old scars and bonds have been broken and removed, it may be as if a veritable dam of information is cascading into you at a very rapid pace. Some of it is indeed coming into your system from the outside, or the grid as it were, but what may come as a surprise to some of you, is the amount of information that is actually coming from yourself.”  (7)

Archangel Michael through Ron Head seems almost to repeat what Aisha’s sources say.  “We wish you to know that the flow of light into this corner of your galaxy, and therefore your planet and yourselves, has once again reached an all-time high. The flow of information is, therefore, also increased.”   (8)

He asks us: “What does this mean for you?” and explains:

“As this light proceeds to flow throughout your energy field and your physical body, you will continue – not begin, but continue – to be enabled, should you choose, to hold more and more of the energy of your true, and shall we say extended, selves.

“Your consciousness, memories, perceptions, and all functions thereof will now be able to grow at the extent of your desire.

“Yes, it will depend upon your desire, your will, and the state from which you now begin to move forward what that will look like for each of you. But it is not necessary, if it ever was, that you feel ‘stuck’ any longer.

“The flow of the energy into and through you is now too great to allow for that unless you allow for it. Any earnest effort on your part must now meet with success.”   (9)

It still requires “earnest” effort but any such directed attention will now meet with success.

Through Ronna Herman, AAM explains that “humanity is emerging from a state of amnesia, or what could be called a limited awareness of Self and of the complex vastness of Creation.” The changes that are taking place are clearing our distortions and imperfections from us and triggering complex physical changes.

“As you clear the distortions within your auric field, there is also an internal process taking place. Your entire physical structure is undergoing complex changes which are triggered by the higher frequency patterns you are integrating from the Creator Source via the great cities of Light.

“Your DNA, your chakra centers and your Sacred Heart/Mind contain your Divine Blueprint, and as you integrate more and more Adamantine Particles of God consciousness, all the distortions/imperfections that you have created from the concepts you have accepted as your truth are slowly being rectified.” (10)

What Archangel Michael calls our distortions and imperfection, the Arcturian Group calls our shadow. They tell us that our shadow energy is dissolving.

“More and more Light is pouring into the Earth as many sacred portals are now open to assist in this momentous time of awakening. …

“With your intent and permission, energy change first flows into your energy field and begins to dissolve that which is old and untrue – the shadow energy that you carry with you in the form of any false beliefs regarding yourselves and others. The shadows are dissolved in the presence of the Light – higher frequency energies.” (11)

Of course we’re being prepared for Ascension, but does this significant increase in energy prepare us for other things as well? Is it a prelude to Disclosure? Is it timed to coincide with governmental or economic changes?

For now, all we know is that we’re growing by leaps and bounds and that what is coming to us – whether information or capabilities – is expanding rapidly and broadly.  If time permits, we’ll look more at this wave of love in the future.

Interpreting your Life as Symbol - DL Zeta

An important part of opening to channel is sharpening your skill at interpreting the downloads you receive. There's a part of you that works at the subconscious level to transfer the energetic impulses of a download into words and images that hold meaning for you.

 

This part of you will use your knowledge, understandings and experiences to help you translate the information you channel. The conscious mind of a channel routinely colors and filters the information received. The less filtering and coloring of intuitive downloads, the more “pure” the channel. The more adept you are at understanding symbols, the less you need to work with channeled information from a conscious perspective. It in other words, once you're able to consciously understand symbols, your inner translator is able to give you raw, unedited downloads encoded in symbols. By becoming fluent in the messages your inner translator sends you, you become adept at the language of your subconscious -- the language of your soul.

 

This fluency over time helps you become telepathic with your higher self. It can be compared to learning a person’s native language in order to gain deeper insights into who they are and what they are about. It’s easy to see how this fluency is more productive that using gestures and broken sentences to get your message across. Fluency allows you to better understand the context and subtle meanings contained in a message. It is not unlike remembering and interpreting your nightly dreams. As you look at each person, each location, each object in a dream, you expand your understanding and the subtle complexities of the message reveal themselves to you.

 

To become adept in the language of your soul, practice remembering and interpreting your nightly dreams. In addition, at the end of each day, write down happenings of your day that stand out in your mind and interpret these just as you would the images of your nightly dreams. Both practices will yield important information and insights for your daily life. They will also help you develop an ongoing dialog with your higher self and become adept at understanding the downloads it sends you.

Beloved Ones,

Through these next few weeks more of your natural and innate abilities and gifts will become more clarified within you. Your intuitive gifts are coming into greater focus and awareness within you and a greater feeling of oneness and unity with others and all the wonders of the earth will pervade your consciousness. There will also continue to be more moments of confusion and mental fogginess as your brain and body systems are recalibrated and aligned to your highest potentials and greatest good. All that you have focused your energy upon that is aligned to your individual and collective good will begin to manifest for you in wonderful ways.

Those who have done the spiritual work of clearing, refining and purifying their bodies, minds and feelings are aware that there is a feeling of something great and wonderful about to happen. This is in anticipation of the movement of the heavens into greater alignment with galactic center in the cosmic scheme of things and that this will open up a whole new realm of potential within humanity and the collective consciousness. All is in constant movement and transformation on the etheric levels but takes more time to be manifest upon the earth plane and within you.

If you have not already, begin to spend more time outdoors out in the sunshine for at least 20 minutes each day just gazing up at the sun in silence and reverence. The sun is the life giver of energies and further knowledge for all who are ready. Bask in its glow and warmth and connect to the trees, plants, birds and other creatures within your environment. Notice how much more connected you are to all that is around you and that communication is taking place between you. You will notice that there is a sense of family and oneness in your encounters with the birds and animals. You notice they are friendly and more trusting than before.

Be sure to ground yourselves deep into the crystalline diamond heart of the earth by visualizing a cord of light from your root chakra going deep into the center of the earth, anchoring within the diamond there and then flowing back up your spinal column up into your crown chakra and all the way up to the great central sun’s diamond  at galactic center so that there is a flow of energy that occurs within you. You are the cosmic conduits who are here to help the earth expand her light within her core to become the beautiful star that is her radiant destiny.

The wonders that are waiting to be discovered stand poignant and ready for humanity to connect with. The elemental kingdom is joyfully in service to all of creation, helping to bring form to that which is envisioned by the beautiful co-creators of the new earth reality, the magnificent beings of light which each of you are. Get focused, beautiful ones, and hold your vision!
