~CALL THEM DOWN...~
 
Extraterrestrial beings of light are very diplomatic, peaceful and cooperative people.
 
They have approached our governments many times with an offer to show us a
 
more harmonious way of living. The government rejects their very generous
 
offers and they respectfully await permission. Our government being one that is
 
unfortunately not for the good of the people leaves us in a position to DO IT
 
OURSELVES! Declare yourself as a being of light seperate to the government and
 
ASK THEM TO COME!
 
 
"Please may all beings of light recieve this message... Please make contact with the
 
people of earth, please help humanity, we are evolving and ask for outside
 
guidance, Thank you for recieving this message"
 
When a critical mass of people, who do not rely on the government, ASK DIRECTLY
 
and invite them... the government will have no power. EVERYONE ASK YOURSELF! :)
