Regardless of that body of research, authorities continue to rebel against using psychotheapeutic methods that involve psychedelic drugs, even though ayahuasca, MDMA and psilocybin mushrooms have proven to be effective in relieving different types of trauma.

The few studies in the US that have been down show pretty clearly the potential benefits. So why all of the fear?
