"Reporter" Outed As CIA Propagandist, Continues To Work For America's Largest News Agency [1]

If anybody needs proof of exactly how corrupt the U.S. media is, here you go: Back in September it was revealed that "reporter" Ken Dilanian was not only running his stories by the CIA, but actually conversing with them "about how the CIA could bend public opinion of drone strikes their way [2]". Dilanian was one of the main people spreading the atrocious lie that drone strikes were only killing the "bad guys" and no innocents were being harmed. After he was outed by The Intercept [3], his employer, the LA Times, made a big show of publicly denouncing and firing him, as if he was some isolated problem and now we can trust the mainstream media again.

So he's no longer a reporter, right? No real newspaper would actually hire someone who's been outed as willingly spreading military propaganda, right? Any newspaper that does that would lose all credibility, at least in the minds of an informed populace. Well, it turns out he's still employed by the Associated Press [4], still writing articles, and still spreading pro-CIA military propaganda [5]. Even big name news sources like the New York Times [6], ABC News [7], San Francisco Chronicle [8], CBS News [9], Al Jazeera [10], and hundreds of others still publish his stories.

The mainstream media isn't even trying to hide their corruption anymore...
