Ability to Remove Ads [1]

There's now the option to remove ads from the site for people who donate $5 or more, you can read about how to do that here [2]. I've also moved an ad from the bottom of the page to the top for those on mobile devices and changed around some of the code so hopefully the site displays better on mobile. I don't own a "smart" phone, so please let me know if there's any problems with the display or functionality by sending a contact message [3] or a comment on this post. Thank you!
