The Solar-plexus is the third chakra in our bodies located just above the naval and just below the rib cage. This Chakra houses (prana) life force energy, which radiates through-out the entire body. Our self-esteem, emotions, and self image perceptions originate here, and effect the ability to achieve or even believe in our selves.
