If someone asks you to change to meet their needs, you will never attain it.  Know that you are good enough for you.  If someone wants you to be different than who you are, it will never happen.  Know you can be different in a way that suits your needs.  If someone wants to push you to some mythical standard that only they know about, you will never achieve it.  You can become the best you that you can be.
