When you choose your energetic state first, you set the tone rather than powerlessly being affected by energies you may encounter. It is the simplest form of mastery, to find your preferred vibrational state and hold it, regardless of what is happening around you. Much like selecting what outfit you would like to wear, choose what you wish to embody. Is it peace? Harmony? Love? Compassion? Service? Calm? Grace? Ease? Joy?
