So many of you are beautiful, caring souls who are on the earth to help anchor the changes that will move your planet, and humanity, forward in this new age of enlightenment. You understand that what you resist persists, so some of you may be confused as to how to proceed. We would suggest you focus on a new way of supporting change, what we would call mindful activism.

Mindful activism is able to hold the energy of the desired change without activating resistance in others. It is a kinder, gentler energy. It involves being beautiful teachers by example. It anchors the energy of the changes you wish to see in their most positive aspects. It creates beyond the old energies of what is no longer a match on an evolving planet. From embracing the positive aspects, it teaches potential and possibility rather than focusing on the negative. It uplifts, it encourages and it feeds hope for the future. Prison meditation becoming more popular as inmates report better impulse control, improved calm

When a person is released from prison the chance they’ll be rearrested within the next three years hovers between 62% and 78% depending on a number of variables. It’s no wonder, when you consider that, instead of offering enough programs that prepare an individual to re-acclimate to life on the outside, they foster an environment of tension and hostility. That’s no fault of prison officials, who struggle with low budgets and the problem of dealing with homicidal psychopaths on a daily basis, but the issue has forced many of them to find creative solutions that actually help inmates examine their own behavior.

Enter meditation. So-called corrections centers across the country have begun adopting different kinds of meditation in an attempt to help convicts shift their focus from taking a shiv in the mess hall to just chilling out.

Amanda Abrams, whose spent years practicing and studying mindful meditation, wrote in the Washington Post that she volunteered at a Washington DC area jail intending to help inmates notice “thoughts, emotions and sensations that arise without judging them — a deceptively difficult practice. In recent years, scientists have shown that meditation switches on genes linked to immune functioning, increases gray matter in the brain, rewires neural pathways — not to mention boosts happiness, lowers stress, improves concentration and leads to increased compassion.”

I wish you... - Living Life Fully

I wish you light in your darkest hours.  When life seems to be confusing or empty, and when your path seems to be hidden in the shadows of pain, doubt, despair, or unrest, may you find the light inside of you that will help you to see things as they truly are, for every night comes to an end, every storm runs its course, and light and peace always return to us.

I wish you the power of a perspective that allows you to see the beauty of the darkness, no matter how threatening your current situation, or how uneasy you may feel.  There always is light for us to access, whether it be the light of God or the light of a close friend, or even the light within ourselves that is the power and the strength with which we've all been blessed to one extent or another.

I wish you the ability to develop the light that is within you, to strengthen your spiritual faith, to help your faith in yourself to grow and thrive.  You have the gift of self-sufficiency, and the possibility of growing into a person who is strong and able.  But may you not grow too strong, though, so that you reject the help and love and caring of others who wish to be there for you.  Balance your strength with your needs and the needs of others to be helpful and to show their caring.

There are great implications to that truth. One of the implications is, this life is not about trying to love. You don’t have to try to love. You have to try not to love. That is what takes the effort. Everything in you wants to love. Yes, romantic love, that kind of love. But I mean Love with a capital “L,” in all its shapes and sizes. Universal Love, however it comes to you in your life. This is Love that is not just about trying to be nice to people. It is not the kind of love that shows up on a particularly good day for you so that you are going to give a special gift to someone. This Love is born from the fact that by our very nature there is within us the power of the universe, which is the power of Universal Love. That power is like a fountain. It is always flowing within you, and it is always seeking to flow out.

How are you? - Mayan Messages

HOW ARE YOU?   “Take a few deep breaths to get into a space of relaxation. Now, notice how you feel inside. Is there tension or calmness? Are you feeling antsy or at peace? Are you afraid or confident?

Practice this little exercise on a daily basis. Stop all you are doing, take a few breaths, then notice how you are feeling. This is a good way to monitor where you are emotionally.

Whenever you notice you are feeling tense, take time to go into a deeper state of relaxation. By making this a habit, eventually you will find yourself being more at peace and centered, no matter what is occurring around you. Decision-making will be much easier. You are likely to make better choices when you are relaxed.

Your body uses many muscles and more energy when it is tense. Your whole system becomes over-stressed when tension is allowed to build up on a daily basis. Release the stress and enjoy a more fulfilling life!”

DEAR FRIENDS- Your soul is forever whispering to you- "Let go and..... TRUST"! I developed this meditation to free you from the burden of crippling worry and fear. Using it regularly will awaken you to the truth- that fear isn't necessary, it is only a painful habit in the body and the mind. And any habit can be released through the power of courage and Unconditional Self-Love.

Use this meditation practice whenever you are worrying and afraid. Over time and with repetition, it will enable you to relax and permanently release the knot of chronic fear that everyone struggles with. I know you can do it!

First, feel your feet on the ground and gently locate the tension/constriction of fear in your body. Allow yourself both to observe, and feel, the physical sensation of the fear. Don't judge or avoid the feeling of fear in any way. Simply connect to it, and open your heart to the ache and tension of your fear with tenderness and compassion.

The Heart is not a judge of truth

We often tell people to listen to their Heart, and really listening to the feelings of the Heart instead of all the thoughts in the mind is the key to rediscovering the Divine. However, people are so mind-oriented that this can be very difficult and confusing at first. There's a common pitfall here, and that's trying to use your Heart in the same way you use your mind.

People talk about asking their Heart something, and there's a subtle illusion that is promoted through this. If you're asking your Heart something, if you see it that way, what is the "you" that is doing the asking? It's the mind asking the Heart, you're taking the perspective of the mind to try and get information from your Heart.

While this is probably a more effective way of going about things than simply listening to your mind, it's not the same as really getting in touch with your Heart. I say this because your Heart is more "you" than your mind is. A truly Heart-centered person doesn't ask their Heart anything, they are their Heart, and they simply Feel. It's just Flowing in the Present, not trying to figure out what's true or false, not making predictions for the future. The Heart, your connection to your Higher Self, will show you how to truly Live.

Our hearts are being expanded as we assume our greater roles in helping awaken the planet, and a lot of seekers are learning to remain balanced when stress seems to overwhelm them.

A lot of things can bring us down here on earth, but we don’t have to let them convince us that life can’t still be heavenly. Like I’ve said before, more beauty exists here than most people understand or give this planet credit for, and we only need to open up to it to begin noticing it.

Remaining balanced in the face of the usual stress will strengthen our resolve to handle difficult situations when they come our way, and as we practice our balance, we’ll increase our ability not to protrude from the center.

Being centered enables us to see life through a much more positive lens than ego-fueled disarray ever will. The heart space helps us stay centered so we can feel the divine energy we’re being given, and in doing so, it enables us to enjoy the reality around us in a greater way.

Earth raises a plasma shield to battle solar storms - New Scientist

Earth can raise shields to protect itself against solar storms. For the first time, satellites and ground-based detectors have watched as the planet sends out a tendril of plasma to fight off blasts of charged solar matter. The discovery confirms a long-standing theory about Earth's magnetic surroundings and offers us a way to keep track of the planet's defences.

"It's changed our thinking about how the system operates," says Joe Borovsky at the Space Science Institute in Boulder, Colorado, who was not involved in the research. "Earth doesn't just sit there and take whatever the solar wind gives it, it can actually fight back."

Earth is always surrounded by a bubble of magnetism called the magnetosphere, which protects us from the bulk of the solar wind, a stream of high-energy particles constantly flowing from the sun.

But sometimes, the sun's magnetic field lines can directly link up with Earth's in a process called magnetic reconnectionMovie Camera, which opens up cracks in the magnetosphere. Charged particles can flow along these lines into Earth's atmosphere, leading to dazzling auroras as well as geomagnetic storms that can wreak havoc on navigation systems and power grids.

People Can Draw Energy From Other People The Same Way Plants Do

A biological research team at Bielefeld University has made a groundbreaking discovery showing that plants can draw an alternative source of energy from other plants. This finding could also have a major impact on the future of bioenergy eventually providing the evidence to show that people draw energy from others in much the same way.

Members of Professor Dr. Olaf Kruse’s biological research team have confirmed for the first time that a plant, the green alga Chlamydomonas reinhardtii, not only engages in photosynthesis, but also has an alternative source of energy: it can draw it from other plants. The research findings were released this week in the online journal Nature Communications published by the renowned journal Nature.

Flowers need water and light to grow and people are no different. Our physical bodies are like sponges, soaking up the environment. "This is exactly why there are certain people who feel uncomfortable in specific group settings where there is a mix of energy and emotions," said psychologist and energy healer Dr. Olivia Bader-Lee.

Chemtrails Cause Harm, Even If You Don’t Believe they Exist

Are you aware of chemtrails? A controversial ‘conspiracy’ topic, chemtrails are chemical sprayings in the air that ultimately expose the population to toxic chemicals and heavy metals. And they are causing harm, even if you don’t think they exist.

A common phrase used for chemtrailing is aerosol spraying. Some claim the aerosol spraying is apart from the engines, and others claim it’s part of jet fuel. It could be both, but however the chemtrail is administered, the liquid used maintains heavy metal particulates as nanoparticles to keep them from clumping together.

When they’re released into the upper atmosphere, the particles retain their nanoparticle size and are easily absorbed as they filter down into the lower atmosphere and into our lungs and vegetation. If you “believe” they don’t exist, then you should take a moment to open your mind and do further research, starting here.

 

The most common toxic metals reported worldwide are aluminum and barium, discovered by collecting chemtrail residue from air filters, open water containers, creeks and ponds, rain water, and mountain snow.
