HJ: There is no wrong way to practice gratitude, however, certain methods have much more powerful effects because they come from a more genuine place within us.  This article will help you understand the subtle differences between the different methods of practicing gratitude and why they can have major differences in their effects in your life.

One important thing about the law of gratitude to always remember is that you must be authentic.  Practicing gratitude from a place of neediness, manipulation or lack will never produce the intended results, but based on the law of attraction, will always produce more of the motivation that drives it. It is very important to be authentic, whatever that means for you.  If you can only be a little bit sincere, then embrace that instead of trying to fake it until you make it.  Live in alignment and you cannot no go wrong, no matter what you do.

Be considerate – take care of yourself, but be aware of and think about your actions/reactions and how they affect others.

Be slow to judge – every person has a paradigm they exist in and you most likely do not see the whole picture. Remember, those you judge may be clamouring to be first in line to judge you.

Be quick to release negative emotion – negatively flows around and follows you like a dark cloud. Other are less willing to connect with a person that exudes negativity. Release, knowing you are being gentle with your body in the process.

Be kind – a moment of kindness to yourself or another sends ripples that will always be returned to you ten-fold. You may not remember the kindnesses shown, but The Universe always does.

IMG_5342In my recent clean out of bookshelves, I stumbled upon a slim volume of writing published in 1940. The redwood tree on the cover pulled me in. As I flipped through the pages, I felt the gentle wisdom within that I could now hear at a deeper level. On page 33 (3′s are my numbers and 33 is Christ mastery in my book) I read the following that is still echoing in my heart:

A false Grid is “a belief system” (1) shared by many, perhaps even by many cultures, which spreads throughout societies and affects our way of being, thinking and perceiving.

An example of this came to me yesterday while I watched, “The Boy in the Striped Pajamas” a movie about the Nazi Regime during World War II where eight year-old Bruno, the son of the “Comondante” in charge of a concentration camp, and the extermination of Jews held within this particular camp, who secretly befriends a Jewish boy of his same age.

During the movie, the Comondante tells his son, “Jews are the enemy.  They’re not people. They’re nothing, but animals, and they didn’t deserve to exist in the world”. Young Bruno sensed there was something wrong with his fathers reasoning which leads to the final events of the movie that I won’t tell you about in case you haven’t seen it.

Here is my latest Ascension update. Boy, I haven't done one in quite a while. This one incorporates everything from the portal of 12-12, the sealing of our Light body vehicle/Merkabah, and Self empowerment as we move through the Gateway between now and the December Solstice ... entering a new energetic year of 2014.

Here is another message about the portal of 12-12! I asked Spirit about what is there to know about this year's portal of 12-12. This is what I received:

"Beloved Light Beings! This year's portal of 12-12 brings special Gifts and opportunities for all of those Ascension devotees, who have been focusing only on the New, and merely on the embodiment of Divine Love. This doesn't mean that they are somehow special or chosen. It simply means that they have done enough preparation work, that their body vehicles can Now hold the amount of Light which is needed for the full integration/seeding of the Light body Merkabah/Star of David/Star tetrahedron, which has been an ongoing process of expansion since this Summer.

The following was written for the conclusion of The Aquarius Paradigm Weekly Newsletter, which is being offered for $11.11 a month.

Income from the newsletter helps my family and I get by (and I really enjoy writing it) and the option to subscribe will be given below.

This has been an interesting week to say the least. I feel more inspired than ever to express myself and give material that reflects my personal evolution process, but this inspiration is coming about in a different way than I expected.

I’ve been producing music in a very flowing way lately, and I’ve happily pursued this avenue of creative expression because music feels great to write and play. It’s wonderful to be able to sing the song of the heart and express the deepened consciousness so many of us are beginning to feel, and I’ll admit that even writing hasn’t been as prolific for me as music.

Don’t get me wrong – when I find a subject to get excited to write about I can happily work away, but in terms of what I enjoy doing in this moment, I have to admit that music takes the cake. I have a feeling that this is an aspect of the ongoing inner-expansion taking place in each of us, and it’s being expressed through me in this manner for a specific reason.

As I hear the continual, insane, drumbeat about the failure of Obamacare all around me, I know it is time to sit back and spend quiet time looking for the good buried beneath the trash of it all. It is there, it is ALWAYS there, we just have to make the supreme effort to discover it. If one were to listen to the daily news reports(God forbid!) it is plain to see the people being whipped into a frenzy and pummeled with the fears of the almighty ‘what if’s’. Such a waste of precious energy. So rather than waste it, let’s redirect it towards something positive.
