As you have perhaps already ascertained, these incoming waves of energetic flux can be rather bothersome at times. That is, your physical body may have a hard time keeping up with all of these fluctuations, but again, we implore you to remember that they are all in fact doing you a world of good. And we do mean that in every sense of the word. For these waves are pushing you further and further ahead, as the changes they bring within you are preparing you more and more for that upcoming energetic implosion, if we can use such a word. For this will in many ways be likened to an implosion, where the pressure from the outside will create an impressive effect on the inside. And then, you will all start to unfold yourself and go up in bloom. For the seed that was implanted within you from the very beginning, and that has been lying dormant for eons, has been carefully watered and nurtured these last few years. And as such, it is now more than ready to take that decisive leap and burst forth in all of its glory.

France has adopted a bill allowing authorities to access and gather Internet user data without judicial approval just a few weeks following Paris’s outrage over spying efforts by US National Security Agency (NSA).

The legislation, approved Thursday by the French Senate, has been censured by activists as a measure "against the principles of democracy."

The U.S. government lobotomized roughly 2,000 mentally ill veterans — and likely hundreds more — during and after World War II, according to a cache of forgotten memos, letters and government reports unearthed by The Wall Street Journal.

“They got the notion they were going to come to give me a lobotomy,” Roman Tritz, a World War II bomber pilot, told the newspaper in a report published Wednesday. “To hell with them.”

Every member who sits on the committees that oversee government intelligence operations has received campaign contributions from the top twenty largest intelligence companies in the United States, according to a new report.

Amid the NSA scandal, the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence — the committees in charge of oversight — denied stricter reform attempts to the NSA programs and instead propelled legislation aimed at restoring their trust. The committees are intended to keep waste, fraud, and abuse in check given most of these programs are hidden from the general public.

Protesters from Italy's "Pitchforks" movement shut down the main roads between Italy and France on Thursday as part of a wave of anti-austerity protests that have sometimes erupted into violence.
 
The populist movement began as a farmers' group in Sicily but now includes truck drivers and far-right groups and is able to mobilise on a national scale.

JP Morgan Chase, the biggest bank in the US, is facing another multi-billion dollar fine, this time deriving from its involvement with notorious Ponzi scheme fraudster Bernard Madoff.

The bank has tentatively agreed to pay $2bn to settle allegations it failed to inform US authorities of the jailed fraudsters suspicious activity, according to people familiar with negotiations. A settlement deal with the Justice Department could come as early as next week. The bank declined to comment.

There is much suffering today. Most of it is spiritually derived, no matter how physically challenging it may be.

So many are distressed and feeling there’s no way out of this quagmire they’re being confronted with. Even for those of us spiritually predisposed and somewhat prepared it’s the same story. We’re literally at war. Not just of head and heart bashing confrontations, but one of carefully contrived attrition. A starvation of confirming information that reaffirms the simple realities we would otherwise thrive on.

With a big batch of inserted confusion to throw us off to boot.

Spreading Christmas 'goodwill’ during the holidays is what Goodwill donation centers claim to be all about. The company sells thousands of donated goods at low prices every year, particuarly around the festive seaon.

In fact, it has almost become part of our culture that when something is not useful to us anymore, we give it to Goodwill.

~*~*~ When you put somebody on a pedestal it is giving away your power and saying you are not good enough. ~*~*~

When we fall in love with someone or make a new friend, we sometimes see that person in a glowing light. Their good qualities dominate the foreground of our perception and their negative qualities. They just don’t seem to have any. This temporary state of grace is commonly known as putting someone on a pedestal. Often times we put spiritual leaders and our gurus on pedestals.

We have all done this to someone at one time or another, and as long as we remember that no one is actually “perfect,” the pedestal phase of a relationship can be enjoyed for what it is—a phase. It’s when we actually believe our own projection that troubles arise.

Everyone has problems, flaws, and blind spots, just as we do. When we entertain the illusion that someone is perfect, we don’t allow them room to be human, so when they make an error in judgment or act in contradiction to our idea of perfection, we become disillusioned. We may get angry or distance ourselves in response. In the end, they are not to blame for the fact that we idealized them.
