Excitement is mounting as the consciousness increases. People are experiencing the changes, both in mind and body. You have a lot to be excited about because your awakening has brought about a change in the Dark Controllers due to the light that is now flowing through the minds and souls of humanity. Become aware of the light that eminates from the sun. Welcome it and take every opportunity to link with it. The Dark Ones try to block it from you with the use of chemtrails but it still manages to get through, so it is important to connect with it. Sunlight is important. Ask the question, why is so much effort being put into blocking it from you? Who has the right to block the sunlight that is your God-given right to have and enjoy? These questions must be asked, and explanations demanded. You can no longer just sit back passively and allow your lives to be contaminated in this way. It is time to stop being victims. You have a voice, so when you come together with one voice then the answers must be given. If you want change, then you must ask for it.

Study: Virgin Coconut Oil Protects Liver from Toxic Effects of Drugs

A new study published in the Journal of Basic and Clinical Physiology and Pharmacology found that Virgin Coconut Oil can protect the liver from toxic antibiotic drugs. The study was done on rats. The rats were divided into four groups: one group received nothing, one group received a broad-spectrum antibiotic, one group received virgin coconut oil, and the last group received BOTH the antibiotic drug and virgin coconut oil.

As was to be expected, there was no liver damage in the groups receiving nothing or just virgin coconut oil. But while the group receiving the drug saw adverse effects to their livers, the group receiving both the drug and virgin coconut oil did not, suggesting that virgin coconut oil offers a protective effect from toxic drugs: “The results of this study demonstrate that the active components of coconut oil had protective effects against the toxic effects induced by TMP-SMX administration, especially in the liver of rats.”

Etna (Sicily, Italy): The amplitude of tremor rose over night to levels that in the past weeks normally corresponded to intermittent strombolian activity at the New SE crater. However, bad visibility prevents direct observations.

Merapi (Central Java): Another phreatic explosion was reported yesterday 11:00 (local time). According to a news article, the eruption produced an ash plume of about 500 m height.

He is the Source from which all flows in one infinite and eternal stream of Love. He is beyond comprehension and yet we know that His Love embraces us in every moment, and that nothing else is possible. That is what we experience and know in every moment, eternally, constantly, because that is all that there is. Love is all that exists, and in It everything has its place, every iota of consciousness, all life, there is no outside or beyond, all is here within the Oneness and perfect harmony that is the Source, which inevitably and unavoidably includes all that is created.

As you have perhaps ascertained already, the incoming energies coinciding with this Gathering have already gathered a lot of momentum, and we do think you will all find a way to immerse yourself fully in them. They might be construed as rather forceful for some, but please remember that nothing that interacts with your physical body in this manner, hailing from Source, will be of harm to you in any way. You will at the most feel some at times rather intense physical discomfort, but that is only temporary, and will not set you back in any way as soon as the effects themselves fade from your body.

At the same time, however, nothing happens without the heart. It is not surprising that the physical life of a human being ends with the demise of the heart, for your heart leads. It is the mainstay. Your heart beats for you, and your heart beats for Me as well.

We can further say that the beat of your heart sets the metronome for the Universe. The extant world lives by the beat of your heart. Your heart conducts the orchestra of the world. It is through Our hearts that We are One. Our Oneness can be evidenced by the mind, yet Our Oneness expresses itself through the heart.
