The eruption continues at low levels. Recent satellite images show very high elevated surface temperatures at the intracaldera cinder cone consistent with continued effusion of lava. No plumes have been observed in satellite images nor reported by pilots or local observers. (AVO)

HJ: The ability to get and stay grounded at will is a powerful and useful skill that will aid you greatly in your journey through life.  While one does not always want to be firmly grounded, for example, during meditation, you may wish to drift off into higher levels of awareness and ethereal experience, there will inevitably be times in which it is ideal, such as during exercise, sports, performance, taking a test in any type of school or any other activity which requires focus and attention.  Taking a few minutes as needed to get yourself centered and grounded from time to time is highly recommended, especially if you find yourself feeling distracted or having trouble getting day to day activities done.

Michael We will speak now of some of the things you may expect in your continued process of ascension.  The question has been posed to our channel, and thereby to us, “What of those who are mentally incapacitated, those in institutions, those who are elderly and refuse to listen?”  And further, we have heard many times questions about children, parents, dogs, cats, and a long list of others.  We ask you to please rework your understandings of what this process is.

That being said, dear friends, every person, every animal, and every being is in its own place with its own past and its own future.  Do you wish to choose that future for them?  Even your Creator has allowed them to explore creation with their own free will.  Would you imagine for yourselves greater wisdom than this?

WINDOW ROCK, ARIZONA – Navajo President Ben Shelly's office announced the passing of Navajo Code Talker Milton Gishal, who died on June 8 in Farmington, New Mexico. Mr. Gishal was 93.

Navajo Code Talker Milton GishalThe Navajo Nation Flag will remain at half staff.

He is the second Navajo Code Talker to die within the past week. Navajo Code Talker King Fowler passed away on June 7. President Shelly ordered the Navajo Nation Flag to be flown at half staff until sundown June 18 to honor the memory of both Navajo heroes.

Born on December 15, 1919 in Jeddito, Arizona, Gishal joined the US Marine Corps during World War II, where he served as a Navajo Code Talker. He took part in the Battle Iwo Jima.

After the war, Gishal became a rancher, farmer, railroad worker, carpenter and even a Navajo Councilman. He was also a medicine man fo the Native American Church.

Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated June 12 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Holbrook.

Thousands rallied in Belfast on Saturday, protesting against the coming G8 summit in Northern Ireland's county Fermanagh. The action is part of the peaceful anti-G8 demonstrations meant to send a message of protest and concern to the G8-leaders.

What started as 1,500-strong march to the Belfast City Hall in police estimates, grew into a massive rally in front of the hall after thousands of people accumulated there.

So what’s the big deal with this Moon? Well it’s a bigun – it is a Moon that is in its perigee – the point in its orbit nearest the Earth – and happening so close to the Summer Solstice – only 2 days after on the 23rd of June. That doesn’t happen that often.

Apparently, the best time to see it will be on the evening of the 22nd of June – fingers crossed it is not cloudy where you are.

The Summer Solstice has always been important. It is the time of year that the days on Earth begin to shorten again and the Sun goes into the sign of Cancer the Crab. Symbolically, we can say that this signifies that the light of awareness, as represented by the Sun – now comes to us through our family, past and domestic affairs. It is a good time to act from the heart and express our bona fide feelings.

When the Moon is at its closest to the Earth we have a period of higher tides. Psychologically, it signifies a stronger pull on our emotions and will have a noticeable affect on those who express themselves through feeling.
