Putting a wall around your deepest fears does nothing but hide them from yourself. Pull them out, turn them over in your hands, examine every detail, admire them for what they are and then release them with love. When the walls come down, the only thing left in its place will be joy. ~ Creator

How to Tune Into the Messages of Your Higher Self - Wayne W. Dyer, Ph.D.

HJ:  You are unlimited — this is one of the main messages our higher self is constantly sending us, but that we have learned to ignore.  As children we believed it wholeheartedly, but as we grew up, we let society take this reality from us and replace it with illusory limitations and doubt.  Our higher selves guide us towards the expression of our higher purpose in this life — the life we were born to live, in which our potential is limitless.  The messages our higher selves give us are always reflecting this truth in a myriad of forms.  The guidance we receive gently urges us towards our highest expression, although it may be disguised as advice that only seems pertinent to the problem or situation at hand.  We cannot always see the bigger picture and so the messages we receive may seem random or to take us in unexpected directions, but ultimately we never know where we are headed and what awaits us around the next turn.

By learning to resonate with the overall patterns and nature of the messages our higher self is sending us, we can begin to decode what may otherwise seem cryptic or vague and learn to fully trust and embrace this divine wisdom and guidance.

~ Space Weather Update~ CME STRIKES Wind Speed 555

Lia's picture

CME STRIKE: As expected, a CME propelled into space by the M5-class explosion of May 22nd delivered a glancing blow to Earth's magnetic field on May 24th around 1800 UT. NOAA forecasters estimate a 55% chance of polar geomagnetic storms in response to the strike. High-latitude sky watchers should be alert for auroras shining through the bright moonlight. Aurora alerts: text, voice.

BACTERIA FLY INTO RADIATION STORM: Two days ago, high school students in Bishop, California, using a suborbital helium balloon launched a petri dish full of extreme-loving halobacteria into the strongest radiation storm of the year. They wanted to know how the extremophiles would fare when peppered with protons at the edge of space. Here is a picture of the sample 108,000 feet above Earth's surface:

MOORE, Okla. – As cleanup crews start clearing debris from the hardest hit areas of Moore, many people from all over the area are finding pictures scattered and damaged by the storm.

Melisa Rose is one of them.

She lived through the May 3, 1999 tornado as well as the one on May 8, 2003.

“You have no words for it, she said “You just sit and watch and hope that it’s not going to hit you.”

On Monday, for the third time, she stepped outside to see a city once again left in ruins.

Since she lives close by she headed to the Warren Theater to see what she could do to help.

What’s Going On ~ Sagittarius Full Moon

We are winding down the eclipse season with a stellar show of force. Not only do the skies present us with a final spring lunar eclipse, but next week you can look into the evening sky and actually view Jupiter, Venus and Mercury. This planetary trio will not be visible again like this until October 2015.

Symbolically it’s a fortuitous meeting of three friends; Jupiter rules expansion and having the courage to take risks. Venus brings her light hearted spirit, and finally, Mercury has good news to deliver. The Full Moon is in Sagittarius, a sign symbolized by the rainbow. Symbolically, rainbows bridge the physical and spiritual worlds, and also deliver good news. The cosmic mission of Sagittarius is to experience truth and dispel the darkness of doubt.  You can see that our Full moon this weekend has a large mission.

Hubble's Best Ever View of a Giant Cosmic... Doughnut?

New Hubble image of the Ring Nebula (Messier 57). Credit: NASA, ESA, and C. Robert O’Dell (Vanderbilt University).

One of the more well-known objects within our galaxy, the Ring Nebula has been observed by astronomers since the late 1700s. It is a definitive planetary nebula, visible from Earth as a bright and multi-colored ring of material violently expelled from a sun-like star reaching the end of its life. Looking like a gigantic cosmic eye, the Ring Nebula has been imaged countless times — but new observations with the Hubble Space Telescope have finally revealed its true shape.

It’s a big doughnut.

Full Moon Eclipse: May 24/25, 2013

Lia's picture

a message from Kara Schallock

Friday, 24 May, 2013

The last Eclipse of this current Eclipse Trinity is upon us. It occurs May 24 at 10:11 p.m. (Mountain Standard Time.) Do you notice the interesting number of 111? “An energetic gateway has opened for you, rapidly manifesting your thoughts into reality. Choose your thoughts wisely at this time…don’t put any energy into…fears at all, lest you manifest them,” according to Doreen Virtue’s Angel Numbers. This statement actually carries the energy of all three Eclipses. Each has built upon the last, making this time incredibly powerful for each of us, depending on what we’ve focused our attention on, and will focus on as we pass through this last gateway.

What's in a Name? Asteroid, Meteor, Meteorite, Meteoroid

A fireball over the Netherlands and German skies taken in October 2009

A couple of month's ago we watched Russia's fireball situation in part fascination and part horror. Since then, we have been asked a lot of questions about what that was and why NASA did not warn us? Well, let's get into a couple of terms and see if we can make some sense of this.

Simply put, an asteroid is a large chunk of rock in space. In our solar system, most of asteroids are located between the orbits of Mars and Jupiter. NASA can and does track asteroids that may interact with the Earth.

A meteoroid is smaller than an asteroid. What entered Russia's atmosphere a few months back was a meteoroid that developed into a fireball that was not tracked by NASA. Meteoroids are scattered throughout the solar system. More on fireballs below.

57: Chirinkotan Volcano erupts in Kuril Islands of Far East Russia

Desert Gypsy's picture

Theextinctionprotocol.com-5/24/13

May 24, 2013 RUSSIA, FAR EAST - The remote volcano in the northern Kuriles is probably in eruption, the latest SVERT report and satellite images suggest. A plume of gas and steam, and possibly some minor amounts ash was seen with the MODIS sensor onboard the NASA Terra satellite this morning. Satellite data also indicate that activity had likely already started in early May, because a small thermal anomaly can be traced back on archive pictures to 7 May. One should take into account that frequent dense cloud cover often prevents such observations, so activity could have started earlier than that. It is not known what kind of activity is occurring at the volcano. Possibilities include some minor explosive (strombolian ?) activity at the summit, or lava flows that might be reaching the sea and produce the steam plume observed. The last eruption of the volcano was (probably) in 2004.

Dandelion is likely the most abundant and most identifiable edible flower in the country. For those people who seek to keep a lush, “weed”-less yard, dandelions are a thorn in their side. They are tough plants and though they aren’t native to the United States, they’ve certainly made themselves at home. But whether growing up through cracks in the sidewalk or all over your lawn, dandelions offer some healthful and tasty benefits. Read on to learn about dandelion benefits and how this over-looked edible can help you.
