Greetings dear ones, we are the High Council of Orion and we come to guide and to support as the new earth frequencies now dissolve the veils from across your inner vision and allow the broadening of the whole spectrum of human existence to unfold. Many of you are now more than fully conscious with respect to the new earth and we come to guide in detail around the ways to manifest within these new frequencies in order that you may play with the new energies and begin to come into wholeness around all that you can and will achieve by creating from within these energetic landscapes.

We guide in order to confirm for many of you have been receiving clear guidance from your guides and star families but the human logical brain may now cry out for confirmation of the information and knowledge shared. Take this dear ones, our words as your confirmation for ALL ARE ONE and ALL ARE. We come to highlight the changes to the new earth frequencies and the results that will begin to manifest for you and around you as now move into place and begin to gift to the human race that which you incarnated to gift upon planet earth.

Consciousness Rises     

Look around you. Now look within you. Do you perceive it? The disconnect between your inner awareness and the rapidly escalating collapse of an increasingly out-of-control matrix?

Yes indeed! The collapse of the controllers is happening. You need look no further than the President of the United States’ speech to the Ohio State graduation class for confirmation. He reads unabashedly from his teleprompter the following words:

“Unfortunately, you’ve grown up hearing voices that incessantly warn of government as nothing more than some separate, sinister entity that’s at the root of all our problems; some of these same voices also doing their best to gum up the works. They’ll warn that tyranny is always lurking just around the corner. You should reject these voices.” [emphasis mine]

Gum up what works, Mr. President? Your government’s most recent false flag in Boston? The corrupt practices of an out-of-control privately owned central banking consortium that’s debasing currency to the tune of $85 billion per month?

2004 - Guanajuato, Mexico - December 23. Eduardo Ortega and Salvador Ortega videotaped these small structures crossing the solar disk at high speed and in different directions.

Upon examining the recorded images in slow-mo and frame by frame, the following images were seen. Consideration was given to the possibility that these may be the oft-mentioned "Rods," without dismissing any other type of known event.

The UFOs seen in this series of photos are some of the most unusual, yet clearly defined I have seen to date.

Authentic Self Meditation

How many times a day do you catch yourself talking to yourself? None, you say? Then here’s a little test. The next time you are in the shower, bring your attention to your feet and hold your focus there. How long can you do it before your thoughts intrude? I really need to give Mom a call. We haven’t spoken since last Wednesday, and she’ll think I don’t love her….Why did Frank ask me to stop at the cleaners after work? Doesn’t he remember Dale’s soccer game starts at five? I’ll barely make it there as it is….I hope the boss is in a better mood today. He was really out of it yesterday….I have a paper due tomorrow. Why did I put off working on it? And the guys are getting together tonight to watch the game.  I really need the extra credit. If I don’t turn that paper in on time, I’m screwed. If you are not talking to yourself, who is talking to you?

When meditation was suggested to me several years ago as a way of helping my body to heal while I was in treatment for exposure to toxic chemicals, I had only a foggy notion of what meditation is. Coming of age in the 60s and 70s, I recalled reading about college students who smoked pot or ingested LSD and claimed to meditate, thus linking meditation for me with the use of a mind-altering substance. Faced, however, with the bizarre symptoms brought on by toxic exposure, I was ready to try anything.
