CHANCE OF FLARES: NOAA forecasters estimate an 80% chance of M-flares and a 50% chance of X-flares on Feb. 4th. The source would be giant sunspot AR1967, shown here seething with activity in a photo from amateur astronomer Sergio Castillo of Inglewood, California:

In Castillo's photo, a pair of magnetic filaments reaches out from the heart of the active region, where multiple dark cores big enough to swallow Earth are crackling with flares. "The activity in this region is just amazing," says Castillo.

Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations on the planet.  It is a close cousin to love and comes spontaneously from opening your heart to love itself.  The energy of gratitude is soooo powerful that it instantly opens your heart, and connects you to the Divine power in all of existence.  In every moment you have the opportunity to be grateful for what is showing up.  The real question is HOW to always remain in this constant state of appreciation, without having to continuously reboot and refocus your mind back on what you're thankful for.

There is so much that started to really hit me, in understandings, yesterday that I could barely move from the sheer excitement within me.  I am tip-toeing back into the realm of readings again, until my very raspy, pubescent voice says, done for the day, I did two yesterday… more progress.  But equally and much more importantly, the moment I am done drinking you in, I can feel it, I can feel me… change, become enhanced.

It hit me last evening as I started to feel “regular” again, we are now actively co-creating a very very distinctive chicken soup together.  Somehow, I have decided to become the stock pot in which the ingredients will come together.  So the entirety of January was scouring my pot, removing all aspects of the previous soup we created.  The last connections in January, January 26th to be exact, two women one man, or two lungs and one heart were the final rinse within my body.  And think about it too, if everything within you has been removed, what kind of voice would that produce??  None.

Before we get to today’s Metatronic Numerology Frequency Report, I would like to share information on the work we will be doing in the month of February.

Tomorrow, Wednesday, February 5th, we begin a twenty-four day cycle of Cleansing, Realigning and Consciously Evolving the Double Helix Human Strand DNA.

This is going to be some intensive work. During these days we are going to focus onContinuously Living in a State of Divine Unconditional Love; a state of Consciouslyholding and maintaining control of our every thought, word, deed and action.

We are going to aspire to existing continuously in a state of maintaining our thoughts and emotions in balanced equilibrium, keeping our selves calm and serene, and holding a very high frequency within our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies; constantly emitting and radiating Divine Unconditional Love from every cell and fiber of our Full Self and Being. 

We will begin by working at holding this level of Divine Unconditional Love for thirty minute periods for the days of the 5th and the 6th of February.

We are going to learn to be ever vigilant in the thoughts that cross through our minds, in the words that pass through our lips, in the actions that we take, and in the energy we emit and the frequency we hold and maintain.

Withdraw from the drama of others and have love and patience with yourself, those around you, and the outcome. Divine timing is always in play and it is up to you to do your best and your part and let others do theirs. 
 
Wisdom and objectivity are key so stay in your integrity as honesty and open communication are the best path to get you where you want to go. It is important to have balance and make sure you take adequate time for fun and enjoying the process as this is also how you get your own thoughts out of the way and allow in inspirations and ideas from entourage of Light Beings. 
 
There is much going on and the energy of change has made for many new opportunities and possibilities. Be aware of your own emotions and sensitivities and also those of others as these are also changing. Look for the magic in life as well as like minded souls who can help to nourish and support you and each other as you make your way and have a fantastic day.

Spending time in the sun always lifts our spirits, makes us feel alive, energised and positive. Well that golden orb in the sky is also assisting us to transition into a new vibration along with the earth.

The solar flare reports from NASA and other scientific research facilities have become quite regular and more information is being released to the public in regard to the ‘effects’ that these ‘eruptions’ on the sun’s surface have on life here on earth.

 

Solar flares are simply huge explosions of built up gases and magnetic forces on the sun’s surface. They travel through space, and if they explode in earth’s direction, the electromagnetic field of earth is impacted, as is the earth and all living creatures. The biological and neurological system of life are shaken up with these bursts of highly charged energy.

Edward Snowden in his interview with the German TV station ARD, which was broadcast on 26 January.

This past Sunday evening former NSA contractor Edward Snowden sat down for an interview with German television network ARD. The interview has been intentionally blocked from the US public, with virtually no major broadcast news outlets covering this story. In addition, the video has been taken down almost immediately every time it’s posted on YouTube.

In contrast, this was treated as a major political event in both print and broadcast media, in Germany, and across much of the world. In the interview, Mr. Snowden lays out a succinct case as to how these domestic surveillance programs undermine and erode human rights and democratic freedom.
