Ohhh my goodness, I have the greatest metaphor coming thru about this extraordinary, expansive time we are going thru right now and I feel, setting us up for the greatet expansion underway…

Imagine when we were born physically into this plane of existence, we arrived in a fish bowl.  Some had larger fish bowl with really good fish care takers, some had tiny, cramped fish bowls with not so great care takers.  But we all started out living in the boundaries of the fishbowl.  Most of our fishbowls had frosted glass on them, so we couldn’t really see anything beyond what every one else living in that fishbowl told us was there or even “out there.”

Some fishes reincarnated so many times into the same fishbowl that they started to perfect their ability to see thru the frosted glass, and would get glimpses of images and movements beyond their limited boundaries and belief systems and started to tell other fish.  This actually scared most of the other fish, but some of the really brave ones wanted to not only know more, but learn to see thru the frosted glass on their own, and so a grand movement started happening.

January 15th's Full Moon in Cancer at 26 degrees is a call to examine how we are meeting our needs for safety and security while also pushing ourselves forward to new goals. During the last week various intelligence agencies have forwarded evidence to the White Dragon Society showing that Prime Minister Shinzo Abe of Japan was deeply involved in the Aum Shinrikyo subway sarin gas attack terror cult. For this reason, the possibility is growing that Abe will be arrested on terror charges when he goes to Davos, Switzerland for the Cabal meeting starting there on January 21, the sources in Chinese, British, Japanese and American intelligence agencies say.

Amanita Muscaria mushroomWe collected the mushrooms filled with a mix of veneration and enthusiasm and then proceeded to a nearby forest where we ingested them. I had taken a couple of psychedelics before, but nothing had such a strong effect as these mushrooms. Gradually, geometrical patterns of previous unseen hues and of complicated shapes twirled and tinkled. My body felt a bit like rubber and I was yawning a lot. Everything seemed to breathe and was alive and conscious. When I went into a deeper stage, there was no longer an “I” but a “we” – me, my friends and the forest became a single unity, rejoicing in the mystery of existence.

New research from Emory University School of Medicine, in Atlanta, has shown that it is possible for some information to be inherited biologically through chemical changes that occur in DNA. During the tests they learned that that mice can pass on learned information about traumatic or stressful experiences – in this case a fear of the smell of cherry blossom – to subsequent generations.
 

Coffee Does Not Dehydrate You, Says New Study

A new study published in the journal PLOS ONE says that drinking a moderate amount of coffee does not lead to dehydration. There is a common belief that drinking coffee or other caffeinated drinks can lead to dehydration, and it has long been known that caffeine acts as a mild diuretic. However, the effects of coffee consumption on fluid balance cannot be directly compared to pure caffeine.

 

Prior to the latest research, only two studies had specifically investigated the effects of caffeine in the form of coffee on hydration. This was the first study to directly assess the effects of moderate consumption of coffee compared to equal volumes of water.
