There’s a revolution happening in Sweden right now. Dubbed the “recycling revolution,” the Scandinavian country now recycles 99 percent of their garbage, edging closer to a zero-waste lifestyle, nationwide.

Wouldn’t it be great if no household waste was wasted? If each and every item of refuse was turned into something else — new products, raw materials, gas or at least heat?

Sweden is almost there. More than 99 per cent of all household waste is recycled in one way or another. This means that the country has gone through something of a recycling revolution in the last decade...

HJ: The power of habits is immense.  The things we practice regularly are the things we master and the things that propel our lives forward with incredible speed and power.  There are few things in this world that will lead to incredibly rapid self growth and transformation as do habits.

Speaking from experience, habits have allowed me to do many, many incredible things.  For example, this website is a type of habit.  Everyday, I post an article and write some commentary.  2.5 years in we have had over 3.6 million visitors and have tangibly changed the lives of countless people.  This website has changed the world for the better.  All from one simple little habit practiced daily.  And that is just the tip of the iceberg.  I could go on for pages about the things I have learned about myself in the process and the incredible skills I have picked up as a result.  They have gone on to create great abundance, happiness and joy in my life.

The time is going to pass anyways so you might as well put it to good use : )

THE NATURE OF POLARITY There were several reasons for creating a realm with this duality. Yesterday, we spoke of how the universes were created in order for souls to have the opportunity to experience “not love.” This would be impossible in a realm where all is one. Thus, the vast majority of new realms have been set up with a balance of both light and dark. For those choosing earth, you have the unique opportunity to choose what you wish to experience due to the creation of what you call “free will.” Know that each person “reaps what he sows” and that “like attracts like.” In this realm, everything has a “boomerang” effect. The more you give love to others, the more love you will receive in return. The more fear you impose on others, the more fear will be returned to you. We share this with you to let you know that although you have “free will” to choose whatever you experience, there are repercussions associated with each of your choices. If it is your desire to create “heaven on earth” then it is your responsibility to make the choices leading to your desired outcome. Each one of you that learns and practices inner peace and kindness towards another, moves one step closer to creating “heaven on earth.” Take time each day to reflect on your thoughts, words and emotions.
