We each have only ONE BODY. However, that exact same body can translate into many completely different forms of reality. We do not leave one body behind and move into a different body. We do, however, take all of our body with us when we raise our energy into the frequency signature of the higher reality.

Most people spend most of their time focused within their physical body, and so that is the only reality that appears to them. When a person raises their frequencies of light and sound energy within their consciousness, that person can lift the body with the lower frequencies up into the higher form of reality.

We have been through a lot over these last several months…..both within our own lives and also throughout the World.  The energies have been strong and a bit chaotic….and at times a little frightening.   The World seems to be in a bit of a mess right now…..and it can be a challenge to see the light at the end of the tunnel…….but we know it is there.  With this extremely powerful Capricorn Full Moon…..it feels (Cancer Sun…part of the full Moon) like we are at a point where the Universe is asking….do you want to Evolve?  Or do you want to give up and re-do it next incarnation?  

At this Capricorn Full Moon we have Pluto (the planet of transformation, intensity, power) sitting right with the Full Moon it’s self, and Mars (warrior, action, Passion, Pioneer) sitting right with the Cancer Sun!  The Full Moon (Sun/Moon), because of Pluto sitting with it….has now been pulled into the Cardinal Grand Cross!   This is a lot of energies that could bring about power struggles, good and not so good, in all areas!  This includes relationships of all kinds including Political and World Wide!  There could be/is tensions or secrets between World Leaders!

This can be a dangerous time that we are in….and it can be a time of taking positive action on ideas you have, passions that you want to pursue and put this energy into making them happen.  Stay out of the anger and the drama (both your own and others)…..stay out of the fear and negativity.   Call in your guidance to help you navigate these energies to the higher ends.  Focus on Manifesting your Own reality, equal give and take in communicating between governments/countries and Peace throughout the World!

Sunday I will be receiving updates directly from the ORIGINAL ONES who will be negotiating with our governments about our Galactic and Universal Citizenship and plans of First Contact. I am the only one who is communicating with those who are making the change at this time.

Bashar made predictions in 2015,16 and 17. He announced that EVERYTHING WILL CHANGE in the fall of 2016. However, he never told the world what that change was because he did not fully understand it. Bashar is a very nice entity from one of the reptilian families. He is on the Universal Team that is over seen by Elaika. However, Bashar sees the version of reality that he lives within and that which he has experienced.

The first card that came up is the Perception card, and this is its message: “This marker requires you to contemplate how you look at the world. Through what eyes do you see? Do you peer through those of prejudice or judgment? Are you viewing your present circumstances by projecting your past? This is the time to slow down to observe from all angles. This calls for objectivity and a willingness to examine your life and others’ through a neutral pair of eyes. Within you, awareness is transcending your ego’s separated sense of self. Rise above it—see through your soul and know that things aren’t always what they appear to be. This marker brings clarity and asks you to look and to wait. Perhaps all you need to do is to relax and put on another pair of glasses; then what is in front of you might be magically transformed. Perception is everything. With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. When you hear of natural disasters, fires, vehicle crashes and terrorist attacks, sadness about the lives lost and compassion for those who love them are natural feelings. Thinking of all the souls affected by such events and the millions caught up in humanitarian crises in the context of chosen karmic lessons so they can evolve is not a natural reaction, and at times you wonder if violence and suffering ever will end.

Attention Energy Workers! Who does this energy you are feeling belong to?

Taking care of your energy is one of the daily responsibilities of energy workers ie Light Workers. Everyone is empathetic and some more so than others. Your sense of empathy is linked to your willingness at an unconscious level to take on the burdens of others. Some people are unaware of how much they are dong for others, even to their own detriment. If you are feeling very tired or very heavy ask yourself, “Who does this belong to? Is this my energy?” And most likely the answer will be No. Then all you have to do is call in the Light of your Higher Self and Source energy to fill your energy field and High Heart, and then transmit the Light to whomever this energy belongs to. You may want to say something like, “I bless whomever this energy belongs to and send them unconditional love and blessings in return.”

If you suddenly feel pain in your body, do not be shy to ask your body who it belongs to. The body is very willing to oblige you with an answer right away. Most likely again the answer will be that it is not yours. Again, send the Light of Love into the area that is experiencing pain and ask that the energy be released back to the person it belongs to.

I asked the question of Archangel Michael whether it was acceptable to be sending this energy back to the person it came from, and his answer was that we are only responsible for our own energy. He also said that it is in our power to send the person the negative energy came from our unconditional love and blessing and to ask the Archangels to clear and transmute the energy for them into unconditional love and light.
