This is NOT a product of HAARP. Things like this have been happening for years before they were even noted. I live in one of the aformentioned states of SC. THis is one of those times when different things besides "HAARP" are happening such as the magnetic polar shift. With respect, before you start screaming about HAARP,ask yourself this question- am I promoting positivity or am I promoting fear when it comes to HAARP? HAARP is also used as a fear device and does nothing but install fear. The weather is changing all over the world and MOTHER NATURE is the one doing the changing, not some ficticous HAARP. Stop looking at fear based conspiracies and take a look at what our Mother is going through as she changes into a completely new paradigm.
