Notes: 3 Days ago we pointed to this time as a potential for global earthquake upticks. Last night, the fore shocking in Iraq/Iran caused a location-specific watch for that location. In last night's upload we remarked that it would be nice if the uptick came away from populated areas -- the 7.0 in the South Atlantic was dangerous to nobody. THIS is the type of successful uptick watch we LOVE. Affirmation (yet again) of the rubric, but without harm to humans.
