Balance - Healing on the Press - 3
The Analyzer

As we progress on our journey of self and cosmic awareness the subject of balance is critical to create harmony within ourselves as well as being an effective member of a team. We already understand and agree that we are love and that love has unlimited power.  As captains of our own souls we can use balance as a navigational tool to steer the love we feel in our hearts to generate positive results.

All in truth and beauty move in a synchronistic performance, a ballet of sorts, whether it be thoughts dancing across the vastness of our minds or the graceful expansion and contraction of galaxies. As a member of a team, balance is the sweet mechanism of the great ONE-ship which has the power to steer the shared journey through unmapped territory, calm troubled waters and alter time and space.

This discussion looks at balanced and unbalanced interactions between and among people. In short review, there are 4 basic directions which make up the concept of balance. When one becomes aware that a direction can be changed, the outcome is usually inproved relationships and increased self-esteem. In the previous post:  Balance - Healing on the Press - 2, the first direction, Controller was discussed. Keep in mind we need all 4 directions and none is either good or bad, they just are.  Typically, each person is strongest in 1 or 2 of these directions, yet can easily adjust behavior or expression to find the center point, moving from the middle outward as appropriate.

The second direction of balance is Analyzer.  The analyzer sorts information working toward a conclusion. The mind churns data to conclude “facts”. In this direction analyzers use the mind to come to solutions which suit them. The analyzer may review grocery receipts, consult Consumer Reports prior to purchasing anything of value, perform “statistical analysis”  for weather predictions, the purchase of stocks, the value of commodities, the movement of planets and the eruption of volcanos. Insurance companies create premiums based on mortality rates, statistical information on the possibility of death at a particular age. It is also the analyzer who points out a misspelled word (there probably is some “controller” in there too) and unnecessarily downloads extreme amounts of internet data for possible future use. They ultimately rationalize their analyzing to substantiate their “position”, meaning they like to be “right”. Of course, there are times when being right is important as in safely driving a vehicle.

In the extreme analyzer the only thing that matters is that it makes “sense”. Many individuals choose mates through this mental process. In this situation, personal desire or intuition doesn’t matter. Nothing is considered valuable or purchased without prior analyzing. With the filling of each gas tank, this person calculates the effective “miles per gallon” and keeps receipts from every purchase ever made.  Analyzers write books on the subject of spiritual rituals, describing in detail the activfities performed and miss its essence from an experiential standpoint.

If you choose, “analyze” how you analyze.  Do not judge. Where would you place your analyzing ability and activities?  Would you say they are effective or extreme?  Keep your inquest light and easy.
