Big Story Weather from April 1: The big news for the past 24 hours was the showers that pushed through the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast region. Another area was also back over Texas and parts of Oklahoma where showers and thunderstorms started to develop.
Big Story Weather Discussion for April 2: High pressure in the Great Lakes will bring partly cloudy skies to the region and partly cloudy skies to the East Coast. Expect to see below normal temps in this region as well. Low pressure over southwest Texas will bring showers and thunderstorms to the region, although severe weather will be low for today. A dry day will be found from the Rockies westward to the West Coast.
