Big Story Weather from February 27: The snow started to finally wind down in the Northeast as the low began to push outwards towards sea. High pressure sliding into the country has started its cool down effects with some places running 10-15 degrees below normal.

Weather Outlook for February 28: Low pressure pushing out to sea over the Northeast will bring a few wrap around snow showers to Maine. The rest of the country should watch out…high pressure is building in over the Rockies but will be felt all the way to the East Coast with colder weather over the next few days. Many places will drop to below freezing during the night all the way down into Florida. A few showers along a frontal boundary out West will bring showers to the Northwest. Below is the weather for a few select cities.
