Only Toronto records more unidentified flying objects
Astronomer Chris Rutkowski of Ufology Research says UFO reports in Canada are usually about strange lights in the sky, rather than flying saucers.

CALGARY — Could Calgary be a hotbed of extraterrestrial activity? If the latest statistics on UFO sightings are to be believed, Cowtown is ripe for an alien invasion.
There were 26 reported UFO sightings in Calgary last year — more than almost any other city in Canada, second only to Toronto’s tally of 34.
