Being split in two worlds feeling the 3D world knocking on my door to let go of the last stuff and the 5D world letting me know all is coming and happening in the now. I feel the dominant themes of my earthly life fighting my scissors cutting their ties to me. It is feeling been torn back and forth. The incoming energies that keep building up till the end of the year are not making it not easier on me and all of you. It is though like it is.
I feel sick in my 3D world with flu-like symptoms while my heart says I am not sick but changing and I feel well in that other world connected to my heart and source. In that partial way of being morphed between my light body and world and the old 3D is where my mind has to fill in the blanks it sometimes can not as it is forgetting due to the energies sometimes what things are called or what I just was doing a minute a go. All is part of the changes.

During this past week, our scribe wrestled with some her remaining inner demons or that least what she would characterize as a negative emotion, namely anger. By nature, our scribe is more cerebral than her daily companions, living in her head more than her heart. So when she is confronted by another individual, sometimes the emotional reaction can leave her feeling very unbalanced and unsure for a while. Recently, when she was unfairly accused of interfering during an email discussion, she felt a surge of anger and a sense of injustice come alive within. She was startled at the intensity of the reaction and for a moment wondered if she had not succeeded in clearing out most of the debris within that might act as a mirror for another to act upon. Then she realized that the attack was actually an issue of the other person. She stood up for herself, in her reply and in her messages to her superiors in the chain of command. She was not going to accept this other person’s determination that she was somehow inferior and could be summarily dismissed as being incompetent.

The reason I wanted to talk about barriers is because these are coming up big time for all of us at the moment. We are moving slowly but surely into an area in Time/Space where this is really – I don’t know if to call it a test or a hurdle or simply a point of choice for us, all of us individually, of whether to move on to the new Paradigm or to stay in the duality Dark/Light paradigm.
And there’s really no judgement on either of those, there really isn’t.
Some of the ways in which this hurdle or resistance, barriers have come up are in a very huge desire to retire. Whether it is from work, from our relationships, from our mission, or from life. We simply feel a very powerful sense that it’s time to retire.

UC San Diego has discovered a way to grow nerve fibers in rats with severe spinal cord injuries, a potentially big step toward treating some of the 300,000 Americans who are fully or partially paralyzed.
Researchers used stem cells to basically rewire the central nervous system, enabling the rats to regain some movement. The technique, reported in the journal Cell, causes connections from neurons to spread beyond the injury, restoring the ability of the brain and spine to communicate.

Margo MacDonald, an independent MSP, called for the alteration of the International Criminal Court (Scotland) Act 2001, asking the law to consider an aggressive war with the intention of changing a regime as illegal.

Those that have held us in their grasp have minimized, sentimentalized, diminished and sexualized love. In an intentional effort to hide from us our most powerful asset, they’ve crafted a heart shaped emotion used only on special days or with certain people. They would have us believe the love of power surpasses the power of love.
In our very dense, 3D existence, they’ve created an illusion that in all appearances looks true. The kings, presidents, banksters and power elite have all the money and wield all the control. We’ve allowed that to happen because we’ve been asleep. The few of us that woke up and tried to warn us were gone before we knew it. Not today. Many of us are rousing from our slumber. We are paying attention now.

The NYC Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) says it continues to update residents on the progress of ongoing repair work to a large sink hole in Brooklyn that is stinking up the neighborhood.
The sink hole, on 92nd Street in Bay Ridge, opened up on June 28th and crews have been working nearly around the clock to get it fixed. Despite the DEP's efforts – there's still plenty of work to do and some residents are getting fed up.

Ascension? Really? With All of This Mess Around Us (and Within)? Some Thoughts to Consider

Have you looked around lately – within your own life and/or in those around you and the world in general and asked, “What IS this mess, anyway? How is THIS evolution and progression?!” Have you had hours, days, and/or weeks where you’ve started feeling extremely angry, fearful, listless, like you want to crawl out of your skin… and yet have no specific cause for it? And what about being weighted down… have you had moments when you’ve felt as if you’re completely filled with lead, like you’re wearing a suit that makes you feel like you’re carrying an extra hundred pounds or so, and all you want to do is sleep, alternating with spurts of energy that you can’t seem to alleviate?
Yep… I gotcha. Been there, done that… and I do this EVERY DAY; I meditate, I clear, I heal… and I help others do the same, so I’m in the “heightened awareness” place most of the time. I do know how to observe the collective consciousness without becoming lost in it – I’ve become quite adept at it – and yet, a few weeks ago, POW! I didn’t know what hit me!
First a Moment About the Earth
The mind says, OK… we’re “supposed to be” evolving… progressing… getting ready for “Earth 2.0,” ascending… whatever you want to call it. Yet, on the surface, it seems we’re more of a mess than ever: extreme polarities in belief systems, politics, and many other areas; shootings in movie theaters, temples, and consulates; and drugs that produce zombie-like behavior, at the top of the list. Individually, many have the lives they worked so hard to create just crumbling away no matter how hard they fight to preserve it… losing jobs, severing long-standing ties and relationships, succumbing to debt, and releasing much of the “picture” of the life many had thought was their dream. Earth herself has been tumultuous: global extremes in weather, earthquakes rumbling around the world, volcanoes that haven’t been active for decades or more coming back to life, tsunamis, polar ice caps melting away.
So, you might ask, “What’s THAT about?”
Several months back, I was shown the bigger picture related to the evolution of Earth – of Gaia herself – and what that entails, as we stand on the ground, here, right now. As within our bodies, our skin, liver, heart, lungs, and all other organs and cells are a part of us (with their own consciousness as well), we are a part of the whole organism of the Earth. I was shown how throughout this existence, part of the exploration and experience of the lessons of duality and the ego have caused us to bleed, at one time or another, into every land of this world. We’ve had wars, we’ve hurt ourselves, we’ve hurt each other, we’ve hurt the other beings here, as well as played with creating imbalance in the organism as a whole. The result: This “blood” – both literal and metaphorical – has seeped into Earth, as so much seeps into our bodies through the skin and then incorporates into our systems.
Through all of this, she has adjusted as well as she could, realigned herself, so she could continue on. So WE could continue on, in some way, shape, or form…. to do the same thing again and again, over and over. To REALLY learn those lessons!
When our bodies do this – forget the unity, forget that all the cells, all the organs have to work together to function optimally – what happens? Disease; malfunctions and sometimes failure of entire organic systems within us. Cancer. Auto-immune disease. Allergies (“irritations”). Many other chronic conditions. And, as a collective part of the Earth organism, “as above, so below”… why do you think we have an overabundance of these types of diseases within our own bodies today?
When we get an overabundance of toxins within the body, what does our body naturally do to rebalance itself? Detoxify; it tries to push all of the dangerous toxins that have become embedded in the system to the surface… to release them and regain balance.

NESARA is ready for introduction, apparently, and is just awaiting the right moment. At the same time, lower-level members of the cabal, not in containment, are causing as much mayhem as they can and their latest wrench in the works – an anti-Muslim movie – has caused a short interruption. But we’re told matters will soon be back on track.
Perhaps you’re aware, as I’ve been, that it’s been very, very quiet recently, aside from the outbreak of violence in the Middle East. This may have been because we were on the verge of NESARA’s introduction.

Oh boy, I can sure feel it. My heart and heart chakra are singing the song of joy. Felt all day like something momentous was about to happen. Now I know why! This is such an exciting time to be alive, in spite of all the negativity out there. I still see a lot of people deeply asleep. They walk around like zombies. I want to shout:"Wake up!" And then I realize, the best way to help them, is to wake up myself! I've been having hot flashes like crazy! The heat from my body is tremendous. But I've noticed, that when I am in the state of love and joy, they don't come. Only when I'm not in congruity with myself, do they appear. Interesting! I'd like to hear what other people are experiencing as well.

✎ Watch any child, or group of children, and what do you see? Be a silent observer and really, really watch. Regardless of where on the planet you live or what economic or social dynamic is present, there is one common denominator and that is creativity. All children create, and they are always creating, all the time. They doodle all over their notebooks and papers in class. They instinctively gravitate towards things like building blocks and play-dough. They decorate everything in their path, and as any Mom or Dad can tell you-there cannot be enough crayons, paints, and shakeable glitter in the house! Children love to role-play, enjoying such games asdress-up and pretend, and they are not at all self-conscious about it! Children are fresh and newly arrived from beyond the veil, and they innately recall that Back Home “Creation” is the name of the game. They have yet to be tossed onto The Matrix, to fight for their survival. They remember that they can create whatever they wish, through imagination and intention. Unsullied by doubt and still secure in their connection with Source, they possess the innocence that we adults so unintentionally let slip away due to life’s circumstances, conditioning, and our struggle to get by.
The Cabal’s Final Death Throes Have Begun
As we reach the final home stretch of 2012, things are beginning to take shape with a new sense of expediency never seen before. The channels have all stated that their final activities in removing the Cabal have already begun and that these activities would speed up as we neared the end of 2012.
SaLuSa said in June of this year, “At present we of the Galactic Federation ready ourselves for the final thrust against the last cabal.” (1) Look around the world and you will see this statement is quite real as we are now seeing on the world stage.
The attack on the US embassy in Libya that killed a US ambassador and three of his staff is a prime example of what SaLuSa was saying. This so called “terrorist” attack that left four Americans dead was nothing more than a false-flag operation carried out in a last ditch effort to bring about a new world order who seeks world dominance through the enslavement of humanity. Matthew Ward confirms this in an August message to us where he states, “Even knowing that light beings from advance civilization above and on the planet have been foiling ‘black ops’ plots, the dark ones are keeping at it.” (2)

QUIET SUN: Solar activity is low. NOAA forecasters say the chance of an M-class flare today is no more than 10%. An X-flare is even less likely: less than 1%. No flares are in the offing.
NOT AURORAS: For the past week, solar wind has been buffeting Earth's magnetic field, turning skies around the Artic Circle beautiful shades of green. But not every green sky is caused by the aurora borealis. On Friday night, for example, pilot Brian Whittaker was flying 34,000 feet over the Atlantic Ocean when he witnessed verdant hues caused by a completely different phenomenon--airglow. Here is the picture he took from the cockpit window:
"A dark and moonless night away from all lights allowed a great view of this textured patch of airglow," says Whittaker. "The illumination was faint, but it could be seen especially in contrast to the dark ocean abyss below!"
