In thinking about this book my mind kept coming back to my children and grandchildren. How do I reach them with the knowledge I have gleaned over the years? They think of me as a renegade who stopped going to church regularly years ago. Have they bothered to ask me why? This small e-book tells the story of my journey. No, it’s not an autobiography; I merely want all of them, and you, to know what I now have come to believe are the FACTS OF LIFE, and how I came to those conclusions.
The idea for the theme of the book came as I was reading one of Dolores Cannon’s books in the series entitled The Convoluted Universe. Therein she made mention of the fact that we don’t start babies out on solid food, but milk and baby food. The menu idea was born. Spirit Food—how better to reach and to teach?
It is common knowledge that no baby, as they grow, can stay on a perpetual diet of milk and baby food, but must at some time begin to be introduced to solid food. This is what I have attempted to do with this writing. What happens to a baby that never gets solid food? I’ll give you an illustration.
A friend and neighbor once decided he could make a lot of money raising calves (baby cows, for you city folks). He had discovered a market with a huge demand for these animals. He built a special barn, well heated, lighted and ventilated. Then he had numerous special small pens built that covered the floor, with only aisles separating row upon row. There must have been a couple hundred pens, as I recall. Then he filled the pens with calves. Most were of the dairy variety from large factory farms that produced milk.

JUPITER AND THE MOON: When the sun goes down tonight, step outside and look up. Jupiter and the nearly-half Moon are gathered together less than 10o apart. It's a beautiful sight, and a nice way to end the day.
On Jan. 28th, pilot Brian Whittaker was flying 34,000 feet over Greenland when he saw the Moon approaching Jupiter above a vibrant blanket of auroras:
"The bright green aurora made the proximity of Jupiter, the Moon, and Venus very pretty," says Whittaker. "I can hardly wait for the closer conjunctions in late February and mid March!"

As humanity continues to make increasingly rapid progress on its path of spiritual evolution, you all need to make a point of asking regularly each day for assistance from your friends and loved ones in the spiritual realms; that’s who all of us here are – your friends and loved ones – and our joyful task, which we approach with enormous enthusiasm, is to assist you in any way we can. We are always available 24/7, but you have to ask.
The illusion is a very strange and unreal environment, and as a result decisions that you make and intentions that you hold need constant reinforcement. You have to make them at least daily, and hourly if you can, because your egos are always looking for an opportunity to set up an attack or a defense, and the behavior of another, while totally inoffensive in intent or in delivery, can and often will be deliberately misinterpreted to permit your ego to make a condemnatory judgment of it and goad you into responding inappropriately. Doubtless you have all had occasion to misjudge someone, and, later, when you recalled the incident, you wondered why you had reacted so strongly to something so insignificant.

He says that life itself is a game. And, of course, it is. God created the game of life, which Hindus call a lila or divine play, so that He might meet himself in moments of our enlightenment, as Adamu confirms for us here.
He lays out for us the game that the service-to-others players and the service-to-self players are playing. If there is a place that I disagree with Adamu it is in his estimation of the service-to-others players in, say, the Galactic Federation only being a step or two ahead of us and not coming from unity consciousness. I think we would disagree there, but amicably, over a bowl of Pleiadian nectar perhaps.

You need to have deep self-love in order to know and understand yourself fully and those around you.

Beauty and perfection exist all around us. They are contained within every breath and within every moment. The only imperfection we encounter is the incomplete nature of a physical-based consciousness that limits our ability to see all that is before us.
When our vision is limited, we tend to project our own incompletion and need for healing onto the present moment. If there’s anything we perceive as missing within our present reality, this is a tip-off that we’re projecting the template of our own consciousness onto the moment. This projection is actually beneficial because it provides us the opportunity to stop and observe and define for ourselves just what appears imperfect in our reality.
By doing so, we receive clues as to changes we can make to transform our own consciousness so we are able to perceive the divine perfection present within every moment.

Resistance tends to strengthen the energies it attempts to oppose by giving them power and energy to work against.
We all know the feeling of being repeatedly haunted by the same issue, no matter how we try to ignore it, avoid it, or run away from it. Sometimes it seems that we can get rid of something we don’t want by simply pushing it away. Most of the time, the more we push away, the more we get pushed back. As Europe is announcing the building of its own Asteroid shield project, called Neo shield as a new celestial body is presumed to hit Earth. When does the fear mongering stop. After Niburu, Elenin and YU55 – Eros 433 is the new kid to put fear to the humans on earth’s talking again about destruction and catastrophes. This will be followed by the Bx 2012 double bus sized asteroid. Also predicted at NASA’s Asteroid Watch Program.
Every time such announcement takes place all hens are on deck to put the fear messages out of a possible catastrophe for Earth. In an interview this week on Project Camelot became also clear that hoax or ghost trajectories were put out about YU55 as its real trajectory was not the same as a signature that was not YU55. Let us see what will be next announced. I for myself say, I will sleep well and will not be scared by all this. I say follow the example skip the fear.
