On June 15 & 16, 2013, we will gather at Events at the Pines, in north Des Moines from 10 am to 6 pm each day.
This intimate conference is named after Chief Smoke Eagle, whose English name was Barney Barnhill. Chief Smoke Eagle was the father of our very own ceremonial drummer and singer, Mr. Bob Barnhill, an Iowa native, who has dedicated his life to continuing his family’s Native American ways.
