Guest: What can you say about women’s intuition vs men’s…obliviousness? In other words how can we listen to our inner guidance, however fleeting it may seem?

The issue here has to do with momentum, and nothing to do with anything that is intrinsically male or female. That has more to do with the kinds of cultural training that you have received: Little boys are trained to charge in and little girls are trained to contemplate. Your intuition is always a result of your connection with your broader nonphysical self and your allowing of that connection.

But the momentum of physical events tends to carry you headlong into the next field of manifestation regardless of whether you really want, or need to go there. It tends to cause you to lose your balance, like the moment when you step off of an escalator, or one of those moving sidewalks at the airport. And we don’t think you should set yourself up to get trampled by a moving crowd; but we do think it wise for you to stop often, and feel where you are vibrationally. Apprise yourself of your surroundings vibrationally—feel your way to your next move, rather than just checking things out on a physical level.

If you are just charging in headlong through your day, you are missing out onvital information that comes to you through your nonphysical connection, your inner being. So we think you should take every opportunity to breathe, relax, and allow that well of intuition to open up for you. Charging along almost guarantees you’ll miss vital information. Pausing long enough to connect and re-center yourself guarantees you will keep your balance when others are losing theirs.
