The battle of ego vs. love
Inside every human being, two opposing forces battle against one another: love and ego. Each has its own agenda, suggestions, and ideas, and they are almost always opposite. It's up to us to choose which we will allow to govern our lives.
Here's how this battle plays out:
The force of love
Love draws us toward the good. It moves us to be kind and sensitive at all times, and it admonishes us when we are unkind or neglectful. It is not manners or upbringing, but the force of love in us that makes us feel so uneasy with being angry, rude, reactive, jumpy, or paranoid.
Every heart is sensitive to love's requirements. Even if no outer voice called on us to love, we would call on ourselves. Our conscience is love's voice speaking from within.

The ego is always on guard against any kind of perceived diminishment. Automatic ego-repair mechanisms come into effect to restore the mental form of "me. " When someine blames or criticizes me, that to the ego is a diminishment of self, and it will immediately attempt to repair its diminished sense of self through self- justification, defense, or blaming. Whether the other person is right or wrong is irrelevant to the ego.
It is much more interested in self-preservation than in the truth.This is the preservation of the psychological form of " me. " Even such a normal thing as shouting something back when another driver calls you "idiot" is an automatic and unconscious ego-repair mechanism.
One of the most common ego-repair mechanisms is anger, which causes a temporary but huge ego inflation. All repair mechanisms make perfect sense to the ego but are actually dysfunctional. Those that are most extreme in their dysfunction are physical violence and self-delusion in the form of grandiose fantasies.

They hover in close formation against the backdrop of a cloudy Kent sky. The two mysterious bright lights were photographed on January 6 floating over Chatham.

Let us have a word about your current situation, dearest friends. Yes there are a great many things happening around you these days. Yes, some damage and injury is bound to occur. And yes, your press and television are sure to play up these things for all they are able to get out of them.
We will not say that anyone should disregard or feel happy about anyone being hurt or having their property and livelihood damaged, far from it. Of course you feel compassion for any who may be harmed in any way. But maintain your inner calm and determination, dear ones, and realize that what you are seeing is orders of magnitude less than what you were told to fear, and even much less than it is being hyped up to be.
It is being used to keep you in fear and to raise audience levels. Well, at least that last part doesn’t seem to be working, does it? Sooner or later someone will realize that a little truth and honest reporting will do wonders in that regard.

Isn’t this the most exciting, extraordinary time to be alive, in body and consciousness on this precious place called earth!! Spirit has been saying, consistently that on February 15th, the third elliptical was going to be placed into the ready within the atomic energy symbol… well, seems the powers that “be” didn’t want to leave any of us wondering if that actually happened!!
I cannot help but sit and revel in the readings of this past week or so, the things YOU showed me… that played out in every detail yesterday in Russia!! The intense flash of light that many in Russia said was as bright as the sun. The sonic boom… in the readings, we have heard the “thunder” and angelic voices singing, creating bulging in what appeared to be a sun on the ground. The images of solar release in anthers reading. We must not underscore coming into February was all about intense winds. Winds of change to facilitate all that we have chosen!! And the most exciting part… the crystal ball energy. For some it melted away, for others it exploded, sending debris everywhere. Shards of Glass was the most prevalent result upon the sonic boom impact!!

You have a little saying on your earth that we will paraphrase, “Don’t let the lost, angry, hurting souls get you down.” It is important, dear ones, to remember that keeping those in misery company does not serve them. Far better to stay in your light and keep them company if they wish, than to step into their darkness. In this way you become the light, the love, the hope, and the inspiration for those in need.
In very practical terms, this means, do not allow those living in anger to anger you. Do not let the depressed sadden you. Do not let the lost, hurting, and hateful, draw you into their pain. We do understand that this is no small task upon your planet earth. There is far more acceptance for pain than joy. There is far greater support for pity than compassion. There is a general acceptance of the idea that life on earth must by its very nature involve suffering. And to a degree, dear ones, it does, for that is what humanity has accepted as the “norm.”

Okay, it was another Busker night last night at the Kilted Mermaid; and proud papa was there to hear his son and that incredible band. I got home at 1:20am and went straight to bed, hoping to get up on time. Indeed I did, waking up just past 3:30. As I meditated, the thought kept coming to me over and over: humans are pretty incredible - awesome, in fact. The only limitations to our awesomeness are the ones we place on ourselves. We get to experience whatever we put our minds to, whatever we focus on. As I went to sleep, I was focused on keeping my commitment to all of you that would watch and listen to today's video. As I awakened, I focused on that message of just how incredible we all are, and even more so now that we are finally waking up together. The year 2013 may someday be known as "the year of the comets." If all goes well we may see two of the brightest comets in many years, and possibly one of the brightest in history.
However, astronomers are being very cautious in their predictions because of past disappointments. As comet specialist David Levy says, "Comets are like cats; they have tails, and they do precisely what they want."

Unsettled geomagnetic conditions as Earth passes through solar wind stream

A weak interplanetary shock was registered by ACE spacecraft at 10:58 UTC on February 16, 2013. This event is not expected to bring widespread geomagnetic disturbances, however, it sparked aurora displays at very high latitudes.
The Kp index is currently at 4, very close to minor geomagnetic storm level. Geomagnetic Sudden Impulse was observed at 12:10 UTC on February 16, 2013 with 10 nT Bz fluctuation.

This exceptional sequence bellow by Virtual Telescope, shows asteroid 2012 DA14, soon after its close approach at about 27500km above the Earth surface. At the imaging time, it was moving at the amazing rate of 2450″/min (0.7deg/min)! The robotic telescope was carefully tuned to track its rapidly changing apparent motion. Asteroid was only 20 degrees above the horizon.

And whether you are aware of your new roles or not, they are beginning to show up and have shown up for many. Continue to root and ground through your day-to-day life. Take comfort in a schedule, the familiar and your disciplines so that the bases are covered and you are free to soar.
Many are feeling tired now. This is a brief rest before more energy at the end of this month. Notice that there are new contentment levels and smaller things make you happy. If there is confusion about your Earth walk, take a pause and give spring a chance to spring! We are in “Rebuild” as a species. But be in no hurry.
For to understand the shift in consciousness is to understand the nature of plasma.
Plasma is a state of matter that carries electric currents. It must be available to create magnetic fields—fields that are super dense and can carry much more charge than an electromagnetic field. Plasma is the “physical” aspect of dimensions or “dimensions” in physical substance.
This is what is flooding the Earth now and this is what continues to open the door into our multi-dimensionality. Plasma can carry light code so that you can experience dimensional states up to the 12th dimension here now as well as the 13th dimension which is a state “beyond” the physical universe.
This is the science of fields or the science of rays—for rays are actually fields of vibrational frequencies.
You are getting downloaded with the capacity to hold massive amounts of light which correspond to higher dimensions.

An expedition in search of hydrothermal activity has found an unusual volcanic feature in Antarctica, near the South Shetland Islands.
Hydrothermal vents like this are normally teeming with life
Underwater springs of hot gas and water, called hydrothermal vents, are known for the wealth of life that surrounds them – nourished by chemicals dissolved in their hot water. So scientists from the National Oceanography Centre were shocked to find one of these vents barren and leaking cool water instead.
The team went looking for a vent in this area, expecting to see the usual animal menagerie, but when they didn't find it, they were alerted to something much more unusual.

Meetings with Celestina: Part I – Guidance for Light Workers, Healing Shame & Guilt
Hello friends. I started my channeling work back in 1996 with the four main Arch Angels (Michael, Uriel, Gabriel and Raphael.) They came to me as a collective energy that I used to call AAE, which was short for “Arch Angelic Energies.” Since 2007 and in my work in the Akashic Records, I have come to work with the “Keepers” that are my current guidance team. I have been doing some work with IET (Integrated Energy Therapy©)and the Angel Celestina has stepped forward as one of my current main guides and she has also identified as a part of the Keepers collective. I was told that I would begin some telepathic conversations with her, and this piece is the first of what I’m sure will be more to follow. In the IET system, Celestina is related to the Throat chakra and lung area. She appears to me in a beautiful Blue Ray which is also the color of the chakra. The gift she brings is healing and freedom from guilt and shame. Interestingly, I was quite ill in 2012 with a serious lung ailment for a time. It has been shown to me that this was part of my own clearing process of these types of energies and beliefs.

RUSSIAN METEOR STRIKE: On Friday, February 15th at 9:30 am local time in Russia, a small asteroid struck the atmosphere over the city of Chelyabinsk and exploded. According to reports from news organizations and Russian authorities, as many as 1000 people received minor injuries from the shock wave. This is the most energetic recorded meteor strike since the Tunguska impact of 1908.
Researchers have conducted a preliminary analysis of the event. "Here is what we know so far," says Bill Cooke, head of NASA's Meteoroid Environment Office. "The asteroid was about 15 meters in diameter and weighed approximately 7000 metric tons. It struck Earth's atmosphere at 40,000 mph (18 km/s) and broke apart about 12 to 15 miles (20 to 25 km) above Earth's surface. The energy of the resulting explosion was in the vicinity of 300 kilotons of TNT." (continued below)

We have been watching many going into the “life should be” conversation. Life should be nothing than it already is.
