Sakurajima has been active for a while, but it famously erupted on March 11 & 12, 2011 -- just as the ongoing disaster of Fukushima unfolded, and it has been continously active ever since.

UFOs are constantly being observed at Sakurajima. And there is also a permanant online webcam there.
