If you want peace, peace in your personal life, then make peace within yourself. When you are feeling intensely tense, it is your tension. This and that may be assaulting your mind and impacting you, yet your mind is confronting you with something within you. Your mind, at such times, is not presenting you with love. In flashing red lights with a loud siren, your mind is saying to you: "Alert, alert, alert, problem in front of you. Big problem in front of you."
When your mind says Alert! Alert! Alert!, your mind is saying: "Tense up! Tense up! Tense up!" Your mind is telling you, "Danger ahead! Danger ahead! Danger ahead!" And so, your mind tells you to watch out for what is outside you. Your mind doesn't want you to accept what you are bringing to the table.
I keeping saying your mind, and, yet, who is it that invites your mind to parry the real issues that are, ultimately, yours? Yes, you are. Of course, there are degrees of this. If someone holds a gun on you, there is not too much inner work you can fit in at the moment. The threat is right there outside you. And yet, and yet, no matter how innocent you may be, this is your responsibility now. For the sake of argument, let us skip that sort of emergency and talk about patterns of response that you are quick to choose and are of your making, these little triggers from outside that set you off.

Update on the 21st: Feeling Great, Yet Detached
Well, here we are. We have reached the fabled 21st and personally, I have not yet meditated to feel the bulk effects of this alignment but I am feeling generally detached from 3D Life and almost disillusioned. Any negativity that arises seems to be diminished nearly instantly, and I feel simply calm. Everything simply Is.
I had many more amazing experiences meditating last night that made me think I’ve come back as a Gatekeeper [though I of course, do not feel fifth dimensional per se]. I felt and existed within higher dimensional landscapes during meditation and astral travel, and I can remember being with our guides as well as entire groups of Lightworkers who were all rejoicing at how many of us had consciously taken place in whatever astral meeting we were attending. The landscape was heavenly and harmonious, and fit perfectly what I would expect our fifth dimensional New Earth to look like.

It is a given in the world that you change clothes. It is not a given that you are to change into unhappiness. Unhappiness makes no sense. Why would you trade in happiness for unhappiness and feel that a circumstance forced that on you?

I must admit, when I was REALLY trying hard to be in a medatative state this morning for the 11:11 am unity behavior, I felt absolutely nothing, nada, zilch. It was so puzzling, I throught I failed my grade and got the "thousand more years of 3d, " it was a rude awakwening. Remembering if there was some hidden negatitity some where, but where???
So, I just pretended I felt so much, I forgot how much and that it even happened. When the sun goes down, that's when I come alive. I see better at night, I AM more relaxed, and I AM more natural. Put muh gear on and went out in the lil house and lit my candles and talked, sang, and just hung out with my Twin Flame, FatherMotherGod AmonRa, Rain, Doc Moe, and everyone that Loves this Heavenly Place. Then meditation.
This time, it was superkalafragguhlisticexpaladohshus. I went to Arkansas down to that crystal and the crystals for them 2 Golden Crystal Laden DrumStix was there waiten. The day after the Golden Crystal Laden DrumStix were gifted to me for humanity, I went outside and this part of Beloved (the tree that shields the sunrays for Geeta) was layin in the chair that I sit in when I sunbathe. It was to branches
to gether So, they were the.... substitutes (thanks Higher Self for the word, I was blank for a sec) for them. Now, I have the crystals encoded in my Heart, the codes were downloaded to the crystal from the Ancestors (all of them combined in the history of gods/goddesses, aliens, ect) downloaded to me and now WE have them fam.

What I Saw: Agartha, Starcraft, and Core
Today I meditated at 3:11 a.m. PST with the Portal 2012 group based in the King's Chamber of the Great Pyramid. At home, once I started to meditate, I found clear connection energetically and with my consciousness, not just to the group. I went aboard ship. I toured Agartha. I saw The Core, the Galactic Central Sun. And I saw Gaia alight into a star. It was beautiful, moving, and something I will remember all my life. Before we cover this, I want to tell about my own personal relationship with Mary. At five years old I was dying of bronchial pneumonia, and on several occasions the doctors feared I would not make it through the night. A woman in blue appeared to me and stood by my side with her hand on my head. The last night I was sick she gave me a white substance that was the consistency of ice cream, but not cold—and fed it to me. I recovered very quickly and since that time never missed a day of school for years to come. It was later I came to find out it was Mother Mary. Not being religious or a Catholic it did not make sense, yet these masters, saints and sages have transcended all religious and cultural boundaries in service to all humanity and the Earth. Some may jump to the conclusion that they are in service to God. God does not really need servicing; humanity and the Earth is in the most need. Because of my deep relationship with Mary and Masters, Saints and Sages, including higher dimensional beings, I am writing this letter.

The lesson of life is not in how to give, it's in how to receive. Reality is a gift. Reality is love...but, importantly, Reality is freedom...complete freedom! So this includes your ability - at least in your perception - to create alternative realities.
In our case, this is nearly our entire history as we know it. And this is because the very concept of "history" only exists as we know it.
The way things and people are is given us. We are all completely loving and completely giving. Anything to the contrary is illusory. Why this is difficult for you to understand is because even your perception that you are a body is illusory. You are the life-force of your body, the life-force of consciousness, the life-force of life itself. You are mind. To understand these truths is very difficult for us.
This is because we are still children.
We are just now waking up to an entirely new dimension of consciousness, and one that feels like the end to a centuries long journey into the wilderness. But as we peek out into our escape, into our freedom, we see this is but the very first step into Reality. It is when we learn anew of the amazing, wondrous, spectacular beauty of the gift that has been given us all equally.
Here this is impossible to understand because here everything is either worked for or fought for...or stolen. But that this is the case IS OUR CREATION, it is our illusion, made in place of the gift from God of Reality.
In our perception, to believe reality to be this way takes faith. What we fail to realize is that to believe reality to be any way takes faith. If you see a world - a reality - of war, of starvation and of ego, it takes great faith to believe such things even exist.
The Fire’s been lit
A gentle wind blew into the night. Slow and constant it persisted. Nothing was untouched by its effect. A fire that was once strong and powerful was reignited by the wind. Just a spark that smoldered quietly for eons now glowed alive again. Growing as if life itself was breathed into it. The spark grew. Steady and strong turning from yellow and orange it became green and blue to purple and white. It swirled like a whirlwind as it engulfed all.
A peaceful feeling touched my dreams. Barely a whisper “Shhhh” it’s all right. Like a hand on my shoulder comforting it remained. Hardened edges of daily life seemed to smooth away. New hope and faith seemed to grow. Slowly at first. Doubt, fear, anger, no longer filled my thoughts. Gratitude and giving now lit up the lives around me. This feeling called Love. It swirled like a whirlwind as it engulfed all.
Like the Grinch who’s heart finally became aware, the heart of humanity lit up. Those who once pushed for war now, slowly and steadily turned to peace. Not all at once. The old regime faded away. Those who held the light steady and strong built the foundation for a new world. Courage and faith were the building blocks of new cities of light.
The dawn has broken and the light rises on the horizon. Shadows seemed long as humanity slowly awakened from the darkness. Like a life born into the world a new, humanity grew and became aware that they are a much loved member of the galactic community. World peace, love, cooperation, and joy became reality.

Let’s review what we know and can expect.
The only two qualifications for Ascension on Dec. 21, 2012 (or later) are (1) that you choose it and (2) that you’ve assimilated enough light and love energy that you’ll be comfortably able to live on the Fifth Dimension or higher.
Please note: there’s no Board of Karma or Great Judging God with a White Beard approving character and stamping applications. Nothing of the sort. All your notions of Judgment Day and elites in heaven, St. Peter at the Pearly Gates and dreaded angels with lightning bolts in their hands are false and have been sold to us to keep us in fear.
If you haven’t assimilated enough light and love energy to feel comfortable on the Fifth Dimension or higher, you’d feel like you were choking without air or have other unpleasant symptoms that would force you to flee within a short time. So it isn’t a test of merit. It’s a necessary condition. As long as you choose Ascension and can withstand the more refined environment, you’re in.
And even if you’re not quite there yet, there are settings put aside, populated by our star brothers and sisters and the rest of the Company of Heaven (ascended masters, angels and archangels, etc.), which are holographic in nature (in other words, you’re not really on this Earth) that are there to help you clear whatever remains that blocks you. BOSTON (WHDH) -- A Boston Police officer jumped into the frigid water to reach a drowning woman Friday.
Cell phone video captured Boston Police Officer Edward Norton taking the plunge; he jumped into the frigid Fort Point channel in a torrential downpour to rescue the woman who'd fallen into the water.

VALLADOLID, MEXICO -- On the eve of what will be known as the apocalypse that wasn't, every hotel room in the town of Valladolid -- known as Zaci during the Maya empire -- is filled and no one seems to be panicking. Only 25 miles from Chichen Itza, the visitors here are resolute in the face of doom, passing the time by inspecting colorful Christmas decorations and watching a traditional Maya dance performance set to synth music.
When I ask the several groups of tourists loitering around the town's central square whether they've come for the apocalypse, most tell me that they've visited Chichen Itza already in order to avoid the festival due to take place on Friday.

It was another expensive year of weather-related disasters in the United States.
The country saw a preliminary total of eleven billion-dollar weather disasters in 2012, according to a report released by the National Oceanic Atmospheric Administration (NOAA). This follows a disastrous 2011, which contained a record fourteen billion-dollar weather disasters in records dating to 1980.

But no immediate tsunami warning was issued. The quake struck at a depth of more than 200 kilometers at around 9:30am (2230 GMT Friday) some 130 kilometers north of Santo, USGS said. “It’s quite deep … so there’s no tsunami,” said David Jepsen, a seismologist with Geoscience Australia which measured the quake at 6.6 magnitude.

Winter Storm Draco Doesn't Dent Drought

Winter Storm Draco brought much-needed moisture to drought-hit states, but the drought has such a tight grip on the central U.S. that more moisture will be needed, according to weather experts.
"The snow is good, but in most instances it was less than one inch of liquid and if the soils are frozen, there will be little infiltration," said Brian Fuchs, climatologist with the National Drought Mitigation Center at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. "Welcomed, yes. A big changer to the overall drought, not really," Fuchs said.

Travelers facing canceled flights and closed roads were hoping to finally head to their holiday destinations Friday as Winter Storm Draco dumped more than a foot of snow in parts of the Midwest moved across the Great Lakes toward Canada.
Winter Storm Draco, part of a system that began in the Rockies earlier in the week, led airlines to cancel more than 1,000 flights Thursday and caused whiteout conditions that left roads dangerous to drive on. It was blamed for deaths in at least five states, with parts of Iowa, Wisconsin and Michigan hit with more than a foot of snow.

The low-pressure system associated with Winter Storm Draco will linger over northern New England into the weekend. This will result in the continuation of both strong, gusty winds and lake-enhanced snow through Saturday.
Winds will be the most intense from parts of southern New England and New York to the Mid-Atlantic on Saturday. Gusts could reach 40 or 50 mph at times during the afternoon, which may result in airport delays from New York City to D.C. In addition, isolated power outages and tree damage cannot be rule out as well

If I may be permitted once more to speak on how these heightened energies are affecting me, I’d say that I’m gradually feeling the unfolding of a new role for myself to embrace, and that is one of helping as many people get through the apparently opened ascension doorway as possible.
I can honestly say that I experienced the bulk effects of the 12-21 on the days leading up to it, but even as I write this on the evening of the 21st I can recount some amazing experiences during the meditation and astral travel I performed today, during 11:11 and at a few other independent times.
One potent and continual experience I’ve had in meditation in these past few days has been seeing a very-clearly opened third eye within my “meditative vision”. Those glittered specks and particles we can notice when attuning into the meditative, higher dimensional energies that I’ve discussed before, have been coming together and initially forming what seemed to be a merkaba or a portal, shortly before shifting into an opened eye that I can watch blink at me happily.

What The Heck Is Happening To Me?
I feel activated...
I'm feeling sensations in different parts of my body. My skin is tingly. For the past two weeks, it has been mostly my feet and hands. Today for some reason, I am feeling certain vibrations so strongly that my body can't almost handle it. I have been feeling nauseous, been experiencing dizzy spells, and running for foods that are grounding.
Even the vibration of human voices is penetrating my being so deeply... I realized this when a gentleman at one of my favorite coffee shops in Brooklyn sat down next to me. He had a very bassy voice and when he spoke, I felt the vibration of his voice on my lower back. This is also happening to me with music. Certain sounds in a song seem to pierce through me today.
hmmm How does this feel? Oh boy... it feels intense. Not very pretty.
It also feels necessary.
I've experienced something similar when I experienced a Spiritual Awakening in the Summer of 2010. I felt like I been birthed into a new world and it took a while for me to adjust to feeling vibrations on a heightened level. Today, it seems clear to me that I am experiencing more of this.

Yes, its an uncomfortable process to purge these feelings, but it’s so worth it. It’s healing for you and its healing for our brothers and sisters. It’s healing for the world.
Imagine the world we’d have if we forgave more?
If we sent love and blessings, and thoughts of peace to those who have wronged us, instead of mirroring the energy with fear and hate?
I will start by holding Adam Lanza in forgiveness. I send him and his family prayers of light, love, clarity and peace.

On Saturday, Venus makes the opposition to Jupiter at the degree known as a quiver filled with arrows. We have been following a theme this month where we are using a bow and arrows to shatter anything that presents an obstacle, barrier, or limitation (fears, mindsets, expectations, etc.) and the energy may require us to rely on or utilize that skill. This may be harder to do today since we are experiencing what I can only describe as an "energetic hangover" that has left us a little dazed and confused. So we need to tread a bit lightly today and keep the peace as people continue to be careless and aggressive.
There are many things that indicate Sunday's energy will be all about messages and symbolism. It is the day to use the skill of being the "wise old owl" by going inside the tree (our inner selves) in quiet contemplation while observing what is happening outside. The immediate physical circumstances we find ourselves in today are not permanent, so we don't need to stress about them. The Earth, the ground of the Earth, and the grounding on Earth are strong today. Sophia is communicating with emphasis and force. Meanwhile, we're continuing to keep it real while tricks, fakery, and superficiality abound.
