Floods continue to wreak havoc across northern and central Europe.
The irony is that while the weather is clear, run-off means that river levels are continuing to rise.
In Germany, the army has been drafted in to help.
The last great flood was in 2002 – they are now saying that, along the Elbe, this one will be even worse.
