Sometimes when i close my eyes there are bright green triangles that spin really fast with a red cirle in the midddle. I've had this since I was a kid for the last 8 or so months its been happening about once every few days. It usually happens when I'm calm or just laying down , but usually comes unexpetedly. Does this have any meaning or is it just a quirky thing.

Spinning Green Triangles
I would say, that depends on how it makes your feel. What do you sense about them. Do they make you feel peaceful and calm or do they make you feel agitated and uncomfortable. I've read about these triangles somewhere, but can't remember where. I even made a drawing of one. My sense tells me it is a download from your Higher Self.
Do you have additional knowledge, that you weren't aware of, after seeing the triangles? Stuff that pops into your head out of nowhere. A deeper understanding of things, more compassion, more love; that sort of thing? I would keep a diary, and write down what your experiences are during and after seeing these visual cues. Also, are they accompanied by sound? Just something to think about.
