Fear is only present in illusion, that's why it's used to keep eyeryone asleep. 03/16/2012 Fear tastes metallic. It is unmistakable, and like nothing else. If you’ve tasted fear, you know. If you haven’t, metal is the closest description I can come up with. The taste of fear is our body telling us it is in danger. It is a chemical reaction to a physical threat. It is an alarm, warning us that we need to do something to safeguard the body. It is an involuntary response. We are in a time of great awakening. Every day we learn of something else that we were deliberately led to believe that is completely fabricated. Those doing the telling understand that the way to keep someone controlled and obeying the rules is to keep them afraid. Institutions, governments and police forces know this. The constant barrage of “fear” that spews from our radios, televisions, computers and store monitors has just one aim - to keep us afraid. We are afraid of the flu, the snow, the heat, getting older, missing the sale, wrinkles, snoring, shingles, cancer, terrorists; the list is endless. None of these things elicit a metallic taste in your mouth. Yet, merely by virtue of their repetition and presence, we accept them as real threats. They are not and your body knows this. When you are actually threatened, you’ll know. The taste of fear will show up and alert you. These other things are intentionally broadcast to keep you preoccupied so that you don’t have time to listen to your own heart. You have to spend your time listening for the next announcement of what is it to guard against or purchase or hide from or hate. George Orwell (1984) predicted what our world is like right now, yet what he didn’t see at the time was our insatiable drive to connect. With our phones and our laptops we are forging a link that is shouting out over the fear mongers. "Speaking the Truth in times of universal deceit is a revolutionary act." This is one of his many quotes. Alternative voices online are not interested in control. We are interested in empowering you. We know that as each one of us wakes up to truth, we are all stronger and our light glows more brilliantly. Unplug and turn within. Walk, reflect, meditate – do something creative. You will discover you are so much more than an employee, consumer, patient or citizen. You are love and when you appreciate that you will see that you are limitless. You have tasted love and it is unmistakable. This is the banquet you are here to feast on; expansion, enthusiasm, joy and creation. These things sustain you.
