London - At the Olympics opening ceremony watched by an estimated one billion people, several sharp-eyed viewers saw a UFO in the night sky amid the fireworks. The UFO was the typical flying saucer with the "egg-yolk bulge" in the middle.
The sighting came at the close of Friday's fireworks display at the Olympic Park Stadium in Stratford, east London, at around 12.30 a.m. The UFO was sighted after two skydivers impersonating James Bond and Queen Elizabeth parachuted from a helicopter into the stadium. In the midst of massive firework display that followed, "MrScipher," the YouTube user believed to have originated the footage, noticed the "flying saucer" in the night sky and caught it on video.
