Peace
Everytime I watch the news I send peace and love to all those involved in any conflict or struggle. We are all one. We are all family. We need each other. We need to learn to love each other. We can do this. It's not rocket science and requires to specialized technology. It's a simple application of the golden rule and appreciation for the courage required for daily living and hardships faced by others.
I love and appreciate myself and in so doing, it is natural to love an appreciate every species of plant, animal and other life form on this planet.
