TWO PERSON MUSCLE TESTING Many have blazed the trail for you to follow. There are countless books, videos and CDs available to help you along your Path. At times, it can be overwhelming to know which information is best for you. The easiest way is to follow your intuition and to notice synchronicities. If you have not learned how to communicate clearly with your Higher Self, there are a variety of methods you can use to help discriminate which information is best for you.

One reliable method is called “muscle testing.” Today’s focus is on an accurate method involving two people. Everything has an energy field around it. This field interacts with your energy field when in close proximity. When you hold an object next to your heart, the energy it emanates will react with the energy of your heart, body and chakras. The muscle test determines which energy fields strengthen or weaken your energy field.

Using this method, you can find which books, food, medications, jewelry, herbs, clothing, CDs or anything, strengthens or weakens your energy field. There are other methods of dowsing such as the use of pendulums and rods (Day 190) and kinesiology (Day 191) that can also be helpful. The goal is to clear your blocks and inner circuitry so you will know what is best for you at any moment.

The Springtime of Surprises

Live with a sense of anticipation. You want to live with the idea that something wonderful is about to happen to you or come to you or come from you. Anticipation is an awareness of something more to come, something delectable, something that will give you happiness and, therefore, happiness to those around you.
 
You can call this expectancy, if you like, only you hold it lightly, not tightly. You welcome it, yet you do not command it to come. It is a light invitation you put out to the Universe. You await its arrival, yet you don’t hang on to it. You do not have it on a leash that you tug. You simply are ready to welcome it, like a guest you are happy to see.
 
You anticipate a guest. A guest is coming. You get a room ready. You think of what you will cook. You don’t as yet know the date of your guest’s arrival. You won’t know who the guest will be, and, yet, you are ready. Why not have a guest’s arrival in mind?
 
Why not savor the arrival of a guest surprise in your life? And why not invite this guest and have the guest come and exceed your expectations? Why not a welcome arrival every day? Why not a couple of welcome arrivals every day? Why not a group of welcome arrivals every day? How happy your heart will be.
 
The guests that come are surprises! Even as you anticipate the surprises, you may have no idea what form the surprises will take.
 
Enter the springtime of surprises. Truly, why be surprised when glad tidings reach your door? Have I not said that glad tidings will come to you?

No matter where I turn the awakening is screaming out at me. Every event and announcement of intention by the dark side, no matter how destructive and disturbing, is only precipitating more conscious awareness and very present, personal involvement by humanity. It’s a thrilling time. If it weren’t for what we consider to be terrible and tragic events being perpetrated on humanity, our tidal wave of awakening would not have the momentum it has gathered and continues to gain.

The gravity of the situation… we hear a lot about that. In our souls gravity is not a low-vibe thing: it’s a feeling room. Even if I had the opportunity to hang with the high-vibe folks and talk about how simple the profound is and how profound the simple, I wouldn’t make a life out of it. Day-to-day life is friction. It’s where the rubber meets the road. It’s where our growth comes from.

There is no escaping our feet on the earth life, with sons and daughters and loved ones and strangers who go through things. And it’s not just them… we go through it with them, with our own stuff mixed in. Human beings go through it. Sometimes it’ll send you to your bed to curl up and pull up the covers, and shed a few ‘this stuff’s heavy’ tears.

Why Aren’t You Happy?

You could be asking yourself:
 
“Why am I not happy? I have a lot to be happy for, yet I am not happy. What prevents me from being happy? It has to be that I believe in lack. I must have set it up this way so long ago. Since I do not have everything I want, I am not happy. I have decided I am not happy. So long as I lack, I must think I cannot be happy. When I have gain, it may not stay, so even with gain, I have worry. It is like I have chosen a certain umbrella. It has holes in it. I do not know how to keep the rain of unhappiness off me.”
 
Beloveds, you might as well get rid of that umbrella altogether. There is nothing but life. To your mind, life is meant to fulfill your desires. Perhaps you look for proof that I love you, and you keep setting higher and higher standards and now requiring more. Perhaps you feel that unless you have everything, you have nothing. And there is always more you desire. In this case, desire gratitude.
 
I’m for your desiring, and I suggest that you dream Big. There is a difference between desire and expectation. If you feel thrown out of Heaven because all your desires are not fulfilled, you work against yourself.
 
You want to come to the place where desire of itself is a boon to you. To have a desire is fulfilling of itself. Your desires do not have to be fulfilled on the outside. Let the joy be in the desire.

How to Get Your Fear and Self-Doubt Under Control (So You Can Achieve What You Set Your Mind To With Ease)

HJ: For most of us the problem is not finding motivation, but getting past our own fear and self-doubt.  If only we could get rid of them, we would be able to achieve anything we set our mind to with ease.  And it’s true (to a certain extent).  Without these two emotions we would move forward rather effortlessly.

But there is a reason why we experience fear.  It is meant to keep us safe and alive.  It is a built in survival mechanism and without it, well, we probably wouldn’t last very long…

However, the problem lies not with fear itself, but irrational fear.  This is learned fear of things that do not actually threaten our survival or wellbeing.  This kind of fear is counterproductive and keeps us stuck where we are at despite our best intentions to move forwards and grow.  This is the kind of fear and self-doubt you need to get rid of and exactly what the article below deals with.

WALK YOUR TALK Spend time going within to find your heart’s desires. Most of you came into this incarnation with goals and desires to fulfill. By tuning into your Higher Self, you can remember what those wishes were and continue to map the trail of your life Path.

This can be accomplished after you have cleared the fears, negative thinking and reliance upon what others think of you. Until then, your messages will be skewed with stinking thinking and fear of moving forward. Break through the belief codes that bind you and keep you from expressing yourself freely.

Learn to pay attention to your body, for within its subtle talk lies the knowledge you seek. Pay attention to aches and pains, gut feelings and bodily sensations. These are ways your body and inner guidance are attempting to communicate with you.

If something does not feel right, it is usually due to one of two things, you are either afraid on some level or it is not good for you. Breaking free from constraints due to fear and outside influences is important so you can tell the difference. Can you imagine living your life free from what might happen and what others might think of you? Would you enjoy making choices, knowing with certainty that these choices would lead you to the life you desire?
