We all feel shitty sometimes, but sometimes these feelings start to linger.  Oddly enough, negative emotions can turn into habits if you repeat them for long enough, creeping through your daily life like a silent & deadly virus (cue Jaws soundtrack!)

1. Quit Rationalizing.

You can be mad and upset, but it’s unlikely that you can honestly justify getting pissed about everything. You are responsible for your surroundings. Rationalizing all that anger is hurting nobody else, but you.

2. Take some personal responsibility.

Stop making excuses for yourself or others. We can all make elaborate explanations on “principle” of why we deserve to be angry. But when it comes down to it, you can either be right or be happy. Which do you want? And if you’re angry with someone who keeps repeating a behavior you don’t like, you are responsible as well. You choose to continue putting up with it. When you teach someone to treat you a certain way, don’t be surprised when they do. Besides, is playing the role of the victim really getting you anywhere?

You are loved.

You are beautifully and wonderfully made.

You have feelings for a reason. Your body and your feelings and everything in your reality are messages from your Soul. If you choose to pick up the phone, you empower your Soul. If you choose to ignore its calls to you, you are telling the truth of your Soul No, and you are disempowering the very life essence from which you spring forth. You are giving your mind the message that you are not worth listening to, that you are unimportant, that you are not truly made in the image of the divine, that your life expression is not valid. This is a lie.

How often haven you felt something very deeply but told yourself that you shouldn't feel it, or been afraid of dealing with it, or feared the judgements or reactions of others, and stuffed those feelings inside, never expressing them? Then they become pent up pockets of dense energy. Energy comes from somewhere, and it has to go somewhere. It never just ceases to exist. When it completes its reason for showing up, it is willing to move on. You cannot will negativity away by ignoring it if its whole purpose for showing up is to be acknowledged because it intends to bring a message. You can only get it to move on then by acknowledging it, thanking it for doing this for you, getting the message, and releasing it.

We encourage people to dream big and to follow those dreams. Your fondest dreams are the most intimate, sacred and perfectly matched desires to your life expression. That pull is there for a reason! Think of your dreams as a pre-set program for your inner guidance system. You come into the body with those interests and desires to help you live your highest life expression.

Because you have been told by others (who are not qualified to know what you are on the planet to do and experience) that your dreams are frivolous and irresponsible, many of you are reluctant to even think about your dreams because you feel it is a waste of your time to think about something so unattainable. You may think you’d love to have a certain experience but it will never happen because you would need more free time or more money than you have to make it a possibility.

Dear Ones, if you hear one thing today hear this. The universe is extremely adept at lining things up for you in the most direct way possible. Imagine sitting at a dinner table, and rearranging the place settings, the salt and pepper, the glassware, the cutlery. It is quite easy from your perspective, is it not? That is the same way the universe can easily align things in the most wonderful, attainable manner for you. Hold the essence of your dreams! In 2005, astronaut Leroy Chiao was commander of the International Space Station for six and a half months. During a spacewalk with cosmonaut Salizhan Sharipov, the two were installing navigation antennas. They were 230 miles above Earth, traveling at over 17,000 miles per hour, when something unusual caught Chiao's eye.

"I saw some lights that seemed to be in a line and it was almost like an upside-down check mark, and I saw them fly by and thought it was awfully strange," Chiao told The Huffington Post.
