I know some of you are having a challenging time in this moment; it is not easy being surrounded by ‘sleepers’ when you are awake. Part of your human self wants to return to the mundane world that most others exist in, to be part of the crowd, to be ‘normal’. The Divine Part realizes that it is not possible to go back and may be dismayed at the lack of concern people show for each other. After all, competition runs deep in the mass consciousness of your Earth plane.

 

Today, The Universe asks that you focus on your light and love…..making sure to send it out in great waves to those still sleeping. When the time comes, they will be looking to you for guidance and that is when your true work will begin. Until then, please know that all is well and in perfect time. ~ Creator

A lot of folks have been asking about pronounced symptoms. There is a very detailed module on the Body Consciousness in the Ascension Course which covers everything the body will go through during Ascension and how to support and accelerate that process.

Personally, I AM not one to dwell on symptomatic side-effects of the Ascension Process. Every side-effect is purposeful and will demonstrate:

- what is happening in your process
- present things to you which much be released in order to go further
- pinpoint areas of the body which store deep emotional baggage which cause dis-ease, aging, decay of the physical structure.

You have to be your own hero. Although We are Oneness, you are one unique personality on this Earth. There is no one just like you. You are the only one. No one knows you as you do.

 

Others may further your growth, and, even so, your growth is dependent upon you. Be your own hero. Save yourself from lollygagging. Save yourself from waiting for others to rise to the occasion. You are to rise to the occasion. We can say that you have co-signed with Me. Certainly you have. Even so, that does not mean you are always to wait for Me. I am probably way ahead of you, and you are trying to keep up.

lisagawlas2What a very strange day in my biology yesterday was!!  Each connection, delivered its own strangeness to me.  It really started as I was finishing my sharing for the day, it felt like there was this huge wind circulating around me, kinda pulling my molecules apart and couldn’t quite decide where to put them back to.

So when my first reading rolled around, I was not 100% surprised that as I cranked out my antenna to pick up her field of Light, I saw nuttin!  Not even a glimpse of Eden’s light.  Dammit.  So we just started talking about what has been happening in her world since we last connected, my antenna no longer out in the field, but retracted into our conversation.  The moment she started talking about trying to sell her property in another state, suddenly, right there in my kitchen, this thick light blue and whitish gray vortex about 5 feet tall and 3-4 feet in diameter presented itself.  The moment she said she had given the go ahead to get this house sold several weeks ago, yet nothing has even been done to start the sale, I could see why and understood that vortex spinning in my kitchen.

It’s time for a shift to take place. This shift can’t be delivered to us – we have to take full responsibility for bringing it about. We have to become the examples in an example-less society, because we can only change the planet if we change ourselves.

It’s time for us to start acting on the intense love we feel and talk about. As more people understand that this reality won’t change if we can’t cultivate inner peace and see beyond our differences, they step up to the plate and start living the change they want to see.

The rest of the world will follow suit in due time if we can start loving ourselves and each other, and nothing stops us from respecting our fellow man.

The conscious public can make potent changes if we see beyond our respective differences in belief and come together, and if you advocate the spiritual ideas that might’ve led you here, you carry the sacred responsibility of moving beyond the ego and living the qualities of peace, joy and unity.

We have to be the ones to make this change, because nobody will do it for us. We have to be willing to put our egos on the backburner and unite, and presently, far too many conscious camps are divided because of their differences in belief.

As ever time flies by and is speeding towards the times of important changes, that are the fore runners of a new period in  your history that is leaving the past behind. All proceeds as intended, and before very long you will begin to receive the proof that you have been seeking. You will be in no doubt that all along the forces for good have been working towards the changes that you have been promised, and that the New Age is upon you. Outwardly many will only see confusion and many parts of your world in turmoil. It is the final throes of the dark Ones who are now in retreat. Before long those who have been working silently for the Light will reveal themselves, and you will know that the New Age has truly begun.

Both regions have 'beta-gamma' magnetic fields that harbor energy for medium-sized eruptions. NOAA forecasters estimate a 15% chance of M-class flares on Jan. 24th. Solar flare alerts: text, voice

NO CME, NO PROBLEM: A CME expected by forecasters to deliver a glancing blow to Earth's magnetic field on Jan. 23rd missed our planet. Arctic sky watchers got an eye-full anyway. Dennis Ball sends this picture of colors erupting last night over Bolungarvik, Iceland:

"After a day of horrid weather, the clouds parted at 9 PM and I grabbed by camera to photograph the auroras," says Ball. "By 10.30 PM the clouds had rolled in again, so I got an early night. It was an excellent start to my Iceland trip."

Amber and Paul Loew say their daughter has been on 12 different prescriptions. They say none have been successful at quelling Hannah's frequent seizures.

The Loews hope to eventually wean Hannah off of all the prescriptions she is currently taking. They believe those prescriptions are hurting her cognitive and physical development.

The couple feels they have no choice but to move and take a chance.
